We can look at the human body and understand that it is built of systems that are designed to disseminate substances, impulses, and fuels throughout the body. Examples: the Respiratory, Digestive, Circulatory, and Nervous systems. Another system that we also have is the energy/emotional system. This system proliferates throughout the body and is used to regulate the physical effects of energetic processes like emotions within the body. Just like we can get a blood clot in our circulatory system, we can get an energetic block within the energetic system.
