When I came up with the concept for this podcast early last year, I KNEW that Matt had to be my first guest, because I KNEW the impact he would have on people. Matt’s a total metalhead - and you know the stereotype of a metalhead. Hard, tattooed, longhaired and certainly don’t show emotion! But Matt flips that script on its head. Sure, Matt is longhaired, covered in tattoos and he’s in one of the heaviest metal bands in the world - BUT he always seems so cool, calm and collected, no matter WHAT the situation! HOW does he do it?! He credits it to the breathwork practices that he learned through martial arts - he teaches Korean Han Mu Do and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
