to get as much exposure to yourproperty as we possibly can.

So we're basically getting asmuch exposure onto your property
as we possibly can.
So you get your property listedand you're not getting much
interest.
You may have overpriced or needbetter marketing.
If your home has been sitting onthe market for weeks, consider
adjusting your pricing strategyor refreshing your listing with

new photos and descriptions.
So basically, when you list aproperty, three things will
happen.
If you've priced your propertycorrectly, you will get a ton of
interest and you will get abunch of showings and you will,
at that end of that process, youwill have an offer which you
most likely will accept becauseyou've hit the nail on the head

with the pricing strategy.
Number two, you have all thesame things as number one, you
have a bunch of interest, lotsof showings, but you don't get
any offers.
Well, you're probably becausethe price isn't just, it's not
right.
You may have to make a smalladjustment.
the third thing that will happenif you list your property way
over market value is that you'llget no interest, tumbleweeds, no

showings, no offers, and youknow you're completely out to
lunch.
With your price.
at that point, you would need tohave a major look at your
pricing, maybe take it off themarket, refresh it, talk to a
real estate agent, maybe at thispoint, and then put it back on
the market.
So, selling your home in Fernyisn't about luck.
