Barry Edwards - Why do you Race? Ironman Training with a Purpose

Sit back, buckle up, and listen in as we have the privilege of talking once again with Barry Edwards.  Barry has a tremendous triathlon record, with over 70 Ironman appearances under his belt - seven 70.3 World Championships, and two full Ironman World Championships, and as of the Ironman 70.3 Chattanooga a few months back, Barry has had seven first place Ironman age group victories in the past 12 months or so. His next challenge will be his third full Ironman World Championship appearance next Month in Kona on October 26th, where his goal is to once again stand on the top step of the podium in his age group.

Barry talks about training, nutrition, time management, and focusing on Christ as the center and purpose of it all, so if you are looking to be inspired, this episode is for you.
