In the almost final episode of season 2, we welcome back form CIA Case officer, US Air Force veteran and entrepreneur Andrew Bustamante!

After serving in the CIA for 7 years, Andrew founded EveryDaySpy a company that teaches every day spy skills to those looking for a career in the private intelligence space as well as those wanting to learn new skills and to apply those skills to get an edge on life. He is also host of the Everyday Espionage podcast.

In our last conversation (Season 1, episode 9), we discussed networking and how to get what you want in the workplace, but in this episode we look at something that seems to be in vogue - resilience, grit or simply mental toughness.
