This is part 2 - “Aversion” defined through Buddhism, modern psychology and Esotericism.
In this episode we chat the many ways that aversion runs the narratives that creates many of our patterns.
Resistance to change is a major indicator that aversion may be playing a role in one’s life.
Aversion is believing we cannot possibly be happy if such and such is present in our life.
We explain the power of embodying the awareness that in all external events we have a choice to not be affected by them at all. In this “choice point” we wisely discern between reaction and response. We can choose to simply not play into someone else's circumstance that they have created.
