Welcome to this week's episodeon the Rochelle Christian
Podcast.
Today, I speak with AshleyMosaic, who is a futurist
keynote speaker, strategicadvisor on human potential and
societal innovation.
Ashley is at the intersectionof human potential, societal
evolution and technologicaltransformation.
(01:08):
She is a futurist and strategicadvisor who helps leaders,
teams and organizations navigatethe next era of human
intelligence and innovation.
She uses human design, genekeys, astrology, and our
conversation was so good and sofascinating.
We talk all about Pluto andCapricorn.
She has some really amazingreflection questions that you
(01:32):
can use.
So when you're listening tothis episode, recommend having a
journal and a pen with you, because there are literally so
many great questions that sheasked for us to reflect on our
own life, and I will definitelybe going through and journaling
for myself as well.
We talk about chat, gbt.
We talk about, you know, technology being a mirror for
our consciousness, so that wecan actually collaborate with
(01:54):
technology instead of justthinking that it's ruling things
or ruining things.
We talk about acceptancethrough astrology and human
design astrology as a life hack, like so much it is such a good
conversation.
Recently, I feel like it's beenthis really interesting phase
where I go through these phases, where I feel like layers are
(02:15):
being peeled back and then Ihave to be really honest with
myself and look around my lifeand see where things are not
where I want them to be and askthe really hard questions and
get real honest with them.
It's also a phase where I feellike, because I have so much
time now, there's thisreflection period around, or not
reflection period.
There is a slight guilt arounddoing things for me versus being
(02:41):
more structured and organized, and you know, life is cyclical
and there are periods in lifewhere we flow with it, where we,
you know, everything is again.
It's cyclical, so we ebb, weflow, we're up, we're down,
we're high, we're low.
We hold all of that dualitywithin us.
And so it is this period ofsurrendering while holding the
vision which sometimes is reallychallenging, because I find
(03:04):
that when I do surrender, I'mair quoting surrender it often
means that, you know, I sleep inmore, I kind of tend to
procrastinate on some areas.
So it's not really fullsurrender because I'm not
actually doing the things that Ineed to move the needle type
energy.
It's more like this, just kindof.
You know I'm on on for so muchof the year that I guess what
(03:27):
I'm trying to say is that I feellike there is some guilt around
just being.
There's some guilt around notbeing more active, there's guilt
around not being morestructured and, although it is
for a short period of time, Ithink there is a part of me that
is holding on to that, like notdoing anything, not being
(03:49):
active, and it is a lesson ofreally fully surrendering to the
feminine, because it's notabout not doing anything and you
know I'm still editing thepodcast, I'm still I feel like
I'm in this period, too, where Ihave so many ideas and yet I'm
not doing anything with themright now.
I'm kind of just sitting onthem, which is simultaneously
fine, and also I do love what Iget to do.
(04:12):
I do love to work, I do love towork with people, and so it's
just a really confusing andbeautiful time.
The sun is about to move intocancer, and every time the sun
is in Cancer season and maybe itis with Jupiter having moved in
Cancer.
Cancer is my 12th house, and soit's this period where there's
(04:34):
a lot of deep subconscious workand also it's really hard to
like rasp it right.
It's sort of this work in thevoid where you can't really see
anything.
But you know, know, there's somuch there and it's like what
direction am I going in?
Like I don't actually know.
And so before my kids left, Icommitted that I was going to
really do the work, really usethis time to really lean and do
(04:55):
the work, and I feel like Ihaven't fully done that.
I've definitely leaned into theflow and the slowness, which is
really beautiful because I'm aTaurus sun, midheaven, mercury
so I do love to feel more inthat slowness, that grounded
slowness.
I've been getting outside andwalking more.
I have been working out, I'vebeen consistent with that.
I've been reading a lot, butthere is also this piece of
(05:20):
wanting to do the actual work.
So I've started doingmeditations, walking meditations
when I'm out walking, and Iknow the things that I need to
do.
I'm also reading the book theDark Side of Light Chasers, and
it is about the duality andaccepting the duality within us.
So if there's anything thattriggers you about somebody else
, like really owning that partof yourself, and it can be
(05:42):
really challenging.
Because when we think there'slike an exercise in the book and
it's like have your, have threepeople that you really idolize
and then have three people thatyou, like absolutely can't stand
and put those qualities downand the things that you really
admire in these three people, and then the other people, what
are the things you really can'tstand?
And a lot of times, you knowone example was Hitler and
murderer and like all thesewords come up and it's like
(06:03):
acknowledging that there's apart of you that would do that
and it's not to say that yes, you're a murderer, like no,
that's not what it is, but it'salso it's further breaking that
down to the energy behind it.
And also acknowledging that ifyou were given the same
circumstances in the samesituation, with the same
parenting, the same lifeexperiences, it's easy for us to
be like, no, I, I'd never belike that, right.
(06:24):
But if you've experienced abuse, sexual abuse, like all these
things in your childhood, it isthis acknowledging that not that
it would happen, not that itcould happen, because we're all
so unique individuals Like I dobelieve that, say, you know
somebody, we use our experiencesto either move us forward or or
(06:45):
hold us back, and everybody'sdifferent based on their life
experience, right.
And also acknowledging that ifyou were in those same
situations, with that sameenergy, with that same like
birth chart, like whatever, yes, there is a potential that you
could go the opposite way, andthere is a potential that you
could go that way.
And so it's kind of like achallenging thing to face and
acknowledge, but really justlike witnessing that, because we
(07:06):
can't move past things that wecan't see.
And so accepting the parts ofourselves that we don't want to
see, accepting that we haveduality within us, we have
lightness, we have darkness, wehave everything within us, right
, we have the potential foreverything held inside of us,
and so acknowledging that is achallenging and also beautiful
practice.
So those are just sort of thethings that I've been cycling
through.
Listening to podcasts, I startedlistening to this my Big Toe,
(07:28):
my Big Theory of Everything byThomas Campbell, and it's really
just simulation theory.
It's so fascinating and so Ifeel like it's just expanding
and continuing to do my tarotwork and it's just been, yeah,
really interesting.
I feel like I'm kind offloating by, but in a really
beautiful way, if that makessense.
Like obviously there's a lot ofboth and in my life right now
(07:51):
and really just trying to againdo the work of seeing what areas
of my life are not where I wantthem to be and getting really
honest about why.
What am I not doing, what am Iavoiding, what am I not seeing,
what am I not wanting to show upfor?
Really getting honest aboutthose things.
Because there is a lot that ismoving forward and then there's
a lot that just feels the same.
(08:12):
That's kind of frustrating andit's all about taking
responsibility and we talkedabout that, you know, at the end
of this podcast as well liketaking full responsibility for
ourselves and that's all that wecan do.
We can't control anything else.
We can't control what otherpeople do.
We can only control the waythat we see things, the way that
we operate, the way that wereact, and that's really, really
(08:36):
important.
So I again, while you listen tothis, get a journal, a piece of
paper, even like your notes app, something to like write down,
because she has some reallyincredible reflection questions
in this episode.

Today I have Ashley Mosaic herewith me and I'm really excited
(09:21):
to dive into everything that youdo, because I went and looked
on Instagram and everything andthere's just I feel like there's
so much and it's so interesting, like I was immediately
captivated by like all that youdo, like astrology, human design
, gene keys, hypnotherapy,futuristic speaker.
I was like this is fascinating,so I'm really excited to get to
know you and understandeverything that you have to
(09:41):
offer and, if you want to startwith, if you're open to sharing
your human design and astrologyand maybe anything about that
that really stands out to you orkind of shaped who you are, how
you do things.
Speaker 2 (09:53):
Awesome.
Well, thank you so much.
I love that.
All of the different aspects ofwhat I do people find
intriguing, and I feel thisspeaks to the movement that
society is is experiencing.
Before, all of those wordswould have been things that
would have almost, like, createda sense of divide with people
(10:14):
because there's confusion there.
But now people are intrigued,so I love that.
My human design, so I am a 1generator and in my natal chart
of astrology I have a Capricornstellium, an Aquarius moon, and
it was I've always beenfascinated by the stars.
(10:35):
When I was little, I would juststare at the stars and I was
fascinated by it.
It just felt like there waslike a message for me in it and
because I you know it was, obviously I didn't have all of
the awareness that I have now islike, I don't know, maybe I'm
going to be an astronaut, so Iwould get all of these like
planetary subscriptions.
(10:55):
I had all the stars on my room.
I had a little, um, yeah, I hada planetarium in my room, but
then I had all these differentlike planet subscriptions and
all these different things, andthen my telescope got stolen and
, for whatever reason, I wasjust like, well, all right.
I mean, I guess, I guess that'sit, and I don't know why I
thought that, but it was justlike I must have been just going
(11:17):
through something when I waslike in middle school or I was
like, oh, whatever, I'll justkind of you know, and I don't
remember what I got into insteadof that.
But I started in high school, starting and started studying,
like the universal laws anddifferent religions and just
this connection to all that is,and really wanting to feel this
(11:38):
like expanded awareness thatthere's got to be a lot more
going on than what our generalawareness is and what society
seems to be okay with thinking.
Then I don't remember exactly,I don't remember the order of it
, but it was first astrology.
(11:58):
I got really deep into astrology, and when I started learning
astrology, it felt like that wasthe easiest thing I've ever
picked up in my entire life, andthat's not something I will say
about a lot of things, justthat it felt like for sure I had
done this before.
I was just like.
I felt like I was just reallyjust like being activated with
(12:20):
this information.
With that, though, I felt thisincredible sense of connection
and this incredible sense withmyself, but then also with
everything.
Because while I was reallydiving deep into astrology, I
was noticing these differenttransits and how they were
(12:41):
playing out, not only in my ownlife but in the collective
experience, and I had severalrealizations of thinking, okay,
well, if this and this is true, then there's no way that, like
these, certain events won't soonhappen.
And all of those things didsoon happen.
And it wasn't that it was likean exact you know exactly
(13:03):
forecasting a specific event, aspecific day, although sometimes
it was, but a lot of.
It was these larger cycles andthese waves that we were I could
see coming in for like thecollective experience.
But then all of that with myown self, then I thought, okay,
knowing my astrology is onething, but what do I do with it?
How do I put this into practice?
I don't want this to feel likeit's just.
(13:31):
I'm able to see like, oh,there's my greatness, but how do
I do it?
Or think, oh, okay, there's achallenge, but what do I do
about it?
And that's what led me then tohuman design and gene keys.
And it was in each of those, the learning those, it was this
greater sense of oh, I get itnow.
I get it now and I think that'sjust a huge part of everybody's
journey is having this level ofawareness for all of you, all
(13:54):
the aspects of you, but thenalso a deeper level of
understanding andself-compassion as to the things
, the experiences, therelationships, all of the
different aspects of your lifethat really have contributed to
the highs and the lows, andrealizing that, in some shape,
way or form, all of it isdesigned to prepare and equip
you for where it is you aredesigned to go.
Speaker 1 (14:18):
I love that.
Yeah, I think that is like themost powerful thing about these
modalities is that it sort ofallows you to accept yourself
and like stop resisting allthese things that we think we're
supposed to be.
You know, like I didn't reallydiscover it until I was 31.
That's when I discovered humandesign, I mean astrology.
I was like that kid that like Iread all the horoscopes any
like book or magazine you couldgive me.
(14:39):
I was reading my horoscopes andI was like, oh, it's going to
happen, it's going to be true.
But I didn't really get intoastrology deeply until I found
human design and then I was like, hold on a second.
I'm more than just a Taurus sun.
It blew my mind and then Iquickly that just opened this
whole other field to me, sort oflike you said, I feel like that
(14:59):
called to me in such adifferent and unique way that I
was able to see just, I guess, differently through that lens.
But yeah, I think it's sobeautiful and just like allowing
us to sort of like accept allof these pieces of ourselves.
And you did share your birthtime with me, so I did take a
peek before and I looked at yourInstagram and I was like she's
got to have Aquarius in theresomewhere.
And then I saw Aquarius moon.
I was like, make so much sense, even like the words, right,
(15:29):
which I think is so beautifulabout you know human design and
astrology.
We can speak to people and youjust pick out these little words
that they use like huh, andthen literally most of the time,
like it's true, you know it,like it brings true.
So how do you like, how do youkind of like, marry all of these
like tools, specifically withthis, like futuristic, like
speaking and ideas, cause it'sso fascinating, right, and I
think so many of us are justlike looking at the past and
what we did wrong, or like beingstuck, and it's just a really
(15:49):
interesting, I guess,perspective.
Speaker 2 (15:52):
I believe that all of
us are here to do a thing in a
specific way, and when we dothat thing in a specific way, it
helps everyone.
But in order for us to do thosethings and in that specific way
, we have to learn, we have togrow, we have to be equipped, we
have to be prepared, we have tobe activated and optimized.
Somebody can come into this.
(16:13):
We can say, maybe somebodywants to come into this reality
and they may think, okay, I'mgoing to come in, I'm going to
do this thing.
How are you going to rememberwhat you came here to do if it's
not met with?
You're always met with thesewhat feels like opposition
battles, these experiences thatforce you to develop the
strengths that you need to dothe things you came here to do.
(16:34):
So I believe that when we arelooking at these charts so
you're looking at astrology orin these other systems they all
grant us access to patterns andcycles that are occurring
otherwise unconsciously.
So they're happening either way, but when we align with it,
this is like the greatest lifehack ever.
And they're happening in ourown lives individually, but then
(16:54):
also on the collective, so wecan see how we can really like
really almost.
I have this visual when I'mworking with my clients, when
I'm marrying these differentsystems, like you said, the
human design, the Jenkins inastrology.
It's like I see this matrix whenI'm looking at the different
charts.
So if you view the natal chartas a two-dimensional and you
have three-dimensional and youhave four-dimensional, before
(17:16):
you know it you have this entirematrix of somebody's energetics
and these can seem veryesoteric, but I think there's
actually an incredible amount ofpracticality to it, especially
when you look to the reasons whyyou would want to lean into
these systems.
We have to always be grounded.
(17:37):
We can't just go further, outand out and out and out, without
grounding, because that's wherepeople get things like
spiritual psychosis and it'salso where you realize you can't
do, you can't create impact Ifyou are just a brain, you are
just a computer in a head.
You have to have the energeticsand that's another really big
(18:01):
part of my story is being forcedto realize that over and over
and over and over and over againis I can have the foresight, I
can have what feels like beingborderline psychic and really
having this incredible abilityto see how all the dots connect.
But if I am not in my body.
I never line up with thegreatness that I have forecasted
(18:25):
.
So it's really important forpeople to be incredibly grounded
, like be grounded, be in yourbody and otherwise these systems
, they don't seem as practical, they lack a sense of
practicality and then it justseems like it's just an
interesting little thing toexplore or, worse yet, it can
(18:48):
seem just like a party trickwhen you're so useful.
So practical.
Speaker 1 (18:55):
Yeah, I agree so much
.
It's so important to come intohere.
I'm a Taurus sun, so I feellike just that in itself.
I feel like that my body and mygrounding and things like that
is so important, and that waswhen I first learned it too.
I was like you have to havethat piece too.
I think so many of us we do gettaken away with yeah, the ideas
and we're very much like in ourhead, but also that spiritual
part, right, and it's like whatthey say we're.
(19:17):
We're spiritual beings havinghuman experience and with that,
human experience requires thebody and so to like ignore it.
So when you're looking at likesomebody comes to you and you're
looking at their chart, you'reseeing these patterns throughout
, like the chart or their life.
Speaker 2 (19:32):
or you're like
looking at like historical, like
cycles of like when theseplanets is that kind of how it
is, or specific to that, all ofthe above it's recognizing these
, so how these different systemsare interconnected and then how
they are connected within theirown life and then how those in
their own life is theninterconnected with everything
(19:52):
that's happening.
So something right off the batis just yeah, looking at just
the basics of the chart andwithin even the charts from the
human design, the gene keys andastrology or natal chart, you
can see these things that aresaying the same things, even if
they're actually not pointing tothe same thing.
That's something that's reallyinteresting to recognize that,
even if you didn't have, say,it's like three different
(20:13):
aspects we're looking at, evenif you didn't have this one, but
you just had these two, thatwould be a lot.
Then you have this one here andthey're all saying the same
thing, but they're actually.
They could even be dealing withdifferent planets, they could
be dealing with differentactivations, but they're all
essentially saying the samething.
(20:33):
And once somebody hears that,it's as if their subconscious
mind is activated and theyreceive information that they
essentially have been trying toget through to themselves this
whole time, and whether it issimply having a level of
permission or acceptance, orit's the motivation, it's the
inspiration that that personneeds in that moment.
(20:53):
But it's also recognizing whereyou have thought this before,
you have experienced this before, where you are just spiraling
upwards experiencing the samething again, and this is where
you can just see even somebody'sright out.
Another thing is really simpleto look at is when you just look
(21:14):
to, okay, if what was going on19 years ago, maybe you were in
a very different phase in yourlife, but more than likely there
was a similar kind of kickoffenergy that was happening.
I've had clients where itactually seemed so literal like
they will move again to the sameplace.
So it's like, okay, there'sobviously this unconscious
(21:37):
pattern that is playing out.
So how can you bring awarenessto it and make sure that now you
are using this intentionally toit?
And make sure that now you areusing this intentionally,
because a part of us isconnected to all that is in ways
that our conscious, logical, cognitive mind can't quite pick
up.
So when we look to our chartsbetter understanding of ourself,
(21:57):
better understanding of ourcycles and then also, how do we
lean into our uniqueness, ouridiosyncrasies, to align with
these larger collective cyclesit's, on the one hand, there's a
part of me that, even as I sayall of that, I'm like I sound
like a crazy person saying this, but I've seen it hundreds of
(22:19):
times.
There's just something that isso, as is with it, and I am
always open to whenever I so.
When it comes to what astrologyis, I don't know, I do not know
exactly what it is, so I wouldI love to like still have that
(22:40):
level of exploration, likegetting new data so I can
generate a better understanding.
But whether it is trulysomething within our energetics
or it simply is a system that istimed up with these other
cycles and patterns that areplaying out, it grants us access
(23:01):
to it and I'm just, I'm amazed.
I'm amazed every day with it.
Speaker 1 (23:08):
Yeah, I feel like
it's really hard to deny when
you look back just throughhistorical patterns and cycles
and how it aligns.
And we've been using thissystem since before we had any
sort of technology.
This was the technology rightHundreds of thousands of years
ago.
So it's so fascinating to methat I love when there's a new
cycle happening.
But you can look back and we'reseeing these things repeating.
(23:30):
It's really really incredible.
As far as people's specificcharts right now, is there
anything that you are looking atjust to see patterns of what
they can?
I don't know if expect is theright word, but but understand
about themselves.
Speaker 2 (23:47):
Big component, right
now let me, just, right after
that's, like so many like thingsthat came to me in that moment,
a huge one is recognizing whatwere the large areas of what
felt like psychological deathand rebirths from these last 16
years, having having Pluto andCapricorn.
What areas, what area of yourlife, what areas of your life,
(24:09):
what experiences really broughtyou face to face with?
Where your power is inverted, where you are not sovereign, you
are not, you are not thisextreme powerful force for your
own good in your own life, andthat right, there is something
that seems to be shining anincredible amount of light on
(24:29):
people in their lives Justrecognizing as well, of where
your power wasn't inverted.
It was essentially inverted.
But more important than that, though, is what responsibility
can you take for it all?
If we do not takeresponsibility for things that
happen to us, even if you, evenif it's something that actually
(24:52):
wasn't your fault?
In a logical sense, the sooneryou're able to essentially eat
more responsibility, the sooneryou are the person who is better
because of it, the person whowas no longer the person who
those types of things happenedto, and that right, there is
something really big.
I've just been working with myclients, my individual clients
(25:12):
and also when I hold workshops.
That's a huge thing right there.
And then building onto that isknowing where in your chart then
Pluto is now.
So where are you designed totake all that you learned to
improve yourself to now trulyexpand that energy.
So that's a huge right there.
But then it's really it's.
(25:33):
We have every single planetchanging and changing signs this
year.
There's just an incredibleamount of change.
And something else is I askpeople you know, what advice
would you give to yourself in2020 right now?
Whatever that advice is,guarantee you will be better if
(25:56):
you optimize and you optimizeyourself and you embody that,
that advice right now, becauseit's going to be incredibly
relative and it's yeah, I alwaysask people just what advice
would you give to the 2020version of you?
And now, how can we get that?
(26:27):
advice now and run with it.
That is a way to really beprepared.
I like to tell people, as longas you stay ready, you never got
to get ready, mm-hmm.
Speaker 1 (26:37):
Yeah, that gave me
like full body chills because I
mean, for me personally, 2020,you know, I mean that was a huge
year for everyone.
I lost my job due to COVIDbecause we completely shut down,
but even thinking like thisyear for me, so Uranus has been
over my son and Taurus likedirectly on it and what?
Two weeks ago I quit my nine tofive.
(26:58):
I was like I can't be likesuffocated like this anymore.
So I feel like I'm just likeburning everything to the ground
and it's sort of that same, that same energy, and I was
thinking of like what I wouldhave said to myself at that time
, you know, and I'm like, oh mygosh, that that was so powerful.
So I hope everybody like goesback and listens to that and
really journals on that Causethat's such a powerful question
and a great place to start, Ithink, for the energy of right
(27:19):
now.
Speaker 2 (27:20):
What advice would you
give to yourself in 2020?
Speaker 1 (27:22):
To go all in.
Because, I was like I had juststarted this you know, my
coaching business and thepodcast and so I kind of like
was still afraid of going in,you know, and I was like I lost
my job.
So I figured I would give itsome time, but then I got
distracted by all the noise, youknow.
So when I look back, likethat's what I would have done, I
would have gone harder intothis.
(27:43):
So when I look back, likethat's what I would have done, I
would have gone harder intothis, so yeah.
Speaker 2 (27:46):
I think there's the
fact that you didn't then, and
now that you are, there's a lotthat you've learned from then to
now.
Right, it's also in thisunderstanding that when because
it's easy for a lot of people, even when I give them that
little exercise to toimmediately kind of think I
would have done this and then Ishould have done that, and now
(28:08):
they're like, oh, don't buy it,I went it's like no, no, no, no,
no, you weren't ready.
Then, right, there was somecomponent that you knew was
either not activated, thealignment wasn't there.
But the fact that you can nowsee that so clearly speaks to
(28:29):
the that that now is the righttime.
Yeah, yeah, I think be soincredibly guided by your life.
Speaker 1 (28:35):
Yeah, there was so
much work that had to be done.
What do you feel like wouldhave been your advice to
yourself?
Speaker 2 (28:41):
And that was an
interesting year for me.
So that was so.
The the Saturn Pluto South nodeconjunction that happened
directly on my son.
That was very impactful.
Whether it was really theenergy or it was an alignment of
cycles, that certainly wasincredibly significant for me in
(29:03):
my life.
It was.
It created this, this catalystin my life, bringing to
awareness every subconscious, limitation, block belief that I
that I had and prior to even toit was to 2018, I was telling
(29:28):
people whoa, looking at theastrology, something insane is
going to happen in 2020.
It's going to change the worldforever.
I said all these differentthings, and so then, when this
was playing out, I wasn't reallyworried about things because I
had this sense of there's justthis cyclical component to this,
(29:51):
that everything is happeningexactly as it is supposed to
happen.
And a lot of different thingshappened in my own life at that
time.
Things happened in my own lifeat that time.
So my advice to myself, likedamn, would have been just
because other people don't see, what it is that you can see
(30:11):
doesn't mean that you're wrong.
And I see now that my entirelife has been guiding me to say
develop like thicker skin.
Guiding me to say develop likethicker skin, right Thicker skin
(30:33):
, and an ability to dancethrough the storms a little bit
more, rather than wearingbattles like they require this
huge level of endurance torecognize that it's simply part
of part of the dance and tocontinue to.
To speak your truth and, yeah, this is a very, very interesting
(30:53):
time in the world, right forevery, for everyone.
But the fact that I had thepluto saturn south node
conjunction like that happenedpartly on my son, it's like it
was this really bizarro, bizarrotime for, yeah, for everyone.
But I, yeah, my advice wouldalways be around the idea of
just because people don't seewhat you see doesn't mean that
(31:14):
you're wrong.
Speaker 1 (31:14):
In fact, this is
actually guiding you to your
purpose and to stand on business, but with an open heart yeah, I
think there's always a uniquechallenge when you see something
that everybody sees, to be ableto stand in that and to move
forward with that, because somany of like the most innovative
like products out there.
(31:36):
Somebody once said that personwas crazy, you know, and so
there was.
I think it's really takes a lotof work and inner work and
trial and error, really, and allthat, to stand in your truth
and like move forward with that.
So I think that's so powerfuland such a beautiful lesson and
learning to be able to just likestand firm in that, because I,
(31:56):
with all the human design andastrology knowledge and
information, I think that is themost challenging thing.
Speaker 2 (32:01):
right Is to see it
and be like this is just who I
am and I'm going to embody it,you know that's where a lot of
us, exactly and as well as wehave a tendency to dismiss or
diminish the the the things thatcome easily to us, and when we
do that, we fail to recognizethat those are actually our
gifts.
The things that come easily tous are our gifts.
(32:21):
We have a tendency to placemore weight on the things that
we tried, worked so hard to begood at this very thing.
It's because there's like somuch, there was more effort put
into that, but it's the sense ofease guides us to the things
that are innate within us, ourinnate strengths.
So when you have an innatestrength that is different than
(32:42):
somebody else's and good, because we don't need to all
have the same strengths it's canbe very difficult to not do not
realize like, oh wait, otherpeople aren't seeing what it is
that you see and or they can'tdo what you can do.
They it's.
It's also just us breaking outof this homogenized tribal
(33:03):
energy that is empowering theindividuals.
But yeah, and it's this secondhalf of the 2020s is where we're
really seeing a lot ofactivation and a lot of this
breaking out of the mold.
Speaker 1 (33:21):
Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 2 (33:22):
And I think Continue.
Speaker 1 (33:24):
Sorry, interrupted.
Speaker 2 (33:25):
I was going to say
this we're just seeing.
I think as well within thisjourney, is people are
recognizing where it wasactually themselves that was
creating the block, and that's ahuge component with having
Pluto and Capricorn the last 16years was recognizing where your
power is inverted, but whereare you still allowing for
(33:50):
yourself to be confined by theseoutdated beliefs?
Speaker 1 (33:57):
Yeah, I think that is
so powerful.
Just the conversation aroundhow we're always, I feel like
looking to somebody else's gifts, right, that's something that
I've been really reflecting onrecently too, exactly what you
said, where it's like we have, Ifeel, like the things that
we're good at because they'reeasy, we don't see them as being
gifts and we overlook them andwe look to the next person and
be like, oh my gosh, they're anamazing, I don't know speaker or
(34:19):
whatever it is.
And then we're we're spendingso much of our energy chasing
something that's not innatewithin us, like sure, we can
grow skills, like that's not.
It's not to say like shy awayfrom things that are hard, but I
think that we're not lookingback in.
In my personal experience, themost recent like nine to five
that I had was I spent amajority of my time forcing
(34:40):
things that didn't come naturalto me, and so I don't know if it
was your honest, my 10,000, myson was just like let's not do
this anymore.
I don't know what it was, but Iwas like I refuse to be in a
situation where I cannot shinebecause I'm spending so much
time trying to embody somethingthat I'm not, and so I was like
I just it was so uncomfortableand I'm sure that that's that
Pluto right.
(35:01):
Like that Pluto energy is justalways like it's so slow, but
it's like showing us throughthat discomfort.
You know the things that don't,that don't really work anymore.
But yeah, that's just been ahuge, massive realization for me
recently.
It's like let's just move moretowards what we are good at,
because when we, I feel like, cultivate those skills, it's
(35:22):
like you can really do whatyou're designed to do.
Speaker 2 (35:27):
And then it's also
it's recognizing that, just as
you are, really, you have theseinnate skills and gifts.
So do other people.
So it's this really new way ofviewing everyone else, right
when we think about a gift.
Right, gifts aren't just forourselves.
Gifts are designed to be shared.
(35:48):
Therefore, everybody has thesedifferent innate gifts and
skills in themselves and thistruly allows us to, as a
collective, have this higherlevel of consciousness.
When we begin viewing everyonein that way, recognizing that
people's differences are notsomething for us to be
(36:09):
threatened by, but rathereverybody's difference is
actually how we are designed toconnect.
So, even though we can think, yes, absolutely, if we truly all
think about that, we all havethese like Ooh, ooh, ooh, little
, like little mind blow momentsof where you're like, oh, I
(36:30):
guess, yeah, I can see wheremaybe I'm.
I don't.
I don't always think that way,or I do kind of, because we've
been conditioned.
We've all been conditioned bythis like machine that we've all
been living in and it and it's.
It's also when recognizing whenwe all are having these you
know multiple levels ofawareness and awakenings, these,
(36:54):
you know those multiple levelsof awareness and awakenings, how
we've been conditioned, butthen that's designed to activate
this new inquiry into?
Okay, well, where else are youstill like abiding by some type
of restriction or rule orprogram that you don't, that
isn't actually aligned with whatyou know to be the truth?
And how do you see, like theastrology, let's just say like,
(37:31):
of this year, people's abilityto navigate uncertainty.
Change is essential, but it'salso in recognizing that, when
things can change really quickly, what do you have to do to
align yourself with that so thatthe change is something that is
(37:52):
incredibly favorable, right, and it's also allowing for
yourself to dream, allow foryourself to move out of that
what is what has been, andreconnect with some of that
dream, some of that, that, thatvision.
A lot of people, they feel likea little bit like maybe their
(38:15):
spirit has been kind of bustedor they've had to, you know,
have these certain realizationsand all of these things that,
without the proper perspective, can make it feel like, well, you
just got to go and makewhatever you got, make that work
right, like dream a littlesmaller.
And it's like, oh, you just gotto go and make whatever you got
, make that work right, likedream a little smaller.
And it's like, oh, that's likethat soul crushing thing right
(38:36):
there.
So allow for yourself to allowfor yourself to dream, allow for
yourself to reconnect withsomething that actually feels
exciting.
Right, and now?
How are you going to move inthat direction?
This is where you, then you getclear on these idiosyncrasies of
yours that are actually yourstrengths.
This might be even askingyourself a few questions, such
(39:00):
as you know what are?
You know what are the thingsabout you that other people
would recognize to be like yourquirks?
Right, you're off the bat.
What are the things that other?
What pieces of advice do peoplecome to you for?
Right, those things right there.
They point you to these thingsthat, whether or not you see
them in yourself, other peoplesee them in you.
(39:21):
Then it's, how can you leaninto those and how can you grant
yourself yourself permission toembody those?
Use those to align with thatvision, that dream that you have
, and recognize that, even ifyou doubt it in the moment.
(39:45):
Do whatever you got to do toallow for yourself to hold on to
a piece of the belief that itis happening for you that if
something has to fall apart, itdoes.
It has to, it has to leavebecause you're not letting it.
Otherwise, it requires somekind of a tower moment for that
(40:06):
to happen, and we're going tosee a lot of those, a lot of
tower moments.
So make that work in your favor.
And there's an incredibleamount of change.
And we're just even looking tothings, like you know, from the
financial world to now, the AIinfrastructure, to all of these
(40:29):
different aspects.
There are so many thingshappening now that just a few
years ago would have seemed likethe absolute most craziest.
That can never happen.
So, therefore, life really onlymakes sense in reverse.
It only makes sense in reverse, but we have to keep going
forward.
So it's also suspending alittle bit of judgment Every day
.
Suspend some judgment torecognize that if you have this
(40:51):
feeling, you have this vision, this way in which you feel like
you're supposed to be doingthese certain things, but the
pieces just aren't in alignmentyet, you have to recognize that.
That is where, when people saythings right, it's like the how
is not yours to figure out, andit's because there's so much
happening so quickly right nowthat it might be like the very
(41:12):
path that you will take iscurrently being formed right now
.
But it's take the step, thepath will appear.
Speaker 1 (41:21):
And how do we ground
in like with all of this chaos
and change?
Speaker 2 (41:27):
Is make sure that
every day, you are doing
something to connect with yourbody.
There's a lot of differentreasons why people live in their
head.
Right, it can be things liketrauma, it can be just from they
feel so uncomfortable.
There are so many differentreasons that people do and
(41:49):
rather than feeling like youalways need to figure out either
why you do this or the why thatif that is helpful, you can do
that, but for some people it'sjust realizing that you have to
just create new habits.
You have to create a newbaseline for yourself and if you
are used to living in your head, it's, what can you do
(42:09):
throughout the day really isjust ground yourself into your
body.
I like to do just some simplelittle check-ins, is just even
something.
Wherever you are sitting, it'slike do reference points around
you?
Like okay, there's a wall aboutlike 12 feet ahead of me.
You know over there's a couch.
Do these little referencepoints as it puts you back into
this like zero point energy inyour body of like, okay, yes,
(42:32):
you may be this brilliant, thisbrilliant computer brain, but it
is inside of this magnificentbody and there's an incredible
amount of awareness that youhave when you are in your body
and also it's where your poweris.
And when you're in your head,it's so often because you are
trying to anticipate the futureor even unconsciously, you're
(42:56):
trying to fix something thathappened in the past, and
although even though yourconscious mind knows that you
can't do that, your unconsciousmind has no concept of the time
that it is.
So that needs to be alsoanchored into this moment, to be
also anchored into this moment, small little reference check-in
points.
You can even just like tap onyour body.
(43:17):
When I feel myself getting alittle anxious, I will just like
tap on my body and it's like, okay, yeah, that's right, okay,
yeah, yeah, you're back, you'reback, you're back in your body,
and that has been something thatis such a simple little tweak
and it has had a massive, massive return for me I love
(43:39):
that.
Speaker 1 (43:39):
Yeah, I I think in
the last like two months I've
really incorporated just likethe like tapping in the morning
I'll journal and I'll do like aquick five minute tapping and I
think it just like roots youdown into like and obviously,
you know, sets the stage for therest of your day.
It's it's really powerful.
Speaker 2 (43:53):
I like that one and
I've been out even things of
where it's like dealing with the, dealing with the chakras.
But I've recognized that, evenwith myself, is that I have
tendency to still think I'mdoing that work but I'm still
only doing it like through thehead Right.
So it's really, it's like youhave to be very literal with
(44:13):
some of these things.
Like you can't just go andlearn about, read a book about
grounding, you know it's like, okay, great, you know a lot, but
are you doing it?
Are you actually putting itinto practice?
You can, you know, use thesedifferent.
Like you can, you know, light acandle that is for the root
chakra, but it's like that hasno what it's not actually doing.
It's light a candle that is forthe root chakra, but it's like
(44:34):
that pet has no what it is notactually doing.
It's not doing anything.
In that sense, it may be doingsomething on an intellectual
level and I do believe that themind controls the body, but
sometimes you got to remind thebody of that, you got to remind
the body of that.
Yeah, the mind can be tricky.
Speaker 1 (44:50):
Yes, really tricky.
Speaker 2 (44:52):
Yeah, the mind can be
tricky yes, really tricky, and
(45:16):
the more I study, you knowreally deep into you know
different types of technology, and the more that I study, you
know AI and these and thesedifferent agents and all these
different aspects that arecoming out and without our
ability to utilize thattechnology from the space of our
body, who was here to do things?
You just live in the head andit's like the psychosis truly,
truly is something that a lot ofpeople deal with and I don't
think a lot of people reallytalk about it, because I think a
lot of people either they'relike in this high of connecting
(45:36):
all these dots in the universeand if they're in it, they don't
want to hear about it and theyhave some kind of like a crash,
and then it's just these cyclesplay out and the more someone's
able to have an awareness ofwhere they are at in time in
space, in their body, it's agame changer.
Speaker 1 (45:56):
Can you go a little
deeper into that concept that
you just spoke to about, justlike studying AI and how it's
actually really these tools thatlike I'm trying to like?
Please place that together inmy mind of how that shows up.
Speaker 2 (46:09):
So something I always
say is, as human consciousness
expands, technology acceleratesin tandem.
I believe that so much of thistechnology it's not actually new
, rather, it is new to us.
But it is only with ourexpanded levels of awareness do
we even have the ability torecognize this technology.
(46:29):
So it's as we become more awarewe have new goals and we need
new tools to help us do thosevery things.
But we need to be able to spotthis out there so that we can
use that as a reflection pointof ourselves.
And I just think it'sfascinating.
We're seeing things like the.
So recently there was theStargate initiative.
(46:52):
There's this like 500 billionplus minimum investment going
into advancing the AIinfrastructure in the United
States.
And the Stargate project is areally interesting name for this
project to be, because theStargate project was this top
secret government initiativefrom 1978 to 1995.
1995, that was all aroundstudying psychic phenomena and
(47:20):
astral projection, all of thesedifferent things.
So now, like a couple decadeslater, this same name is revived
and reused in a different way.
But I can't help but wonder ifall of the ways in which
actually there's such a level ofintentionality to that and I
know that could just be oneexample where somebody might
think that's entirely a psyop, but having that being named that
(47:41):
.
But to me it was this littlenod from the universe of like
exactly that we now have thistechnology that is becoming so
powerful but yet it is named thevery same project that was all
around exploring the potentialfor human consciousness to
(48:03):
expand time and space.
So it's this connection pointof our innate technology being
reflected and activated andenhanced then by this technology
that we that is outside right,it's, it's, it's an outer
technology, but the connectionwith our inner technology is
(48:27):
undeniable to me and it'ssomething that more people are
going to realize.
And this is where I alwaysadvise my clients.
And every time that you learnlike a new piece of technology,
a new tool, it's reflect on howthis is mirroring, like
(48:47):
something within yourself andalso how it's designed to bring
you back to yourself, right.
So, even off the top of mind, whether somebody is just using
they're using ChatGPT to helpthem organize their thoughts,
it's like okay.
So it's just literally, this is, you are just using this as
this sounding board.
(49:08):
It is this sounding board thatis helping you make sense of
your really brilliant big ideas.
And there's so many peoplethey'll use ChatGPT and just a
simple way of that, and all of asudden they're like, oh my gosh
, that's brilliant, and it'slike it's all the things that
you were saying you just neededto have something outside of
yourself.
Help you arrange them in a waythat equips you to now move
(49:30):
forward with them.
But when we're then looking to,it's like super intelligence and
quantum computing.
That is, without a doubt, thisreflection of our ability to
pull essentially information outof this hive mind and our
ability to access information atrapid speeds.
(49:53):
Well, through the technology, but also through ourself.
But we have to drop a littlebit of some of this judgment
that we have around how we aregetting this information and
what to allow ourselves to leaninto deeper.
Speaker 1 (50:12):
That's fascinating, I
know.
Even like over the last fewyears, I've seen like
declassified articles here andthere from CIA and like I don't
watch the news so I don't knowif it's like widespread or cause
, I just see it like here andthere.
But I'm like, why are we nottalking more about like those
experiments that have been doneor things where they talk about
ash projection or you know, know, there's so much within these
(50:35):
like files that they'veexperimented with and have
proven to be accurate and we'restill, like as a society I feel
like denying those things.
But yeah, it's so fascinatingtoo with the chat gpt, like I
just like the way that it getsto know you and like viewing it
as like a mirroring tool asopposed to something that's
taking the power from you.
Um, it seems like you're moreon the side of like allowing
(50:59):
these tools to like to benefitus and further us, versus
because I think there's a wholegroup of people that are, like
this, destroying the world.
And you know, I mean I know, even like you know, the way my
parents talk about my daughterand the phone and technology,
and I'm like, but there's alsoso much beautiful things with
this technology, you know, evenlook at social media.
People, you know, speak verybadly of social media and it's
(51:21):
destroying society.
But I'm like I've had the mostincredible connections online,
like when I go on my feed, I seeinspiration, I see expansion, I
see human design, astrology, like I see all these things.
I rarely see the reallynegative stuff, maybe because I
just scroll past it andalgorithm's like oh, she doesn't
like it, but it's mirroring ourinternal right, even if it is
(51:41):
an algorithm.
Speaker 2 (51:43):
Absolutely.
It also requires intentionality.
It requires intentionality.
The thing about this technologyrapidly accelerating is, if we
have a with with consciousawareness, with intentionality,
this technology can liberatehumanity in so many ways, so
many ways, ways that we don'teven realize that we are like,
(52:07):
essentially like trapped by.
It can liberate us in so manyways, by it can liberate us in
so many ways.
But if we are using thistechnology to replace, like our
humanness, the aspects ofourselves that are this like
innate, brilliant, human, that'swhen we're going to this, like
dystopian path, is absolutelysomething that could happen.
(52:28):
So, whenever you are using thistechnology or co-collaborating
with this technology is utilizeit in ways that enhances your
humanness, right.
So if somebody loves writing, don't have it.
Write a book for you.
Right, have it, flesh out someof your ideas and it's
co-collaborate with thistechnology just in ways that
(52:51):
enhances you and enhanceshumanity.
Technology, just in ways thatenhances you and enhances
humanity.
But what's happened is a lot ofus, we have been conditioned to
think that our you know, ourworth comes from our
productivity, and even beingidle in this space of like
stillness can be veryuncomfortable people.
So, rather than allow for thislike blank canvas, you little
(53:15):
moment in your life where youdon't know what to actually hook
your brain into, we have atendency to hook our brain into
like, go and solve this thing.
So now we're like, so we aretrying to.
Essentially, we, we have beenoperating like, like machines,
operating like machines, sosomebody's operating like a
machine, and now they arethreatened by this technology
(53:37):
operating like a better machine.
Yes, that is going to beproblematic, but we have to
recognize that we are so muchmore than just a machine, just a
machine, and that, right, thereis the very thing why
technology it actually demandsfor us to embrace our humanness,
(54:01):
otherwise we will beoutmachined by the machines,
like, without a doubt.
I almost say it's funny to mebecause, without a doubt, it's
funny to me because, without adoubt, also, if you think about
it, somebody is doing a job thatthey don't really like doing.
Without a doubt, a machine willdo it better than you, because
(54:21):
you don't even have the passion, your heart's not in it, and
because of those two thingsalone it's amplifying and
increasing the likelihood ofhuman error of all these
different things, because you'renot actually, you don't feel
connected to it, but a lot ofpeople don't know what they feel
connected to and there's a lotof shame and a lot of people
(54:44):
feel very uncomfortable withthat Of not knowing what makes
you not a machine.
People are, like they getreally tense around that, like
so, like why are you here?
Like what do you think yoursoul came here to do?
And if people don't know, theyget really uncomfortable.
And when we get reallyuncomfortable we look for
distractions, and so often welook for distractions in these
(55:04):
things that are connected totasks that this technology can
absolutely do better, faster, far more efficiently.
Speaker 1 (55:16):
Yeah, I can't
remember who said it, but
somebody was talking aboutcreativity and if you were
having problems being creativeor you couldn't think of
anything, pause and meditate.
And I think that it is that notdistracting yourself and
outsourcing to everything else.
The fact of just, or the act ofjust coming and sitting in
silence for even two minutes, just kind of clears some of that
(55:37):
away.
Like, I sometimes watch my kidsand my son is eight but he'll
like be playing PS4.
And then when there's a pausein the game, he turns on his
iPad and I'm like hold on asecond Because it's constant
distraction.
Right, there's no just likesitting or like being creative.
So you, you know, we go throughphases where I completely take
everything away and the amazing, like the amount of stuff that
they will do and create anddesign and, you know, act out or
(56:01):
whatever it's like you justthat like remembering that we
have that ability within us,right outside of all that.
So I think that's so importantto sort of like remember that
and come back to that, whether, whatever modality you use, right
To just kind of like come backand be like I hold this power,
and I think that that reframeright Of just like AI is
(56:21):
actually mirroring what wealready have inside.
I actually haven't heard itsaid that way, and I think
that's incredible.
Because that's that's soempowering, because it would be
easy to look at all this andfeel so disempowered, but to
know that this is just like Ifwe didn't have the awareness
that was ready for it, itwouldn't be here.
Speaker 2 (56:38):
It wouldn't be here.
We see this in the technology, but then even in these larger
changing infrastructures andecosystems.
I've been really involved inblockchain technology for many,
many years and one of the thingsthat got me involved in it was
seeing the astrology play out,but it was also in recognizing
(56:59):
the need for greater levels oftransparency that will allow for
what we can consider to be likefairness in ways that will
allow for society to blossom andbloom, but really it's to allow
for humans to have greaterlevels of consciousness and
greater levels of awareness.
So we can see that it'shappening just in these
(57:20):
individual technologies, but inthe way in which everything is
holistic and everything isconnected.
Everything plays this reallyintegral and beautiful part in
the whole right.
If you can hear my my dogsnoring, he's snoring very
loudly.
Speaker 1 (57:39):
No, my kids started
acting up before and I was like,
oh my gosh I hope the mic isn'tpicking it up, but life is
there like an area.
So I have like a couple ofquestions and I'll try and do
one at a time, cause they'rekind of like jumbled in.
But so, first of all, if we'relooking at human design, we're
seeing the patterns and thingslike that and the way that
things are happening.
Now where it's, there arethings happening that have not
(58:01):
happened in our lifetimes before, or like ever.
Right, how are we like, how doyou utilize that information or,
like I don't know, predict orjust like see those patterns and
things that haven't necessarily, because I feel like every like
so many times in the last likefew years there's always
something that this neverhappened before.
Right, there's these massive, energetic, like huge things
(58:22):
happening.
Speaker 2 (58:23):
So, yeah, I think,
that's going to continue to
happen and I always wonder but Iimagine it must be that within
every time in history, peoplethought that they were living in
the most interesting time,right?
So maybe we always live in atime that we think is
interesting, or I guess, if youwant that, I feel like that's
(58:44):
all that I would do.
I want the interesting becauseI find inspiration and hope and
interesting and innovation andall of this, and I find
expansion in that and exploringthe unknown.
But if we are constantly livingin, through these times of
never before, it's recognizing, then that wow, if you are
constantly experiencing thesenever before things, whether
(59:06):
it's related to the world orrelated to astrology, it's why
you really came here to do athing, right?
You didn't just come here tojust kind of like la la, la, la
la and just like bide your time, and you came here to obviously
go through experiences that weredesigned to be these catalystic
moments in your life andknowing that you are intricately
(59:27):
connected with the whole yourown awakening, your own
hardships, your own breakdowns, your own wins all of that is
playing a really important role, not just to in your life and
for your family and for theevolution of your soul, but for
the evolution of consciousness.
And I think, just right there, just having that level of
(59:47):
awareness is something thatreally allows for people to at
least have a new perspectivearound their challenges and how
they are connected to the wholeand to constantly be living
through never before, neverbefore, times Like wow, like you
must really be here to do athing and you must be really
special, right, and and honoringthat within yourself.
(01:00:10):
It grants people this new levelof permission to also think
okay, well, if that was true, what would I be doing
differently?
What do I know I would not bedoing.
Oh, okay, and it's like, yeah, there's awareness, but awareness
without action can sometimescreate more problems.
Right, because it's like that'stalking about psychosis again,
(01:00:32):
because you're like right up inthe head, because you're like I
know all this stuff and I can'tunknow it, but I can't do
anything about it.
So this is just hell.
And it's like, yes, that islike a hell, so what are you
going to do about it?
So I see why you know I jokethat I'll be like I get why not
everybody wants to awaken, or Iget why you know self-awareness
(01:00:53):
not for everyone, it is foreveryone and there are multiple
levels of it.
And no matter where you are inyour life, even if somebody
thinks that they are the mostself-aware person, guaranteed,
there are still a million blindspots that they have.
But by constantly pulling themirror out on yourself and being
like, hey, if this were to betrue, what would I be doing
(01:01:15):
differently?
If this were to be true, how isthis experience right now
designed to guide me, to teachme, tell us what I can grow so
that I can become better?
Right, and it's when you liveyour life that way you begin to
tap more into the moments versusthe minutes.
And there's even the idea thatthere's two different types of
(01:01:37):
time.
There's Kronos time and thenKairos time, so they're both
based on Greek mythology.
Kronos time is chronologicaltime and in Greek mythology it's
Kronos.
The god of time is one of theyoungest gods, but he looks the
oldest.
And the myth behind him is thathe was so fearful of like one
of his children, even liketaking over his whole kingdom,
(01:01:58):
that if he had a baby, he wouldeat it.
So it was like time devouringitself.
But Kairos time Kairos was aGod who was one of the oldest
but he looked the youngest.
He was like super, super chilldude.
He had this like this ball, buthe had a long ponytail and the
thought there was that you, whenlike a moment passes, you have
to grab the moment.
But whereas Cairo Kronos, timehappens minute to minute.
(01:02:20):
Moment to moment is Cairo'stime, so it's living in the
moment.
When we think of these likedivine, magical moments, these
like quantum leaps in our life,it's multiple things lined up in
such a way to create theperfect moment.
So somebody can go through anexperience that seems absolutely
devastating and if you're inthe devastation and you're
(01:02:44):
already going through somethingelse, it can be more likely that
you may not align with thatmoment because this thing
happened.
You need to have that thinghappen in this time, in this
cycle, and you need to have thislevel of awareness for you to
see, oh my gosh, this is a thingthat's going to get me to move
in a new direction, the thingthat's going to get me to
actually awaken to the truth ofwho I am, or that awareness,
(01:03:07):
that thing might be the thingthat is going to have you go
around the block again, becauseit's something you needed to
learn.
So look at our life just inthat way of sometimes it is
slowing down, turning inwards, allowing for all the events
around you to kind of slow down, for you to have a new level of
awareness.
And I think that probably islike the process right there of
(01:03:33):
of awakening.
But when you also take thateven one level a little bit
deeper, you also have theawareness around this way that
you're feeling, or this that'sbeing activated in you.
If this is something that seemslike a negative experience, like
is this the one, the first timethis has ever happened?
(01:03:54):
Is this like?
Is this actually just this like?
Because usually it's not right,it's connected to something
else.
So it's what in your life isgetting louder and louder and
louder and louder and louder foryou to actually listen and do
something about.
And that's when you align withthose moments when you offer
(01:04:14):
yourself to have a newperspective on something that's
happening, and even talkingabout the idea that life only
makes sense in reverse.
If you look at past experiencesas data, that then helps you be
even more confident in certainconvictions that you may have,
(01:04:36):
more confident in certainconvictions that you may have,
especially pertaining to yourtruth, what you're here to do,
your innate skills and how touse those to help others.
Speaker 1 (01:04:44):
I love that.
I have two more questions.
And so for you having anAquarius moon and then you have
an undefined solar plexus,correct?
So how has, or how haveemotions played a part in your
experience and your journey andlike, maybe, how has your
relationship changed with them?
Speaker 2 (01:05:02):
So I want to say like
, can I have the bad?
It would be like not a fan, don't like, don't like, I'm not
a fan.
Um, I say that jokingly.
But also a lot of truth, anincredible amount of truth in
there.
So in human design I have mymoon in gate 13 in line one.
So that in human design that isthe gate of the listener, the
(01:05:25):
gate of secrets, fellowship ofman.
It's thought to be where all ofthe secrets are stored of the
collective and it's notconnected.
I have an undefined throat andit's not connected.
I have an undefined throat, soit's not connected to 33.
So that alone is signifysomebody that I don't feel a
pressure to like share people'ssecrets.
I take in a lot of people'sawareness stories and I feel I
(01:05:47):
have this certain level ofimmediate understanding and I've
always been really great atputting myself in somebody
else's shoes.
That is something that I'm moreenergetically and say like
predisposed or conditioned to belike quote, unquote good at.
But then also my growing upexperience made that like a
(01:06:10):
hypervigilant thing in my life.
So when a lot of people talkabout like the empath the empath
energy isn't, I will say nowI'll go on a limb and say it's
really an empowering thing, likeit is great to be able to have
a sense of being able to connectwith other people and but until
you have an incredible level ofawareness and truly skill with
(01:06:34):
that, it can feel sooverwhelming that you just want
those feelings to go away.
You just you'll do anythingjust to have that feeling go
away and I feel like that was abig part of my life.
So when I saw that in my humandesign, I was like you've got to
be freaking, kidding me.
Like seeing that, as it was ahuge, huge moon moon there, and
(01:06:56):
then also having the undefinedsolar plexus.
So additionally in my undefinedsolar plexus I have I have gate
six and and 49, both like theyhad the hanging gates, and so
gate and six, which is gate offriction.
I, that's where I have mydesigned moon.
So in gene keys that is thought.
This is like this is like thiswound, this like energy that you
(01:07:17):
came to move through.
So for me it was also.
I had a I have a little likemisunderstanding within my
energetic body that I thought ofemotions as being conflict.
So it was like oh, likeeverything was like oh, I'm
feeling in a way, I'm feelingbad, I'm feeling away.
I for you, I'm feeling for you,I'm feeling for you.
Feelings and emotions were neversomething that was as beautiful
(01:07:41):
thing.
It was just like if I couldjust turn it off, I would like.
I feel like I would have wantedto.
It was.
I felt the weight of everythingall the time, and I had to.
I was forced to realize theimplications of that so many
times in my life, and it's notjust in the weight of it, but
it's also when making decisionsor feeling like I didn't have a
(01:08:03):
decision, because the weight ofthat was just this.
I would feel like I was consumedconstantly by everything.
It was like I would talk aboutwanting to be this like
sovereign individual.
It was not.
It was not.
I was so consumed by thingsaround me and that was where I
(01:08:24):
had to reach a breaking pointand be like there's no way.
I came to reality just to liketo reality just to like be like
imprisoned by the emotions.
And I also realized that throughenough experiences I realized,
oh, I will intellectualizeeverything.
I will intellectualize thisthing happening.
(01:08:45):
I will have it all make sensein my head.
And a neatly wrapped little bow.
My body was still like right, there was absolutely zero
understanding from my body andthat was where I realized, oh my
gosh, like the mind, body, emotional connection is so
(01:09:05):
annoying that I was like Ididn't want that to be the work
that I had to do.
I didn't want it at all, didnot want it at all.
This is the stupidest work.
I hate it.
Like this sucks.
Unsign me up for this.
I want to go back.
I want to go back on myspaceship and I realized, until
I began to do that work, I couldnot have anything.
(01:09:28):
I couldn't like be anything, Icouldn't do anything.
I have a lot of stories aroundthat I'm like I'm working on
really putting into like this, this framework, because for me
it was.
I always had the foresight, Icould see how things were going
to come together.
But until I got my body onboard and had my, my nervous
(01:09:48):
system be calibrated in such away to handle disappointing
somebody else, to handle beingaround somebody else who was
maybe going through a thingbecause it's not my thing to fix
, I also I but didn't have,wasn't calibrated for to
maintain anything like joy.
(01:10:10):
I wasn't calibrated to have anylevel of wealth.
I wasn't like.
I was just calibrated to likehave a foresight, have an idea,
have a thing happen for me, tobounce and then come back and do
it again.
But each of those times it waslike a new hero's journey and I
had all these different thoughtsabout what I was going to do in
(01:10:31):
life, and none of them began toeven start to happen until I
learned how to truly be a human.
Yeah, which is difficult for me.
It is, and I say that with likeit is difficult and it's I.
Yeah, like I.
I could see a lot of peoplefeeling similarly, but then
(01:10:52):
having a lot of shame aroundthat, but it added out being a
human hardest thing I've everdone.
Speaker 1 (01:10:58):
Yeah, it for sure is.
Do you have Pluto?
Square your moon?
Speaker 2 (01:11:03):
I have it close, I
have, I have, I have it close,
and this is a lot of yeah, but Ihave, I have, I have Pluto
conjunct myself node kind of.
It could be kind of a doozy, but what I recognize, though, is
it's that power inverted for me, and I think a lot of people
(01:11:26):
can relate to that in ways thatwe can all be either like our
own worst enemy or like ourgreatest gift.
Right, and it's just.
It's's just, it's a perspectiveshift.
It's a perspective shift, andwhen somebody is on a journey of
reclaiming their power, or evenjust like and I'll say
reclaiming, because we all cameinto these power beings,
(01:11:46):
empowered beings, but it's justsimply realizing where are you
allowing for life to push youaround?
And a lot of people have thislike go with the flow attitude,
and I tell people, you can onlygo with the flow if you're as
long as you're the one creatingthe current.
Otherwise, it's you're going tobe your program.
(01:12:09):
There's a lot of conditioning,a lot of patterns that you have
involuntarily, like, subscribedto, are aligned by or are
following.
Yeah, and if you are verydisconnected from your body, it
can.
(01:12:30):
It's impossible to say it'simpossible.
It's impossible to actuallyknow what is right for you, and
you know people talk about theidea that what is?
It's even like the, the law ofone, like the different, the
different levels ofconsciousness, and the first
level of consciousness is what'slike like the rocks being
asleep, with the earth is beingasleep.
(01:12:51):
But when it expands upon uponthat, it's that everything
begins at this first level, where we have this level of
awareness and from this level ofawareness, we have these needs
and these desires, and they'redesigned to actually allow for
us to have this level ofself-actualization and awareness
by being, oh, I am separatefrom all that is.
So I think about myself in thatway, as I was learning all of
(01:13:15):
these esoteric traits and skillsand all of these modalities and
skills, and I was having theawareness of these things within
myself, but it didn't reallymatter until I had to go
backwards.
It felt like in a lot of mydevelopment to actually be like
oh, how do I be a separateperson?
(01:13:36):
And I hope that any people wholike listen to this, they allow
for themselves to be like oh,man, I feel that.
I feel that Because it's likethis really important part in
our development, especiallysomebody they subscribe to, that
like empath energy.
That's like you bypassed Morethan likely.
You bypassed a big part of thatand you, you did it with like
(01:13:59):
either more than like it wasgood intentions, right?
Don't worry, I'll make you feelbetter, I'll make you know, and
really it's like you didn'tknow how to be a human.
Speaker 1 (01:14:09):
Yeah, I, I resonate
so strongly with that and I
think you and I have a lot ofparallels in our charts.
In opposite, I have gate 33 inmy moon.
So, it's that energy, but yeah,I mean the whole empath thing.
That has been such a what's theword I'm looking for, Not
indicator, but a theme, I guess, for so much of my life.
(01:14:31):
And then I realized howdisempowering it really was to
like myself and you know I haveto set boundaries and things
like that.
I guess, like in wrapping it up, what advice or where in
people's charts would yousuggest that they look to, or
what aspect or something toreally like, kind of come back
and like ground in and be ableto stand in all of this and to
(01:14:55):
step into this energy that'scoming.
Speaker 2 (01:14:58):
I love to look at
people's moons.
So obviously we have the moonin our natal chart and then your
human design.
That's the conscious, consciousmoons that represents, like,
actually one of the drivingforces.
That may be a driving forcethat you are more conscious of,
but when you check out what yourdesign moon is, you are, which
is another driving force, but itis happening unconsciously and
is also an energy that isattracting a lot of
(01:15:19):
relationships to you.
You are able to see how thosetwo energies are either working
together in harmony or wherethey are in some type of battle
with each other, type of sometype of battle with each other,
and that showcases a lot of yourown internal struggle and, um,
it's like the battle that youyou have with life, especially
(01:15:42):
in recognizing that the outerworld is always a reflection of
our inner world, like what are.
So you said 33, and then whatis what is your design moon?
24, okay, okay, okay, it'sinteresting, right?
So that's that's therealization, rationalization,
the energy yeah, so interestingto see how those would be.
(01:16:02):
So both of those can be anenergy of recluse, though, of
like.
Okay, I'm in, like back.
Let me think about that, let methink about the, or let me like
ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding,
ding, ding, ding, ding, ding.
And then it's like ding, lightbulb ding.
And then it's like ding, lightbulb moment comes on.
And then that's where the 33,like the sage energy can emerge.
And you're like ah, youngchildren gather around, I have a
piece, let me teach you thingsRight.
(01:16:24):
But until then it might be likeyo buzz off, I'm like in my
cabin.
But it's both, this energy, sothat's what goes through.
That lens would work togetherreally well.
In this like there's abreakthrough, there's a piece of
wisdom, there's somethingthat's always on the verge.
So really, you're making surethat you are setting up your
life to facilitate thoseepiphanies, those aha moments.
(01:16:47):
Right for you to really be thatsage.
But then I could see wherethose could be challenging
together, as they both can be.
This energy of like, tell me inthe future, waiting, waiting,
waiting, waiting.
A little bit of that energy, but for like silence would be a
big one.
We're going to work with that, really having that silence.
For me, I have my design in 34.
(01:17:07):
So it's the gate of power.
So when I think about likepower being inverted, I'm like
oh, oh, my gosh, I've recognized.
For me this plays out, andthere is this because I have
that connecting with Neptune in10 for me.
So I have the gate ofexploration and convictions, and
that's actually the channel ofmy authority, but it's
(01:17:28):
completely unconscious.
So sometimes, like I'm blind tothat, but I realize when I know
something, I know it and it'slike I have these moments of
conviction.
It comes to these things ofexploration and expansion and
but when I think about how mytwo moons work together, oh,
battles is the battle is like.
That's like the ultimate battleof my entire life is having
(01:17:49):
this feeling of like.
I can see, I can see, I can seehow I can see myself in
everything.
And if you want and that'sgoing to be really disempowering
and I've also realized, though, that then other people can
sense this innate I'll just say,is this like force, this power
that I am oftentimes blind to?
So when you have somebody thatis, this like super empath has
(01:18:12):
no concept of like, where theyor they end and somebody else
begins, but somebody else whomay be, they didn't even have to
be someone with bad intentions,it's just they're like oh, I
see a lot of power there, andthen it drained really quickly,
or I used to feel like I wouldget used a lot, but it was.
I didn't have boundaries and Ididn't realize.
Oh, maybe instead of me likealways being this, like muse for
(01:18:34):
somebody else, like if myself,if myself, and once I'm actually
empowered, then I can helppeople, then I can use this
level of awareness that I havefor the collective and cycles
and experiences and actually usethat to create a positive
impact versus just be like, oh,let me be in the gutter with you
(01:18:56):
and feel miserable with you.
Because you're not helping.
It doesn't help anybody andyou're just like, let me be sad
with you for you, and I talk toa lot of people that work in
health care and they'd be likethat's like the worst thing you
can ever do for somebody whensomeone's like a nurse.
You're sick, you have a nursecome in.
You don't want the nurse to belike, oh my god, I just feel so
(01:19:18):
bad.
You know, you want us to belike it's gonna be fine, we're
gonna do this, but in a lovingway.
But to be in this space ofactually helping, right, and
even we think about, like, whatis compassion, sympathy and
empathy?
Like I think we've all beengaslit into thinking that
empathy is this beautiful thing.
Yeah, because there's amisconception with it and maybe,
(01:19:40):
maybe the people that have beenreally pushing the conception
are those that don't deal withthe struggles of it I think as
well yeah, that's reallypowerful.
Speaker 1 (01:19:51):
Just over the
holidays we were playing this
little like christmas game andone of the questions was what is
your like unique gift orsomething like that, and
everybody was supposed to answerit, for you to like guess what
your response was gonna be, andeverybody said empathy.
For me, that reminded me,because then I was like, well, I
would say more compassion, butit's taken a long time, right To
have that reframe.
(01:20:11):
Everybody jumps to that part ofyou where I feel like that's
where I've gotten stuck a lot.
So, yeah, I really love thatdynamic perspective.
Speaker 2 (01:20:18):
How have you reframed
the empathy versus compassion.
Speaker 1 (01:20:23):
I think it does have
to come, or it has come a lot
down to boundaries and likesetting those, because otherwise
, yeah, I'm just getting suckedinto somebody else's everything
and then there's nodistinguishing between me and
them.
Right, it's like I'm takingeverything on so that they'll
feel okay, but then I'm not, youknow.
So it's really been like I haveto say they're not either
because they're, yeah, able tocreate change for them.
Speaker 2 (01:20:45):
Yeah, it's a lot of
enabling as well goes in, it
goes into that, but it's I.
I say that with like, with like, I'll say so much empathy.
But yeah, and it's like peoplewho, truly, you know, deal with
that, they get it.
Can I just want people to knowthat, like there, there isn't.
There is another side of thatright of it is being there's so
(01:21:10):
much wisdom, there's so muchwisdom, but you have to be
willing to go go through thatand, yeah, be willing to
gradually become morecomfortable with discomfort yeah
, and I think that I had to atsome point accept my softness
and sensitivities, that I was soresisting before to like.
Speaker 1 (01:21:33):
let that move through
me If that makes sense.
Speaker 2 (01:21:36):
Absolutely.
I had this realization theother day.
I was still kind of reflectingon it, but it was this idea that
I'm simultaneously tougheningup and softening up.
Speaker 1 (01:21:43):
Yeah, and they do
work together.
Speaker 2 (01:21:47):
And like they have to
, because it's the idea they're
going to be soft.
You got to be tough, and whatdoes that even mean?
Well, it's for the individualto come to their own
realizations of, but I feel likewith myself, that was the thing
is.
How do I balance those two?
Because I feel like there's alot of you know, there's things
in the world that I feel I couldhelp, but I can't help them.
(01:22:10):
If I am not empowered, I can'tdo anything to actually help
them.
That was, I'm just a puddle too.
We're all just trying to makean impact.
Speaker 1 (01:22:18):
Yeah, I saw a reel
that it said like just that it
was like the tougher she is, thesofter she actually is.
You know, like it's like behindthat there's really an
incredible softness that allowsyou to step into that.
Speaker 2 (01:22:28):
So yeah, and then
also for people that you know,
I'll say, like deal with thatempathy, it's, you are worth,
you are worth protecting, youare worth protecting.
And to be somebody who feels somuch is a gift, even though it
doesn't seem like a gift thatyou're like I hope you kept the
receipt because you got toreturn this crap but it is a
(01:22:49):
gift.
But remember, your gifts arenot just for you, they are for
others.
But in order for that gift tobe worth anything, a certain
level of optimization that hasto happen with it.
But then there's also aprotection.
That is that that is requiredwith that.
And since it is you that youdeserve to be protected, and and
(01:23:10):
I see this as well with empath, but also a lot of Capricorns as
well Capricorns have this.
You know, the cliche ofCapricorns is they're cold,
heartless.
This and I've, you know, workedwith a ton of Capricorns and
realizing that it turns out tobe a theme of feeling like they
need to mature really quickly.
So when somebody says they haveto mature really quickly,
taking all the responsibilityreally quickly, it's like this
(01:23:32):
whole level of emotionalregulation it's just bypassed
and before you know it you'relike an adult, but with the
emotional processing of like atwo-year-old right because you
didn't get to be so.
It's like it's about just thatawareness right there of like,
yeah, things happened and youmissed a step, but now you go
back and you intentionally takethat step and you're going to
(01:23:53):
now be reconditioning yourself, but at a much older age, with
more wisdom.
There's a lot of beauty in that.
But again you got to have theperspective and the dedication
to owning that, and owning thatwithin yourself.
Speaker 1 (01:24:12):
For a long time I for
some reason attracted so many
Capricorn moons and at first, like I'm a Leo moon, so at first
I was like I don't get it,you're just shut off, you have
no emotions, like leave me alone, you can't live in my world.
But there is, like you said, underneath that, there is this
part of them that I feel likethey never really allowed
themselves to like experience orbe with, and it really is such
a beautiful part of thatCapricorn energy.
(01:24:33):
So, like now, I love Capricorns, but in the beginning I was
like you don't get me, you'llnever get me, it's just like
going to be an opposite ends.
But yeah, capricorn moons.
Speaker 2 (01:24:42):
I love Capricorn
moons.
They there's this set.
I thought I could tell one now.
So they are, and there's justsomething that's this like real
grounded warmth and it's likethis true warmth because it's a
I don't sense a lot of judgmenteither and it was kind of just.
(01:25:03):
There's just this.
Well, as I say, it's thisgrounded warmth.
I guess it's like the ground towarmth Cause then you got to
get like real close to the earthto like feel that warmth when
it's there.
Speaker 1 (01:25:12):
but it it's, it's so,
it's everlasting and there's
this practical like nurturingthat they do have where they do
want to take care of you in away that makes sense for them.
That's practical and logicaland, you know, maybe like
providing things for you thatsometimes you know from my like
leo dramatic, you know, kind ofexperience I've found hard to
(01:25:35):
see for a while but then whenyou see it it's like, oh, that's
actually really beautiful wayto like, show somebody, and then
they do that, and it's from aspace of truth around.
Speaker 2 (01:25:46):
The idea of true
giving comes from overflow.
If somebody you know peoplewant to there's this, even this
like martyr, we like there's alot of these like collective
beliefs and ideologies that aredescribed to you of this like
this, like righteousness andmartyrdom.
Having nothing but givingeverything.
We're like that doesn't soundlike a good time, like you know,
(01:26:08):
but it's that it's like truegiving comes from.
I am full, I am whole, I amcomplete and because I am full
and whole and complete, I haveall of this to give and it's the
giving.
It's like when somebody isgiving and you know they like,
like they mean it.
It's like it's a differencebecause you're also not thinking
(01:26:28):
this thing oh my God, this isthe last thing they have.
It's like all these internalhangups happen.
Oh my god, this is the lastthing they have.
It's like all these internalhang-ups happen and you think
about how wonderful this worldcould be if our people were
giving from the space ofwholeness, fullness being being
complete, because you'reempowered and you know a lot of
what I have always, like, workedin is this area of like,
kindness and even kindness hasbeen this like buzzword that
(01:26:51):
I've had to really reframe whatthat truly is so that it could
accommodate this feeling of nothaving to.
Okay, I will like like nice girl, right, I will be kind and good
and nice at all costs, nomatter if I feel you know it's
like that.
No matter if I feel you knowit's like that, like whatever
(01:27:15):
you think, I get into thatenergy and I can immediately
reconnect to this part of myselfthat felt like it required this
level of endurance just tosurvive.
And they're like that is notliving, that is not, that is not
being self-actualized, that isnot expanding, that is just like
caving to the pressures of theworld.
And when we have empoweredpeople using their strengths to
create impact, I believe thingslike kindness is just the
(01:27:38):
absolute most natural byproductof the world.
You don't even need to put afocus on it, you don't need to
have these like kindnesscampaigns and kindness
initiatives, because it is justa natural byproduct of empowered
people living in such a waythat they feel inspired and
aligned with their truth andtheir gifts.
Speaker 1 (01:28:00):
I love that.
That makes me think about GaryVaynerchuk, yeah.
He's just so like in that andit's his whole thing is kindness
and empathy and like just beinga good person.
Speaker 2 (01:28:11):
But it's like the
most natural thing in the world.
Yeah, I think humans are Idon't even think I know humans
are in hate and are innately sogood, so good, so, so good.
But we all go throughexperiences where, you know, we
have to develop certain traitsand this and that, and a
personality gets formed and thenthe ego is constantly trying to
protect the personality fromthe person.
(01:28:31):
That's not a real thing.
And then all this stuff happensand you're like, and it's
constantly trying to protect thepersonality from the person
that was on a real thing.
And then all this stuff happensand you're like, and it's just
this, like that, it's just this, like, you know, collective,
like freak out, yeah, but thethe other, you know just the
inverse of that is this reallybeautiful energy of.
I guess I would say it'salignment.
If people in a space ofalignment I think the way to get
(01:28:56):
in there is to kind of allowthem for this transition to
happen within our own individuallives that then it can really
like mutate.
The collective is a combinationof radical self-love and
radical responsibility, right,so like, who would you be if you
didn't blame anyone foranything?
Right, you took everything, anything that happened, and you
(01:29:19):
thought like, okay, how can Ilearn from this or what can, how
can I be guided by this?
And even if it's like something, somebody did something to you
and you still are able to thinkwell, you know, maybe they're
going through something, butwhat do I need to do so that I'm
fine regardless?
Right, and that's even a bigcomponent of you, can call it
sovereign, like being asovereign individual.
And this like connecting backto what we're saying about
(01:29:42):
technology and always being areflection of ourself.
Like decentralization coming inand big party centralization
deals with transparency, butownership and the idea of what
do you have to do so that youare great, no matter what?
Right, and where is your singlepoint of failure, if everything
(01:30:03):
in your life is fine except forthis one thing that happens?
That's a massive vulnerabilitythat you have.
So what do you have to do sothat you're fine?
You're fine regardless.
So, getting back to thatsituation, say, it's like
somebody cuts you off and you'rerunning late.
So now you think this person'sterrible and it's da, da, da, da
da, but in reality it's okay.
One, maybe that person is goingthrough something.
(01:30:25):
Or two, maybe that person, youknow, they didn't even see you.
But third one is well, you'restressed because you're running
late so you should probablyleave earlier next time.
Right, if you actually thinkabout because you can't control
that person what they're goingthrough with it.
But if you use something reallyimportant to you, what do you
got to do so that, like you'restraight, no matter what, but
you're good to go, and that'sgetting back into if we all were
(01:30:47):
to lead our lives that way, andwhat do you got to do so that,
like you're great, no matterwhat it really it eliminates a
lot of the things that come upthat throw us off course.
Speaker 1 (01:31:03):
Thank you so much.
This has been so good and forthe listeners like I mean, you
offered so many powerfulquestions here.
So if they need to go back andre-listen and write them down
like like I hope they go and andlike in journal around them
because they're really powerfulreflection questions how can
everyone find you and how canthey work with you?
Speaker 2 (01:31:20):
So ashleymosaiccom,
ashley Mosaic, on all the
socials, socials as well.
So I have I work withindividuals and one-on-one
coaching.
Then I also have differentworkshops that I will do within
corporations and help reallyoptimize.
As we're optimizing thetechnology, also optimizing the
(01:31:43):
humans is a really big part ofthe work, the work that I do,
and I love that now I'm doing itwith small businesses and a lot
of fun.
Yeah, I love that.
Thank you so much.
Thank you so much.
