In this final installment of the Daddy Issues series, I open up about two pivotal moments that forced me to truly confront how my father’s absence shaped my decisions, my emotional patterns, and my deepest wounds. I walk through the beginning of my healing journey—where mindset, heart, and emotional work became essential tools. I also reflect on the broken state of our relationship at the time of his death and share how, surprisingly, my healing didn’t begin until after he was gone.
This episode is a reminder that healing is still possible, even without an apology, closure, or acknowledgement. I close by exploring what it means to move beyond daddy issues—with intention, through therapy, and by holding myself accountable to God, to myself, and to others. If you're ready to do the hard work of healing and let go of what never served you, this episode is for you.
