In this episode, I deep dive into body fat percentages for athletes and answer the question: what is a safe and realistic body fat percentage that you should aim for? Many athletes (if not all), want to be leaner and/or super lean - thinking it will help them improve performance, improve health, and also because they simply want to look lean. 

When we think of athletes we think of individuals who are physical specimens and we think of very lean human beings. This is the reality and it translates to practice in the athlet world too as most put in a lot of work to get lean or stay lean. 

Perhaps you yourself also want to get leaner and wonder what a good target would be.
