In this episode, I discuss 401k plans with my uncle Rashaun who worked in a financial institution as a consultant. A 401(k) is a tax-advantaged retirement savings account offered by employers to their employees. Employees can make contributions to their 401(k) accounts through automatic payroll withholdings. Additionally, their employers can “match” all or a portion of those contributions.
