Family,
We all know the concept of "whiteness" is illogical and completely nonsensical. If you want proof of that, ask a white person...."What is a white person exactly?"
They might say something to the effect of, "Well, it's a person of European descent." Well, at one point, Italians, Irish, and Latinos (those of Spanish descent) weren't considered white, but they are in the current day.
So, what happened? How was it they were able to work their way into whiteness, and why haven't black people been able to do the same thing, not that they should or do want to?
In this edition of the Poethnic Justice Podcast, we discuss how and why America's immigrants became white and the devil's bargain they had to agree to to assimilate into the white power structure against The Foundationals.
