May is Menstrual Health Awareness Month, dedicated to raising awareness about menstrual health, breaking the silence surrounding menstruation, and promoting access to menstrual products and education. Additionally, May 28th is observed as Menstrual Hygiene Day, which focuses on highlighting good menstrual hygiene practices and the importance of access to menstrual products and sanitation facilities.
