Past life regression is a form of therapy that aims to uncover memories from previous lifetimes that may impact your current life. During a past life regression session, you will be guided into a relaxed state of hypnosis. This will allow you to access memories from past lives that you may not be consciously aware of. As you explore these memories, you may begin to understand how they are impacting your current life and how they may be contributing to your trauma. But what exactly can you expect while going into this session? Whether you have tried a regression or are on the fence, understanding how to set reasonable expectations for your experience is important to having a positive experience. In this episode, we hear from Jen. Jen is a previous client of mine, and I offered her a regression to make up for her bad experience with another practitioner. She and I speak about what setting proper expectations for a past life regression should look like, and why it is so important.
