Welcome to the "Pulse of HR" episode 7 - as special guest Danielle Ellis joins your co-hosts and HR Practitioners, Angela Hooper-Menifield & Robin K. Butler.
Danielle has over 25 years of management experience with a focus in human resources, as both a United States Army Officer and senior federal civil service employee with the Department of Defense. She took a leap faith and followed her passion into the nonprofit sector in 2017, landing a position as the Executive Director of a human services organization providing housing and comprehensive services to homeless families. Danielle is currently working as the Senior Program Manager of the PATH Foundation Resource Center in Warrenton, VA, where she works with nonprofits in the Culpeper, Fauquier, and Rappahannock counties to help them reach their full mission potential. She received a BA in Communications from Saint Augustine’s University and a Master’s of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from American Continental University. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc and an alumnae of Leadership Fauquier class of 2019. She enjoys reading, writing, and spending time outdoors—beach, woods, or mountains: she loves them all.
