Keith is an author, speaker and the Mental Health Coordinator for the Coeur d' Alene public school district. Keith is also the founder and owner of Orchard Consulting. Keith shared working with challenging students can be overwhelming and can lead to fatigue, low satisfaction and burnout.  Keith and his team have created educator trainings that are foundational, relatable and, most importantly, practical.  Educators of all levels leave with real world strategies that can be applied directly to their practice.
