Keep your promises because Jesus:
- Will come again when the Father sends Him. (15)
- Has the highest authority. (15)
- Will assign immortality (16)
- Knows the truth (16)
- Limits who will see Him (16)
- Will be honored (16)
- Will be in charge forever (16)
The application for a godly man:
- Remember your promises.
- Keep your promises.
- Rest in His promises.
The application for the rest of us:
- Don't put a godly man in a predicament.
- Hold a godly man accountable.
- Remind a godly man of these promises.
- Help a godly man keep his promises.
