Aideen Ni Riada (00:03):
receiving your breath, releasing your breath,
feeling into your belly, noticing any feeling in your
tummy.
Sometimes, when we're makingchanges, there's an anticipation

(00:24):
Butterflies.
Making changes there's ananticipation butterflies
allowing your belly to relax alittle more, relaxing your belly
, beautiful, letting yourshoulders drop down, letting

(00:48):
your face relax, your eyes, yourears, cheeks, letting your legs
feel heavy, letting the chairsupport you.
We're just going to imaginethat we're standing in front of
an elevator and it's one ofthose old fashioned elevators,

(01:13):
but it's just standing in themiddle of nowhere.
You're wondering what thiselevator can do.
Is it going to go up in the air, like Charlie and the Chocolate
Factory?
Is it going to go down?
It's exciting, interesting, imagining this elevator now,
imagining the button on theoutside to open the door and as

(01:35):
you press the button it makesthat noise, a noise that you
recognise and the door is openpretty slowly and you're looking
around, going.
That you recognize.
And the door is open prettyslowly and you're looking around
going hmm, am I getting in?
But you know you want to get in, that you're ready for an

(01:58):
adventure.
So you're stepping into theelevator, turning back towards
the door, noticing the wallsMaybe they're shiny or padded
and looking at the buttons, yousee that there are 10 levels.
Going down, you're on zero andthere's a minus 10.

(02:19):
You're just going to press theminus 10 button going all the
way down.
So as you press that button, the doors close gently and the
elevator starts to move slowlybut surely.
And as it passes each of theother floors, you're noticing a

(02:44):
little ding.
As it goes to minus one, minustwo, and as you go down you're
feeling more relaxed and you'releaving yourself behind the old
identity.
Minus four, minus five.
You're feeling very free.
Minus six, very relaxed.

(03:06):
Minus seven, very open.
Minus eight.
Minus nine, very relaxed, verypeaceful.
Minus ten, and you hear thatding noise again as the doors
open, even though you'reexpecting to be underground.

(03:27):
As you come out, you're actuallyin a beautiful tropical forest
and there's a lot of birdssinging.
It's like a cacophony of noise,of noise.

(03:49):
You can hear the wind blowingthrough the leaves of the
beautiful shiny, thick tropicalleaves, and as you step out,
you're stepping onto a pathwaythat's been laid out before you
and you can actually see yourname has been written in the
pebbles under your feet and youknow that that was done

(04:11):
especially for you, because thisis your, your mind, the
treasure within you.
This is the depths of you.
This is the depths of you, andit's so beautiful and lush and

(04:33):
so full of noise and activity, everything that happens
automatically within you, beingrepresented by this beautiful
tropical forest.
The air is a little moist, butperfect for you, just what you
would like.
You start walking on the gravel, gently stepping over your name,
not to disturb the pebbles thatcreated your name on the floor,

(04:54):
and you hear that little crunchof the noise of the pebbles as
you walk into this tropicalforest and the path is turning.
So you're just turning a cornernow and walking through an even
more beautiful section withtropical flowers and you can

(05:15):
start to smell these flowers andit feels like it's so beautiful
and it's so rich in beauty andlove and calm, and this treasure
is what's inside you.
And as you walk through, you'reallowing your mind wander to

(05:38):
all the things you want tocreate and do in your life and
you're feeling the support ofthis beautiful forest.
It's almost like the birds arewhispering.
You can do it, we want you todo it, we want to see what you
can do and as you're walkingthrough the, you're feeling

(06:01):
really happy and excited aboutgoing back to life, because this
is the treasure within you thatyou're going to bring forward
and bring out in your naturallife.
And as you walk through, youmight start to skip or run.
You're feeling so excited, sohappy.

(06:21):
You're feeling so excited, sohappy.
And as you turn the next corner, you're hearing the sound of
water rushing.
You can see now in front of you, just a little bit away, is a
beautiful waterfall.
It's falling from maybe threestories above you, rushing down
into a beautiful deep poolsurrounded by the leaves of this

(06:45):
beautiful tropical garden.
And as you walk towards thiswater, this water represents all
of your creative energy andit's so much and it's so strong
and it's so wide and it's sowide.

(07:05):
And as you watch it all rushingdown, you realize how much
potential you have to create andhow that flow is happening,
whether you let it out in youreveryday life or not.

(07:33):
And as you get closer to thewaterfall, you see there's a
little stone ledge at the bottomof the waterfall that you can
walk under the waterfall, between the wall of the cliff
and the water.
And part of you is going, oh, Imight get wet or oh, is it safe
.
But that excited part of youthat doesn't even know how
wonderful life can be, yetdecides I'm going to go in and
see what's in there.
And, knowing that no one needsto give you permission in this

(07:59):
space, it's all yours.
You're walking now under thewaterfall, letting your hand
reach out to feel the rush ofwater, as you're feeling the
little drips of water all overyou just dampening you slightly,
and you're stepping.
And now, on bare feet, on thislovely stone ledge, and it's

(08:25):
quite wide, you don't feelunsafe.
And as you walk in, you see thatthe ledge turns into a cave.
And as you turn into the cave, you see a beautiful ledge that
looks like a table, and on thetable there are three objects
representing three things youwant to achieve in your life,

(08:47):
things that are important foryour soul.
And just honing in on one ofthose things maybe pick the one
on the right, whichever isperfect.
And as you look at this object,it's becoming clearer what it
is more solid, more real, andyou're stepping up to it now and

(09:14):
you're reading what's on there.
You're seeing the details andyou're picking it up and
understanding what it is for youto do, what it means to you.
It's almost like you want tohug this object because it's so

(09:35):
precious, this gift, that youwant to bring into the world a
part of your creativity that youcan make real in your everyday
life.
And as you're holding it,you're realizing that no one

(09:56):
needs to give you permission tostart and to keep going for this
project.
And as you turn to the otherobjects, you're realizing one of
them is one of those egg-shapedegg timers where the sand is

(10:19):
dropping through from one sideto the other.
And as you look at this I'msure I'm not remembering the
name properly but as you look atit, you're noticing that, even
though a little piece of sand isdropping down each time, that,

(10:42):
as the time seems to run out, itnaturally just turns over and
starts again.
Whatever way it's been created,as soon as the sand reaches the
bottom, it tips back around andstarts again.

(11:04):
And this is representing thefact that you have time and,
even though it may seem likeit's running out sometimes, that
you will be given more.
And starting to recognize thatyou have time is releasing some

(11:29):
tension in your body.
And this object is representingthat it's never too late,
you're never too old.
It's representing that it's allin good time.
And as you touch this object, you're feeling a little buzz of

(11:56):
energy flow from it to you, changing the neural pathways in
your brain that make you feellike it's too late, and helping
you to realize that it's nevertoo late.
You always have enough time andtoday is the perfect day to

(12:19):
start.
Step by step, you get where youneed to go and putting that
object down.
We're now going to look at thethird object, and this object
maybe surprises you because itrepresents something that you
haven't decided to do yet, butwhen you see it you realize,

(12:45):
yeah, that's interesting, I dowant to do that.
I do see that as part of me,part of who I am, and this is
one of the treasures you'regoing to leave behind in your
life.
And this is one of thetreasures you're going to leave

(13:06):
behind in your life and even ifyou don't see it very clearly,
just understand that somethingthat you do in this lifetime
will be left behind and it willbe held in the hearts of those
who knew you and those who mayget to know you even after
you're not here anymore throughothers, through your creations

(13:34):
and in the many other ways thatwe can be connected to each
other, energetically andotherwise.
You're starting to feel very atpeace with what's happening and

(14:00):
what.
You've starting to feel very atpeace with what's happening and
what you've got to do and whatyou want to do and what you are,
and starting to notice that youfeel safe, starting to notice

(14:21):
that you do feel that potentialwithin you.
You're starting to feel like anew version of you is being
created.
And as we walk back out towardsthe water, there's a small ledge

(14:44):
that gets hit by the water andon that ledge you're going to
put a small item or two thatrepresents the person you used
to be, something you want toleave behind.
And if you can't think of avisual for that, just maybe

(15:14):
imagine that you're writing iton a little piece of paper.
You can just write down.
You know the word thatrepresents something that you
need to leave behind.
Maybe it's just askingpermission.
No more asking permission.
Leave that on there.

(15:35):
No more feeling like time isrunning out.
No more imagining that you'realone, no more worrying.
Whatever those things are.

(15:58):
You're going to just leavethose behind and the water of
this waterfall will naturallydissolve those things are.
You're going to just leavethose behind and the water of
this waterfall will naturallydissolve those things over time.
You're coming out through thewaterfall.
Maybe this time you're clingingto the edge of the cliff,
trying not to get too wet, butas soon as you come out into the

(16:20):
light again, it's like you'redrying off.
And before we leave thewaterfall, just hold out your
hands gently and, cupping yourhands together, create a little
cup of water for yourself anddrink some of this waterfall
into your body to take with youas we go up the elevator.
This creativity, it's gushing,it's so wide.

(16:45):
Take a small portion with youto help you in your everyday
life.
And as we walk back along thepebbles, feeling those maybe you
put your sandals back onfeeling and hearing the sound of
the pebbles and the birds arereally loud.
As soon as you come out awayfrom the water, smelling the air

(17:08):
, beautiful plants, feeling thesupport of this place.
And now, turning a corner, yousee that elevator again and
you're feeling very free.
You're pressing the button onthe elevator and it dings.

(17:28):
But as you walk in on theinside of this elevator,
suddenly you see palm trees, almost like the images of this
place you were in are now aroundthe edges of the elevator.
There's a waterfall, there'sbirds, everything in there you
feel like you're taking thiscreative part of you with you.

(17:48):
So you're very happy gettinginto the elevator, not going
back to a dull life.
You're very happy getting intothe elevator.
You're not going back to a dulllife, you're going back to a
very rich, creative life.
And as you look at the buttons, the buttons are even different.
Maybe they're all differentcolours now and you press the
zero at the top and as theelevator moves up, you're just

(18:08):
feeling very calm and relaxedand happy, very full, coming up,
moves up.
You're just feeling very calmand relaxed and happy, very full
, coming up, up, up, passing theminus nine minus eight, minus
seven, six, five, four, becomingmore alert and aware.
Three, two, one and up to thetop, to zero and the doors open

(18:37):
slowly and as you walk out, you're starting to open your
eyes and come back into the room, feeling this energy of
excitement and bringing yourhands together.
Keep your eyes closed.
You can bring your handstogether, feeling this energy of
excitement and bringing yourhands together.
Keep your eyes closed.
You can bring your handstogether, rub your hands briskly
together, creating heat, covering your eyes with your

(19:03):
hands, sealing this energy intaking a breath here and then
tapping your head and shoulders, chest, back and legs coming
back into the room.
