Bonnie Weeks is a yoga teacher and coach who mentors others on how to amplify their voice. I’ve known Bonnie since 2020 - I took one of her yoga classes that she was running out of her garage and it was like nothing I had ever experienced before! Since that time, I’ve done two different yoga-related trainings with Bonnie - she was, and still is, such an inspiration to me!
In this episode, we chat about Bonnie's journey from being raised Mormon (she got married and gave birth to her first child whilst still in college) to sharing nude photographs of herself online and sharing sexy poetry prompts with her followers, getting into yoga, taking on leadership roles and growing her following on social media, all while raising three kids!
