We shift our conversation on self care through the seeking of knowledge. This also involves reading things that provide information, consuming positive media, and using resources like cellphones or the Internet. Knowledge is an accumulation of facts, principles and methods within the mind. Gaining knowledge is what we call learning. Did you know that education is also self care? If you don’t care to learn, you can’t help anyone! You should never be okay with ignorance, always seek out knowledge! Make yourself the best person you can be, then you can choose to care for others. How do you learn things? How do you gain knowledge? Is it through paying attention? Can you learn through experience?
