You've been in the communityfor a number of years, even
though this show is alreadybuilding great momentum.

your business.
So let's start there.
Tell us about your company.

Speaker 3 (00:55):
All right.
So it's a restoration business,meaning we're someone that you
call when something goes wrongin your house usually, or your
car or anything like that.
You have a water loss, firedamage, anything.
If you develop any kind of moldor anything in your happens to

your home.
It's not supposed to.
That's unexpected.
It's a emergency type situationand typically where the type of
company you're going to call soyou make people whole, bring
them back.

Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:31):
That whole with transformation.
Huh yeah, we take whateverhappens, from your house being
flooded to a fire or anythingunexpected.
You call us, we come in and wetake your house and we bring it
back to where it was.
You could just almost like goback in time with a time machine

or anything like that.
You go back and all of a sudden, your walls whether it was bold
or water or fire all of asudden they look brand new again
.

So, chad, when you're not busy running your business,
what do you like to do for fun?

Speaker 3 (02:12):
I really I just enjoy .
I work so much so I reallyenjoy spending time with my
family, my wife, my kids, andreading a good book.
From time to time I should saymore in time to time I do like
to read, but really I just enjoyspending time with my family.

Speaker 2 (02:33):
Chad, you are a very busy guy, I know, because I can
hardly catch up with you.
True In your words.
Why are you doing this?

Speaker 3 (02:46):
You know, the main reason why is to make a
difference.
I was in the corporate worldfor a long time and trying to
make a difference for others anddid a really good job there and
when we branched out years back, really focused on I had to
look at my core values and wherecould I have the biggest impact

(03:09):
and really focused on what'sout there that you know, what
other services are out therewhere you can have a fundamental
difference in someone's lifeevery single day.
And that's really what we do.
Every one of my days is unique,it's different.
My phone rings constantly andit really is with different

(03:32):
clients or customers that youknow something has happened that
shouldn't have happened andthey're calling us to really try
to make their lives back, bringsome normalcy back to their
life, and you know these arestressful moments.
So to be able to go in and, youknow, help bring some calm to
the situation, that's reallywhat it's all about.
