Sometimes plans don't always go the way you expect them to. We thought we would be off to another location by now but we have been self quarintining here in Portugal ever since travel became no longer an option. Since we are here a little longer than we expected we thought it would be a good time to introduce Jo. Jo is one of the owners of the Animal Rescue we have been volunteering at for a few months now. One of the reasons we came here was Jo's involvement with Shamanism. We sat down with Jo recently to find out what it means to him and what he's learned.
