This week Heath & Vanessa challenge the conventional mental health paradigms in this robust exploration of what exactly is mental health through a quantum lens. When we look at the "symptoms" that manifest in the mental realm, we have learned that these are vital messengers alerting us to deep disconnections from our environment and from our souls rather than simply chemical imbalances or personal failures!
When we get the ideal frequency inputs such as light, dark and magnetism from our environment, we have optimal mitochondrial voltage that keeps inflammation low and thus mental health symptoms at bay. And, if we're also connecting deeply with our loved ones and ourselves and living in alignment with our values, we experience the uplifting frequencies such as joy and love. When we're deprived of these nourishing frequencies, our voltage drops and the nature of our thoughts can easily shift to a victim mentality.
We truly need a paradigm shift in the field of mental health to stop immediately turning to pharmaceuticals, stop making people feel disempowered, and stop shaming emotions and instead focus on upleveling health from the inside out, starting with mitochondrial health and questioning how we live our lives and making changes to nourish ourselves!
We know you'll enjoy this bold episode!

Are You A Charlotte?
In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
