What happens when a charming first officer with a bit of a reputation walks into crew check-in, only to discover that both of the women he’s been secretly seeing are on the same long-haul trip? In this explosive true story from The Red Eye, we’re diving into one of these classic “naughty pilot” tales!
Set in the late-90s glory days of Hong Kong layovers, daiquiris at the Feather Boa, and crews who partied harder than they flew, this story follows First Officer Warren Baker: former Air Force golden boy, smooth-talking woman-magnet… and soon-to-be hunted man.
What begins as a routine trip to Hong Kong and Sydney spirals into a week of awkward cabin-door reunions, Daiquiris becoming weapons, a full-on bar brawl in Lan Kwai Fong, midnight hotel-room screaming matches and one pilot desperately trying to survive both the trip and the women he’s unknowingly double-booked.
Told with humour, heart, and a dash of chaos, this episode explores the unspoken rule every airline crew knows: what goes around ALWAYS comes around… usually on a multi-sector trip.
