Wendy McAdams-Flores – once thriving as an advocation for social services in New Jersey as well as an educator in both New Jersey and North Carolina became a victim of the enormity of mental health in the COVID era.
She lost 14 family members to covid and quickly realized her symptoms of anxiety and depression were too hard to manage any longer.
Eventually, Wendy began seeking support through Counseling and joining community Christian groups, whose members are also living with anxiety and depression.
She now shares her story in hopes of helping others in her same path.
