What’s up good people! My name is Nick Harris and I'm the host of The Power Of Positivity Podcast.
I’ve been blessed to be able to do a lot of things and live a lot of life at my age. I was once a beer-chugging meathead. I would drink 40s almost every night in college - I was the party captain of my rugby team, and would lead our team in drunken rugby songs. I smoked pot all day, every single day. I’d take 4 foot bong rips, smoke joints - however I could smoke it!
I co-owned a bar called the California Burger Bar with my good mate, Permanent Mark, in Palma De Mallorca, Spain - as you can imagine, it was nuts!
I toured all over the world playing heavy metal music with my band Armed for Apocalypse, partying up a storm.
This is the life I lived, from the age of 22 through to the age of 37 - for almost 16 years! I partied, I smoked pot every single day, there were months that I’d go without having a single day off from drinking.
This is the life I lived until I got sober 6 years ago. I went from absolute party animal and super stoner to where I am now: a vegan yoga instructor with a bunch of tattoos. This is the story of how I got here!
