Today as I sat down to record, I noticed a huge glare coming from the window by my desk because it’s fall and the sun is shifting and shining differently. This is such a beautiful reminder of the change in seasons and how nothing is permanent, how everything is changing. I just loved that because it hints at what I want to talk to you about today in this episode.
