Konstantinos Charantiniotis is an internationally well-known Yoga and Meditation Instructor, Wellness Mentor & Coach, Ayurvedic Practitioner and NLP Master Coach. He has been studying various traditional meditation techniques for the last 32 years. His stay for long periods in environments, where the practice of meditation was the main practice, such as Buddhist monasteries gave him a unique opportunity to deepen and expand his personal practice .
