Welcome to the show, bill.
How are things, my friend?

Speaker 3 (02:54):
Oh, everything's wonderful.
Thank you very much for havingme.
It's really great to be here.
It's been a while.
We talked a couple, I think.
A couple of years ago we had agreat conversation.

Speaker 1 (03:08):
Yeah, that's correct, it was a little while ago.
I'm really grateful that we'regetting a chance to connect
again and continue ourconversation.
So, as you know, here on thispodcast, Revolutionary man, we
always talk about everyone'shero's quest, and so I've
adjusted the question a littlebit from the last time you were
here and it's really abouttelling us about your death and
your rebirth moment.
If you think about the, youknow our hero's journey and how
that experience really shapedyou into the man you are today

(03:29):
and the work you're doing.

Speaker 3 (03:31):
Well, that's a great question.
You know the way I answer thatand it surprises people.

Speaker 2 (03:44):
Is it happened?

Speaker 3 (03:48):
out of unwillingness.
I was unwilling to live thatway any longer.
The pain, the chaos, theconfusion, the misery was so
overwhelming.
I walked out the door, completely committed over 30
years ago, walked out of a.

(04:08):
It was two days after Christmas.
I was at Lake Tahoe.
There was four feet of snow onthe ground and I looked at the
woman I was in a relationshipwith and I said I'm so effing
miserable, I've got to go findout why.
Of course she thought I wasblaming her, which wasn't true.
Of course she thought I wasblaming her, which wasn't true,
and I left and it took a whileto start finding theications.

(04:32):
And I had some income coming inand I literally took a couple

(04:56):
of years off, went down toMexico, lived on beaches for
over three months by myself, just really dug in, and I've
been researching it since thento just before you and I got on
the call.
I'm still doing it right and itwas unwillingness to live that
way and what happened was just awhole series of miracles.
You know, if you asked anybodythat knows me about me, in fact,

(05:18):
I'll tell you a funny story.
I was in Hawaii.
I lived there for five years, but before I moved there I was
in Hawaii.
I lived there for five years, but before I moved there I was
over there having fun doing aphoto shoot and there was this
famous psychic that lives on thePali Highway in Oahu.
So I was going up the PaliHighway I said, well, I'm going
to stop in.
So I stopped in.
It was early in the morning.
Her name is Von Lowe and hersecretary was sitting there.

(05:43):
She did it in her house and hersecretary was there.
I said can I get in to see her?
And she said oh no, you know,it's a.
I was there in May.
She said the first opening wehave is October and I said okay,
great, but thank you.
And she said you know what?
Give me your name and number.
If somebody cancels today, I'llcall you.
Are you going to be around?
I said, sure, well, sure enough, I got a call later.

(06:04):
Right, I said I'll be there.
So she saw me the last personthat day.
But she walked.
I went in.
They had me go and sit in heroffice.
She walked in, she looked at meand she went wow, you're two
different people.
You used to bring pain and makepeople cry and now you're

(06:24):
Buddhaha.
Like I've never seen such achange in one person.
This is exactly what she saidto me.
It was very true, even truertoday because I'm at, I'm I'm
operating a much highervibration now.
But you know, that's what reallydescribed my life.
It was literally.
The contrast was that great, which in fact makes sense,

(06:45):
because in part of what I'velearned is in the universe
there's duality, yeah, ineverything.
So if you're in such an extremestate of misery that I was in
the duality in that if I get outof it is to go to the other
side, which is pretty high, right, right, because that's

(07:06):
duality.
You know, there's hot and cold, male and female, everything.
There's duality and everythingin the universe.
I mean it just totally makessense the way the universe works
.
But that's what got me there.
And then I just kept learningmore and more and more things.
I became, I really got into myintuition and really my psychic

(07:27):
abilities really kicked in.
So I started learning somethings and I I was getting this
download.
In fact, I went to a friend'suh seminar a three-day weekend
in phoenix andrea hess, and itwas a soul reclamation three-day
seminar and in there she wastalking about divine gifts and

(07:50):
the moment she started talkingabout them.
The information just floodedinto me like I knew everything
about them.
The next day we're driving backto the seminar with my wife and
I started talking about him.
She's like where did you, whatthe hell are you talking about
him?
She's like where did you, whatthe hell are you talking about?
And I said, well, it's just youknow.
It's just like oh well, youknow, I'm going to get

(08:11):
interviewed with Alan and I'mgoing to get on Zoom and I'm.
You know, I like I just boom, boom, boom, just had the
information.
And so I dug into it more andmore, learned more about it, and
then I was like, wow, I've gotto find a way to teach people
this, so it'll stick.
Because I worked with somepeople and showed them, but they
didn't pay enough money.
They thought it was cute, butthen they went off and they were

(08:33):
just in misery again.
I'm like, okay, well, I'm notdoing that Number one, that's
worthless.
So I figured out a way to putpieces together for a coaching
program and I've been doing thatfor 15 years now.
So it's kind of funny because Iwork with the business people.
In fact, I'm going to be doinga five-day life purpose

(08:54):
challenge here in a couple ofweeks I'm going to start.
It'll be on social media wherepeople can come in and kind of
create their own blueprint andwork on their own.
So I went to some of my clientsand said, hey, send me a short

(09:14):
video as a testimonial, right?
And this is the truth fromDustin in Asheville, man, listen
to Bill, I've been working withhim for six years.
Jeff in Knoxville, tennesseeyeah, I've been working with
Bill now seven years.
Pay attention to every word hesays.
Brian in Denver I've been withBill for over five years.
Wally in Burlington, vermontI've been working with him for
three years and went through adivorce and listened to him.
He's amazing.
So that's what happens, becausewhen you understand who you are

(09:39):
, you're working a different wayentirely and you step into a
universe of expansion.
We no longer think in earthlyways, because everything on the
earth, in our physical, is basedon limitation.
It's all about struggle, lackof clarity and hard work.

(10:02):
That's the best you're evergoing to get out of your life,
unless you get into spiritualityof some sort.
Spirituality lets you enter adifferent dimension.
So I have this.

Speaker 1 (10:17):
I have this vision bill of it, as you're describing
this of it's it's.
We're both in the same river, except some of us are paddling
upstream and wondering why thehell is life so bloody hard, and
others are just going with theflow like they've learned you've
learned to turn your boat it's.

Speaker 3 (10:35):
It's worse than that.
They really aren't paddlingupstream.
What they're doing is stayingfixed in their position, which
does nothing but createresistance, because it's a
scientific fact that theuniverse is in a constant state
of organic expansion.

Speaker 1 (10:57):
It's constant, Absolutely.
And that's a good point,because I think while we
struggle to move forward youknow, staying with the river
analogy we think we're movingupstream but we're actually
losing ground.
And we lose ground because wehave these fixed mindsets.
And I know you've alreadymentioned the word blueprint a
couple times, and what I alwaysfind fascinating with your work

(11:20):
is you have this idea andconcept of a spiritual blueprint
.
So let's talk a little bitabout what you mean by that and
how this can really affectsomeone's life path.

Speaker 3 (11:31):
Well, they have to have a blueprint.
They have to, and the reasonthey have to is because
everybody's different, sothere's not one blueprint for
everybody.
And that you know what othercoaches do is they give people
well, do this and do yourpushups.
Make sure you go for the walkin the everybody.
And that you know what othercoaches do is they give people
well, do this and do yourpushups.
Make sure you go for the walkin the morning and read these
five books.
And you know, do all this stuff.
You know what I tell my clientsto do.

(11:52):
Don't do a damn thing.
You don't have to do anything.
What you have to do is becomeaware so you can make powerful
choices that support you.
And the choices that you make, alan, and that I make, are
different because we come fromdifferent places.
We're different people, we havedifferent cultures, different

(12:14):
neighborhoods, different,everything's different.
The only thing that we have incommon is that we both exist in
two dimensions.
Okay, we were in a physicaldimension.
That's earth, that's our lifeas we see it, and there's a
non-physical dimension.
Now, there's a language forboth dimensions and if you're

(12:38):
focused at where everybody isbecause what happens is we're
born perfect, we come out, thedoctor slaps our ass and
everything goes downhill fromthere.
Right, so that's the way itworks.
But the truth of the matter iseverybody's in survival is

(13:05):
everybody's in survival.
And the irony about life isthis is fear comes from one
source, one place, which is yourfear of death, your fear of
loss.
That's where all fear getsgenerated from.
People don't realize that theyjust have an innate fear of
death.
Consequently, when fear comesup, you always go to protection.
You're protecting yourself.

(13:26):
You're afraid of losingsomething, so you're protecting
your story.
You're protecting who you are.
Your ego in your head is doingthat while your heart is just
sitting there saying there'snothing to protect, right, right
.
Your heart is just sittingthere saying there's nothing to
protect, right, right.
The more with the heart andlove, the more you give, the
more you get.
It's the way it works that's agreat point.

Speaker 1 (13:48):
You know, so many times in our lives we do get
stuck with this fear concept andit is the fear of death and
loss.
And it doesn't have to be thebig one, you know where, where
we stop breathing and we move onto something something greater.
But it can also be thosemoments in our life where maybe
it's a career change, the, thedeath and and rebirth experience

(14:08):
you talked about, you know.
Finally, looking, you know, atthe woman you were with and and
and, then analyzing your lifeand just saying, okay, and I've
had enough, I'm not, I'munwilling to continue to live
this way.
And so what does it take?
What are you finding are themost common challenges that the
people you're working with, thatto help them really get
realigned with their lifepurpose?

Speaker 3 (14:38):
The number one challenge that everybody has.
The number one thing that stopsthem is the fear of their power
.
We are so powerful, we can doso many things, and when you
understand how powerful you areand then you look at your life,
it is pitiful, regardless ofwhat situation you're in,
because we live in a world inthe physical, where people's

(14:59):
boundaries on their ignorance isso close it's absurd.
And they spend their whole lifeprotecting those beliefs
because that's all they have, when in fact they don't matter.
I don't care what your beliefsare.
I am very interested because Ican learn something, but there's

(15:20):
nothing you can do to takeanything from me.
There's nothing you can say tome to hurt me.
Only I can hurt me.
You can call me all the namesyou want, but what you're really
doing is describing to me howyou feel inside.
Yes, because you can't sharethat if you don't feel that way.

Speaker 1 (15:39):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (15:40):
When you come from a place of love, you can't bully
somebody.
It's impossible.
When you bully somebody, it'sbecause you have total lack of
self-worth period and what youhave to do is rise up.
I was an expert at this.
That's the way I lived for manyyears.
You have to rise above.
You're always above or belowright.
Yeah, years, you have to riseabove.

(16:04):
You're always above or belowright.
So in in the physical world, when you measure, you suffer.
Right measurement equalssuffering.
Anything you judge you arethat's a great point.

Speaker 1 (16:17):
You know, I was sitting there thinking about you
, were talking about being.
You know, I've heard this saidbefore many times as well, and
I've read it about people beingafraid of their power.
But what do you really mean byafraid of our power?
Is it that we're afraid we'regoing to succeed or we're going

(16:37):
to do the thing that we've beentelling ourselves we can't do?
Let's just work that one out alittle bit.

Speaker 3 (16:43):
Well, I think the primary thing with it is you
know what's that old saying, somebody laying there excuse the
French in a pile of horseshit.
You know, and they say but it'swarm and I know what it is.
You know right, and to stepinto the unknown isn't something

(17:04):
people are willing to do, butthat's where I live.
I don't want to know.
You know why I don't want toknow?
Because if I know, I'm settingan expectation.
And when I'm setting anexpectation, I'm putting myself
in extreme limitation as to whatcan occur, rather than
energizing my intentions andletting a miracle occur.

(17:25):
So they're really afraid oftheir power.
Are you familiar?
You know this was credited toNelson Mandela, but it was
really written by MarianneWilliamson in the book of Return
to Love.
Our deepest fear, our deepestfear, isn't that we're
inadequate, our deepest fear isthat we're powerful beyond
measure.
We ask ourselves who am I to be?

(17:46):
Talented, fabulous andwonderful?
Who are you not to be?
You're a child of God, and soit goes on that.
That's just such a powerful,powerful uh story.
And it's so true.
It's just so true because wehave these divine gifts, these
seven energies that flow throughus.
Well, people don't know whatthey are.

(18:06):
So this is the big download Ihad at that meeting with Andrea
Hess that time.
But here's the irony is like doyou know anybody?
You must know some people thathave a fear of conflict.
Absolutely Okay, the reason.
I'll tell some people that havea fear of conflict.
Absolutely Okay, the reason.
I'll tell you why they have afear of conflict.
Okay, Because one of theirdivine gifts, one of their

(18:28):
energetic powers, is divineorder.
And when there's conflict nowthey don't know this, they
literally don't know this.
They literally don't know this.
Okay, because it's been thisway ever since they were born.
You know, you're born withthese lessons and things and you
see life a certain way and youaccept it and it's just kind of

(18:50):
that way and I'm like I don'twant to be in conflict with you
Like, I want everybody to likeme, I'm going, you know, you
know.
Well, the truth of the matteris that means they have divine
order.
It's the energy that makes themfeel like Humpty, dumpty,
falling off the wall.
They're all cracked up when, infact, because they have divine

(19:12):
order.
This divine order is aboutbringing harmony, balance,
beauty, order and function toeverything you do.
So, regardless of the conflictthis happens to be one of my
gifts.
You might even feel the energyas I speak With divine order.
Somebody's like that I'll juststep in and I'm going to show

(19:35):
them some love and thatsituation will change in a
nanosecond.
A nanosecond Because I use thatenergy.
So I work with people like thisall the time, and when I show
them that and they're terrifiedto do it because they think
they're going to die.
But the truth of the matter is,when they do it, they're like
what they say is you're notgoing to believe what happened.

(19:56):
You know I'm like, no, I won'tCome on, not going to believe
what happened.
You know I'm like, no, I won'tcome on, but tell me anyways.
You know, I mean, and so wehave these gifts, these seven
divine gifts, and so there's theyin and yang and all of them
and that's everybody has threereally strong ones.
And that's what I work withpeople, and when they start
understanding their energy, youliterally what we do is we

(20:18):
create miracles.
Now people go oh, miracles,bullshit.
No, let me tell you what amiracle is.
Okay, a miracle is just anunexpected event with a positive
outcome.

Speaker 1 (20:31):
it's like how did that happen?

Speaker 3 (20:33):
yeah, I live with miracles all the time, like the
other day.
I'm out on the West Coast rightnow.
I was coming in from LosAngeles, coming back out by
Riverside, where I am, and I'mdriving down the freeway and I
came back a different way and Ithought, oh darn, I wanted to
stop at Walmart.
There's something specific Iwanted to pick up there.

(20:54):
And so I just had this thoughtand it's like oh, let me check
my phone, you know.
So I got, had this thought andit's like oh, let me check my
phone, you know.
So I got my map out, saidwhere's the nearest Walmart?
It was the next exit and I'dnever come down that way before.
And that's my life, justperfect, you know.
It's just, I let it flow, I letit happen, I get parking places

(21:15):
or you know it's so, you justcreate it create it yeah well,
it's about surrendering.

Speaker 1 (21:20):
To me I, I hear you talk about that and it's really
about, you know, from theposition of you said earlier,
about you know, when you measuresomething that you know it it's
uh suffering, it's suffering.
And then, as a guy like me whois, you know, still pretty much
stuck in business brain, and somy, when I talk about
measurement, what you measureyou, what you measure, you

(21:42):
accomplish, and what you don't,you don't you, you don't right,
and so what you interesting youmeasure limits your
accomplishment well, I get whatgets.
That gets done, but it does.
It does put a frame around andblocks out the other things that
could be getting done.

Speaker 3 (22:01):
Yes, it does.
And not only that, it causesyou to control and manipulate.
It changes how you think, whereyour energy goes, you go.

Speaker 1 (22:12):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (22:13):
And so when you're doing that, it's like, well, I'm
going to get from here to there.
Come hell or high water, right,I'll pay the price, I'm going
to do it.
But along the way there's justdestruction.
And just when, in fact, I canjust sit here and do it with
just energy, it'll just come tome.

Speaker 1 (22:34):
That's so interesting .
You're talking about this and Iwant to get into more about
this, about the energy, becauseI think for guys we tend to
struggle with words like this.
it kind of you know, yeah, feelings you know it's yeah the
feeling piece of it, but thestory I wanted to talk about is
that I was put in a position ofseveral years ago where the at
the employer that I was workingat I had I was basically tasked

(22:57):
with turning a business unitthat is traditionally a loss
leader so it never made money to, trying to save it from being
outsourced and a bunch of'sobviously on the gaming floor,
but so that it wasn't a burdenon the business, and so that

(23:24):
experience really forced me toagain go back to this
measurement aspect was to startat start looking at it from a
non-emotional perspective Okay, what does my, what does my
financial statement look like?
What are my controllables?
And doing all that work andthen from there going okay, now,
how do I do this with the mostcompassion and the most respect

(23:47):
for the people that are going tobe impact, those who are also
ultimately unfortunately had tolose their job and positions
were eliminated, but also theones that remained, and so I
wish we would have had a chanceto meet four years ago when I
was going through thisexperience, because I think many
of us guys are in positionswhere we have to.
We're living with life and thisduality aspect of life and we

(24:11):
have these encounters where wehave to make difficult decisions
, much like you were describing.
How do we approach that from anenergy perspective, to make
sure we're staying centered andcompassionate?

Speaker 3 (24:25):
so here's where you start.
Okay, number one you never makeanother decision, because the
word decision the latin root ofthat, which I can't pronounce
means to cut off.
What's the energy in that?

(24:46):
The first thing I teach peopleis never make another decision,
always just make a choice.
Because when you make a choice, you're making it from your
personal power.
When you're making a decision, you're doing something that you

(25:06):
want other people to see.
You're concerned about what'sgoing to happen, what it's going
to look like.
You ultimately had no controlover whether those people were
going to lose their job.
You weren't there to save it.
What you were there to do wasto get clarity and see, if you
put some pain on it, if we couldstraighten this up a little bit
, can it be turned around.
That's what you were there for.
So never make another decision.

(25:29):
It's always a choice.
Just say it.
Say I've got to make a decision, or say I'm going to make a
choice, because when you make achoice, you can change it.
If you say it, you'll feel theenergetic difference instantly
yeah go ahead and say it outloud.
Just say the two of them outloud and see how it feels yeah,
absolutely.

Speaker 1 (25:44):
But I have to make a decision or no?
I'm going to make a choice.
The choice just feels so muchlighter.

Speaker 2 (25:49):
It's light, yeah, yeah like that when I said I
have to make a decision.

Speaker 1 (25:53):
I just felt this weight on my shoulder.

Speaker 2 (25:55):
Here just came down, it's like okay, I, okay, I got
to get this barbell off myshoulders.

Speaker 3 (26:00):
But there's number one.
Now here's number two.
I'm going to have you make achoice which one is better to
work with Accountability orresponsibility.

Speaker 1 (26:13):
Oh responsibility.

Speaker 3 (26:15):
Yes, you are in the three percentile.
Everybody goes toaccountability, but
accountability means you'reanswering to someone else.
Accountability means you'reputting yourself in the victim
position.
You don't get to determineofficially how it turned out,

(26:41):
how it is.
If you're in responsibility, then you say like I'm not here
to be accountable to you on yourshow.
I'm here to be responsible andspread the pure truth that I
know to people and I don't givea damn what anybody thinks about
it.
Okay, they can say what theywant.

(27:03):
If they're saying it, there'ssomething I'm going to tell them
right now.
You speak against what I'msaying and you're suffering.
I guarantee it.
I guarantee it because it onlybrings suffering.
So you work from a place ofresponsibility.
Anything in my life I amresponsible for.
If I'm driving down the streetand you rear end my car, I

(27:26):
called that in somehow I'm goingto let the insurance companies
do whatever they do, but I'mdone with it.
I'm going the other way, Right,Right, I'm not going to be,
yeah, that son of a bitch andI'm going to go to court and you
know it's like no, they'll takecare of it.
I'm going to go in expansionand create and just do what I do

(27:47):
.
You know those are.
That's just stuff that happens.
It's just part of life andsomehow I called that in in.
I'm going to meditate on howdid I attract?
that into my life.

Speaker 1 (28:00):
Yes, yes, decisions earlier on the day that that
ultimately culminated with you.
To be in that moment, at thattime, for that experience for it
was for whatever reason.

Speaker 3 (28:10):
Yeah, exactly, you know.
One time in fact this goes backto like 2000 this woman I had a
relationship with we werecoming back from a meeting one
night and got rear-ended and gotpushed across the street into a
tree car, totaled we weren'thurt, shook up a little 9, 30,
10 at night.
So they came, they told the caraway.
We went home, got up the nextmorning and we we looked at each

(28:33):
other, said okay, we're nevertalking about that again.
I don't want to relive thatenergy.
I want to cleanse that energy.
I want to have compassion forthe person.
He was drunk and whatever'sgoing to happen is going to
happen.
But I'm not going down thestreet and everybody I see
you're not going to believe whathappened last night.

(28:54):
You know, you know I had amajor medical event a couple of
years ago.
Ok, nobody knows about it.
Why I don't want to live that.

Speaker 1 (29:07):
Right.

Speaker 3 (29:08):
I got in, got it taken care of, got myself back
on my feet and off I go, takencare of, got myself back on my
feet and off I go.
In fact, I was at a familygathering and somebody who knew
about it in the close familycame up to me and another family
member was there and asked meabout it and she was like what,
like that?
And I said yeah.

(29:30):
She said I said that's exactlywhy you don't know.
Yeah, I don't want to be exposedto that the rest of my life
because of it.

Speaker 1 (29:43):
You know it's interesting.
We're continuing to.
You know, the stuff that you'rebringing up is just the timing
is impeccable, especially with, you know, the change in the in
the U S now with new government, and I just see, you know, I've
seen it on both sides of thespectrum.
I saw the, you know, I, youknow, for lack of, we'll just
use some terminology here but onthe, you know, in the prior
administration, everybody on theright's freaking out.

(30:04):
Now in the currentadministration, everybody on the
left's freaking out.
And I sit there and I look atthis and the energy that we put
forward into these things, regardless of what political
stripe you're from, you knowjust perpetuates and creates
more of the same.
And so let's go back and reallyexpand on your work about

(30:25):
energy and how we can utilizethis to serve and be of service.

Speaker 3 (30:30):
That's the nature of energy.
You know, energy is always inexpansion.
Energy is always in expansion.
It's always in expansion,always.
So if you're pissed off in aTrumper, and that's what goes
with the territory and it's onlygoing to get worse, right, it's

(30:54):
only going to get worse.
It's only going to get worse.
In fact, when he got elected,in the morning, I had to call
somebody.
Would you come and get me offthe floor, please?
Like this.
I am shocked beyond belief andI I thought to myself well, boy,
there's something I don't knowhere, because he got the
majority vote.
I'm going to learn a lot moreabout how this happened, because

(31:16):
there's something going on thatI don't understand at all.
Right, and so I want to know, not just like women.
I had a woman running forpresident and more women voted
for Trump.
I mean the whole thing was likeshocking.
So you know, that's my openmindedness.
They're going to do their stuff.

(31:36):
I don't hang out in politics, Idon't do it, but here's where it
comes from.
We're energetic.
We have energy.
Ha chi, when you breathe, thisis who you are.
When you look in the mirror, what you see is not you.
What you see is a manifestationof your energy in that moment.

(31:58):
So when you die, what you seein the mirror, when you look
there, isn't going with you.
The carton stays here, theenergy leaves.
I mean there, it is Case inpoint, proof, positive.

(32:21):
So when you look at it thephysical, the non-physical
there's a boundary that peoplecan follow and that is the head
and the heart.
The head can only work with thepast.
The head will only protect you.

(32:42):
The head works with ego andlogic and it's all about working
with five senses and convincingyou to protect yourself.
Yeah, the heart comes from love.
The heart works with energy.
The heart knows there's nothingcan be taken from us and the

(33:03):
more love we share, the more weget.
And there are words to supportthe non-physical language.
With my clients.
I have a whole list of powerwords I give them.
You know, and I'll give you anexample, there's abundance and
money.
Which one is physical, whichone is non-physical?

Speaker 1 (33:23):
Yeah, money is, I would say is physical, and
abundance is non.

Speaker 3 (33:27):
You know why it's non-physical.
Describe abundance to me.
You can't Describe love to me.
You can't Describe abundance tome.
You can't Describe love to me.
You can't Describe gratitude tome, you can't.
You can only see how itmanifests in the moment.
Gratitude, abundance, serenity, all of these things, all of

(33:58):
them.
You don't know what they looklike and they have one thing in
common All of those have to dowith who you're being.
All the others have to do withwhat you're doing In the

(34:19):
physical.
It with what you're doing rightin the physical.
It's what you're doing in thenon-physical, it's who you're
being and that's the difference.
And like when you, when I workwith clients like I, I have this
I have a lot of very successfulclients and with big, big jobs,
okay, and they like they aren'tjobs, they're just like it's
crazy, expansion Crazy.

(34:40):
And one of them who runs a bigfinancial group financial team
you know, he's a scientist.
He used to work in the drugcompanies, right, and the reason
he hired me was the first timewe met.
He had this thing that he wasgoing to launch for other
financial people and I've got todo it this way.

(35:00):
I got it.
I said I told him, I saidyou're effing crazy man.
What do you mean?
I said there's a milliondifferent ways you can do that
and you're stuck on one.
So I can tell you right nowit's not going very good.
I mean, that shocked him.
Right now he doesn't sellanymore.

(35:21):
He just goes in and connectswith people, shows them the love
and respect that they deserve.
They ask him if they can getmore products from him and now
he has long lastingrelationships.
You know you talked aboutbusiness, one of the one of the
most important things inbusiness.

(35:41):
The number one ingredient thatyou need to have when you work
with someone is mutualappreciation.
If you don't have mutualappreciation, don't walk run.
If you don't have mutualappreciation, don't walk run
Because you have a problem, andso many people work that way

(36:02):
because they want the money.
So if somebody shows up andthey are, you know, the big
thing with me, alan, is aboutwhat is your capacity?
I want to know what yourcapacity is to absorb what I'm
going to tell you, and then I'llfeed it to you in pieces that
you can handle and let's expandyour capacity.
Right, but most people havevery limited capacity.

(36:25):
They don't look at potential, possibilities and probabilities.
They don't consider thesethings.
So when you changeprobabilities, they don't
consider these things.
So when you change, it's a verygradual process and I never
tell anyone what to do.
In fact, I tell all my clients.
I don't even care what theirresults are.
It doesn't matter to me.
I'm going to give youeverything you need.
You're the one that makes thechoice, not me.

(36:47):
You make the choices.
Come on back, we'll talk aboutthem.
How'd they go?
What, what happened?
And they just can expand thatway, based upon their life
events.
And not only does businesschange, they have better
connections with their kids, with their wife.
Their whole life is just likeyou know.
People come up to them.
They go what the hell happenedto you?

(37:08):
Like there's somethingdifferent.
You know I can't.
And I tell them don't sayanything, just say, oh, I'm just
like know, don't try andexplain it, because the
attraction is the energy and theworld's a mirror.
So everyone you see in theworld is you about?

Speaker 1 (37:34):
you know, we were talking about clients, and you
know, and I and I work with menin my area, and so what would?
What would be some practicalsteps.
You know, you know a couple ofsteps that guys could take today
to start living with greaterclarity and purpose.

Speaker 3 (37:47):
You know, I've got to think about that and the reason
I'm just not spitting somethingout here is because everybody's
so different and, frankly, I'mgoing to be very honest the vast
majority of people run from me.

(38:07):
They don't walk, they run.
They run because I just scarethe energy, scares the hell out
of them.
I don't have to say anything,they run.
Many of them run pointing at meoh yeah, he's, you know,
whatever?
Uh, but that's the truth andthe fact of the matter is, if

(38:29):
anybody knew, really knew what Iteach people, there should be a
line from my door in Californiato New York City, because what
I teach people, you know, thereis a heaven and hell.
There's no question there is,and it's here on earth.
Yeah that's where it is.
It's not the afterlife, it'sright here.

(38:49):
And hell is in the physical, hell is in attachment.
Hell is in attachment.
Hell is in judgment andmeasurement.
Hell is in comparing, hell isin low self-esteem.
You know just on and on and onum the the.
The way this stuff is toleratedis just crazy.

(39:09):
It's crazy, you know well Ithink you've done a.

Speaker 1 (39:13):
I think you did a great job of answering it there.
I think you know really, whatyou're saying.
For us to do is maybe to have alook at how it is that we are
conducting our lives.
How much judgment do we have inour lives?
How much, how much are wecomparing?
And while while we may thinkthat's how it is to be
successful in life and inbusiness you know your story
about working with the clientand stop selling and instead

(39:36):
focused on connecting, made acompletely different way his
business ran, and so I think forall, for for us, you know, my
takeaway from everything you'vebeen saying here today, bill, is
that stop pushing for thingsand just and be willing to allow
things to come.

Speaker 3 (39:56):
Yeah, the way you, the way you attract things, is.
Here's what you have to do.
Like I'm going through, I'mchanging my coaching program.
Right now I've hired anothercoaching group to work with me,
cause coaches work, you know, they help, and and I'm going
this is I'm going very big withit.
Okay, and this is like way outthere, like I've just been too

(40:21):
quiet too long.
I'm gonna, I'm gonna, I'm gonnamake a lot of noise and just to
get you know I'm not gettingany younger and I just want to
make sure you know I get themessage out there.
But the way I'm going to growthis is through visualizations
and energetic assessment of howthe future is going to feel.

(40:43):
See, I know how it's going tofeel.
I know what it's going to feellike to stand on a stage in
front of 10,000 people andchange their lives and how just
amazing amazing that will be,not in what I say, but in the
fact that there will be morethan one person in that audience

(41:06):
whose life I will change in themoment, and that, to me, is
incredibly exciting.
It's incredibly exciting.
See, I don't care what it lookslike and I won't know it when I
see it.
I'll only know it when I feelit, because your feelings are
the only thing that are true inlife.

(41:26):
Nothing else is true.
It's all made up.
The only thing that's true ishow you feel and the reason you
feel that way.
Because you can't have afeeling without a story, and
what people are doing is livingout the stories from their past.
Yes, what are causing theemotions, the reactions, all

(41:48):
from this stuff in the past, rather than writing the story in
the moment?
I'm writing my story to myfuture is just like wide open.
I don't know.
I've been living in an RV nowfor six years and I'm selling it
.
In fact, a guy stopped byyesterday and said it's for sale
.
I really like this.

(42:08):
I said, oh, you got yourcheckbook, let's do it.
And he's going I'm going to gotalk to my wife, but I'm going
to sell it.
And everybody, what are yougoing to do it?
You know.
And he's going I'm going to gotalk to my wife, but I'm going
to sell it.
And everybody, what are yougoing to do?
You know what I'm going to do.
I don't have any idea.
It doesn't matter, it'll bethere, it'll be fine.
I'm not going to keep myselfall wrapped up in fear of

(42:31):
whether or not I sell it, what?
What am I going to do?
Whatever you see, because whenyou're going after clarity, do
you realize that in life, alan, you never get clarity.
It never happens.
All you do is you get a littlemore clarity, which causes more

(42:51):
that you want to learn in frontof it.
You're always in search of thatclarity, always.
You know people are, oh, I'mgoing to do this, how do you do
it?
Well, I'm working on figuringit out.
Well, when I start figuringthings out, it's kind of like
climbing a ladder.
I go up three steps.
By the time I get up 10 steps,I've got a much better view,
like I know more.
Right, that's right, that's theway clarity works.

(43:13):
And then I look and I go, wow,I was just going to build this
little place.
Look at that ranch.
Now my plans have changed.
Yeah, because you get moreclarity.
So you can kind of go with whatfeels good.

Speaker 1 (43:27):
Yeah, love that I think you're.
I've been doing some research.
If I remember correctly, taoismwas very important in your life
and and so I wanted to askabout, you know, a piece of
advice and maybe it came fromthe dowdy ching and maybe it was
from elsewhere but what wasbeen the best piece of advice
you've been given, and how is itstill serving you today?

Speaker 3 (43:47):
oh, the absolute best was deepak chopra's seven
spiritual laws.

Speaker 1 (43:49):
Of Seven Spiritual Laws, of Success, yeah, I was
looking for a platform to livefrom, without any dogma.
That's a powerful program.

Speaker 3 (44:06):
I think I still have it.
That book is amazing.
There's seven.
It's based on the universallaws first of all, but it's a
brilliant book.
There's seven laws, seven days.
You start on Sunday with the lawof pure potentiality.
That's the first law and hejust says alan, we're pure
potential.
Why are you keeping that in thecage?

(44:26):
Let it run wild?
Everything's potential.
The law of giving, the law ofacceptance.
I mean, it's amazing when youlook at that.
I'd read one every day.
This is the thing that saved mewhen I walked away from my life
.
Somebody handed me that book, you know, and Eskimo, boom out
of nowhere.
You might like this.
It's like really crazy.
And I read it.

(44:47):
I said pure potential, Let mesee.
So I just spent the day lookingaround.
I'm going, damn, this is that'sright.
Go to day two, read it.
Wow, that's right.
You know like, oh, I can seethat.
Like it, just so you live inthis.
Now I'm connecting withuniversal energy.
Now my whole life is changingrapidly because of that, because

(45:12):
I'm out of the state oflimitation.
Right, you know, it doesn'tmean I have more money, it
doesn't mean it doesn't matter, because I can tell you this when
you know who you are, and Iknow you're aware of this right.
There's nothing sweeter.
You can have all the money inthe world.
You can have the best lookingwife and girl, it doesn't matter
, man.

(45:32):
When you've got you know you'rein your purpose and you've got
that.
There is nothing sweeter period.

Speaker 1 (45:39):
Absolutely, completely agree.
What a great conversation today, bill.
You know of everything that wespoke about, and maybe there was
something we didn't get achance to touch on.
What would be the takeawayyou'd want us to have?

Speaker 3 (45:57):
probably one of the most basic rules guidepost that
I would recommend to everybodyis this never be defensive.
When you're defensive, you'reprotecting a story and there's
nothing to protect.
When you're defensive, you'reprotecting a story and there's

(46:17):
nothing to protect InterestingLove that.
That's so true.
Yeah, it's a very simpleguidepost.
Try it on, it'll blow your mind.
It's like, wow, people usebackhanded defensiveness.
It's like, wow, and you listento.
You know people use backhandeddefensiveness.
You know it's like, hey, Ibought a new car.

(46:38):
Let me tell you about it, whatI see.
So what I'm doing is I'mwanting you to tell me I did
good when I bought the car.
Right, I'm defending I've triedto get engage you in a
conversation and my purpose orthe purchase I made.

Speaker 1 (46:53):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (46:53):
Crazy, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1 (46:56):
Well, bill, I just want to say thank you so much
for spending time with us todayand showing us how we can break
free from all these externalexpectations, whether it's in
business or personal life, andhow we can truly live our
purpose, and with a spiritualblueprint.
So if men are interested ingetting a hold of you and
participating in your work, what's the best way for them to
do that?

Speaker 3 (47:15):
My website is True Life Purpose Now, and I'm doing
something I've never done before.
I'm going to launch it nextweek.
I'm launching a five-day lifepurpose challenge.
Now, here's the beauty of itit's a self-paced program.
So I'm not launching it nextweek and you have to do it next

(47:43):
week.
I'm launching it next week.
Somebody can sign up for it anddo it whenever they want.
It'll be five days where, everyday, you'll come in and watch a
very short video about a point,an important point.
There will be some explanationsabout it, there's going to be
some questions for you to ponder, and the whole thing is, as you
go through the day, just createsome awareness in your life

(48:07):
with that point and see what younotice and how you can make a
different choice to change yourlife.
And it's it's self-guided, soI'm just setting it up.
It's it's absolutely free, um,and it's uh, yeah, it's going to
be.
In fact, I'll send you theinformation so, if you wanted to
, uh, anybody you might want toshare it with.

(48:29):
Uh, yeah, the topics are great.
You know, they're really, really five really cool topics
each day.
Real simple, real simple.
I do things simply.
I'd never tell anybody anything.
I don't give them anything todo.
I have no assignments, I justI'm just going to open you up

(48:51):
and I'm going to help you createawareness so you can make a
better choice.
And then you get.
You know I've got a lot ofskeptics.
Have come to me, you know, andsay man, you make like I give a
hundred percent successguarantee Somebody who works
with me.
They get their money back.
But it's never happened in 15years.
And you know I laugh.
It's like I am looking forskeptics because I've run out.

(49:17):
I'm like my skeptic closet isempty because when they come,
what I teach is irrefutabletruth and you get to go play
with it.
That's all.
You just go play with it andsee what works for you.
You know I don't care what youchoose and what you do, but
whatever thing you choose whenyou're working with me will
change your life.
You know these testimonials arefunny.
I had these clients sent methat I'm going to.
They'll be in the videos for myfive day challenge.

(49:39):
But they're like um, when Billspeaks, listen to him.
Your life will change instantly.
You know it's pretty funny, yeah, so let you know about that
challenge.

Speaker 1 (49:51):
Absolutely.
I'm going to make sure that intoday's episode show notes so
people can get and reach out andget ahold of doing that, and I
just want to say thank you somuch for being on the show.
And so, as we close out today'sspecial, I want to I also want
to offer a challenge andchallenge everyone here with a
question that every man mustconfront in their life, and that
is are you truly leading yourlife with purpose and intent

forward in our careers,relationships, our
responsibilities in life, and weonly wake up one day feeling
lost, just as bill was talkingabout earlier, and we get
disconnected and we're uncertainabout the man that we've become
.
And so that's why, today, I wantto introduce to you our program
