Navigating Friendships in Motherhood

One of the biggest ways you can find rest in motherhood is by leaning on your friendships, especially friendship with like minded women (whether they are a mom or not). So this is exactly what I want to talk about on this episode of the podcast – the themes of friendship and motherhood, discussing how relationships can evolve after becoming a mom. I want to share how you can navigate changing friendships, and the loneliness that can so often accompany motherhood.
