I have so much to say, so we'regoing to try and get through
all of this in a reasonableamount of time.
We'll see.
So this episode is coming outJuly 24th, which is the new moon
in Leo.
Now, there is so much to sayabout this moon, and I'm going

(01:09):
to get into that in a little bit.
I just also want to talk alittle bit about what I'm
learning through thismanifestation process.
About three weeks ago, I decidedI was going all in.
I mean, why not Kind of likerock bottom place?
I'm going all in.
I'm meditating two to threetimes a day.
I'm working on my body, I'mfocusing on my mindset.

(01:31):
I'm doing things at night.
I'm literally only listening tomusic while I work out at the
gym.
Otherwise, I'm listening toNeville Goddard.
I'm listening to just likereally inspiring things that are
reminding me of the place thatI want to go.
I'm continually asking myselfwhat would the version of myself
that I'm calling in, what wouldshe do?
How would she show up?
How would she walk, how wouldshe hold herself?

(01:53):
What would she do in thismoment?
What actions would she take?
So I'm really doing like I said, I'm going all in on this, and
one thing that has been veryloud to me over the last I don't
know, like week or so, probablymore than that, but what's
really coming through is that Ifeel like the thing, the piece
that we don't talk a lot aboutin the manifestation world is

(02:14):
discipline, and in human designI have four right-facing arrows.
I only have one left-facingarrow and that arrow is my
bottom right arrow.
So that's just like the way thelens, my perspective right,
it's how I view life, it's mymanifestation.
Style is left facing, so it'slike active, it's being very
specific, and so I'm a 6'3", I'man MG, so my life has been very

(02:40):
fluid.
There are a lot of places I'mjust kind of a little duality,
I'm a juxtaposition, I'm justsort of both and in how I
operate.
But discipline has always beenreally challenging for me.
I have my unconscious son ingate 30.
And basically what all of thismeans is a roundabout way of me
saying that discipline for mehas been harder in the past to

(03:03):
do.
So I love food, I love to eat.
I am plant-based I have beenfor 15 years.
I'm very health conscious, so Itry and do the best that I can.
But I also like to eat, and soI've always kind of worked to
find a way to marry the two,where I'm eating food that
lights me up, that excites me,while also focusing on my health

(03:25):
and focusing on feeling good inmy body and all of those things
.
But meditation has always beenreally challenging for me.
I've always kind of gone all infor a little bit and then
dipped out of it.
Alcohol also been up and downwith for years, and so for three
weeks now, like I said, I'vejust been going all in.

(03:46):
I'm not drinking, I'm beingvery mindful about what I'm
eating, I'm moving my body everysingle day, I'm meditating two
to three times a day.
Again, I'm just being veryintentional and, although my
outer reality is catching up toit, I just feel this excitement
and this love for life and thislove for myself and this
gratitude for, just like me, inthis body, experiencing this

(04:09):
life and all the things thatcome with it, and it's
dramatically shifting myperspective.
And that discipline that'srequired to get there feels
actually really empowering andreally good.
And I'm not saying you have tobe disciplined in in like not
have fun.
That's, I think, amisperception and misconception.
But it's like if you can bedisciplined, like 80 to 90

(04:32):
percent of the time, and thenthat 10 to 20 percent, you know
the 80 20 rule.
Right where you let loose, youhave fun, you do all the things,
but like having so muchawareness where, like, for me,
feeling good has always been apriority in my journey.

Feeling good has always been apriority, and so that's why I
stopped drinking for a while.
I stopped drinking for a yearand then I'll do it for three

(04:53):
months here and there, a monthhere and there.
This time again, it just feels Ifeel so good.
I always forget how good I feelwhen I'm sober and because,
again, like feeling good as apriority and even like a couple
of drinks I just feel off thenext day.
I can feel it in my system.
So, just being very intentionalabout, like, before I do
something, do I do it.
You know, am I doing it withthe intention to just feel good,

(05:14):
if that makes sense, or am Idoing it because I feel like I
have to or whatever?
But like that discipline oflike okay, I'm not going to
drink today, and like stickingwith it and the way that I kind
of trickle my mind sometimes islike it doesn't mean that I'm
not going to do it ever again.
It's just like today, right,tomorrow we'll reassess, we'll
see what we feel and chances areby tomorrow if I commit to
doing it tomorrow.
But it's like keeping thosecommitments with yourself and
being disciplined with yourself.

(05:35):
Like there have been morningswhere I wake up, where I'm like
I always talk about.
Getting up in the morning isalways so difficult.
I have like multiple alarms, Isnooze, I'm in bed to the last,
very last minute and so lately,you know for no reason, in when
I was in Colorado, I was justwaking up early and I was like,

(05:56):
wow, this actually feels reallygood Like getting up early, and
I was going outside and I wasjournaling and I was meditating
all of this before like 8am andI was like, whoa, this is
something and so.
But the key was to shift mymindset, that internal narrative
, from oh my gosh, I have to getup early.
I wish I could just sleep anextra hour to when that alarm
goes off.
You're like, no, I get to get upearly, I get to meditate, I get
to set my day up in a way thatsupports me and I feel so good,

(06:20):
right, and so I'm just gonnacontinue sharing as I go along
this journey of like what'shappening and being setting a
lot of boundaries, you know,with myself and others, because
this is an area I've really,really struggled with in my past
is setting boundaries.
I've traditionally beencodependent, people pleasing,
and so just like honoring thatpart of myself of like no, this
doesn't feel good for me, I'mnot gonna do this anymore.

(06:40):
Or, more specifically and moreimportantly, coming into my
emotional authority and takingthe pause right before I make a
decision, before I make anaction, to really honor, like
who I am and what I actuallywant.
Like is this action alignedwith that higher version of self
, continually checking in withher and being like, okay, if
somebody I mean even in romanticrelationships, because that's

(07:04):
always like my biggest challengewhere it's like if I'm, if
somebody wants to come over andmy people-pleasing side is like
wants to say yes, and then thatyou know, desire, the urge, the
whatever, that whatever we wantto call it side of me is like,
yes, I would love to have youover.
But then, like, checking inwith myself, be like, okay, how
am I actually going to feeltomorrow?

(07:25):
What?
What would my higher self do?
Would she allow this or wouldshe ask for more?
Because that's what sheactually wants.
And so honoring that part ofmyself which is really
challenging, really challenging,especially when you've
traditionally just like abandonyourself in that way.
So that's sort of like thelittle catch up on where I'm at
in my manifestation process and,like I said, I'm going to be

(07:45):
sharing more about that as I go.
My sixth line is just likereally feeling called to share.

coming into yourself and doingthat inner work.

We talk about energetics.
We talk about the emotionalsolar plexus, we talk about
emotions.

into somatic practices to anchorthis into your body.
So this is such a powerfulspace.

Let's move on to the new moon,because this is like the thing
today.
So this new moon is happeningat Leo, at two degrees of Leo.
Leo is the heart, right.
Leo rules the heart.
It also rules the spine.
So we think about the heart andthe spine.
These are like life givingparts of our body.

(09:34):
We cannot survive without theheart and we cannot survive
without the spine right, thespine does so much for our
nervous system, it does so muchfor our, you know, setting.
It's just.
The spine is so important.
I'm not a doctor, but the spineis incredibly important.
The sun rules Leo.
When we think of the sun, it'swarm.
Again, it's life-giving.
It shines on everything.

(09:54):
It literally is the source oflife.
If we do not have the sun,there is no life, and so Leo is
so important.
Leo is dramatic, leo is theactor.
Leo likes to be seen.
It gets a bad reputation forbeing the center of attention
and all those things, but in itshighest expression, like, yes,
it is on stage because, justbecause it shines so brightly,

(10:15):
people are naturally going tolook at it.
So, finding your chart, whereLeo is, what house it rules, if
there's any planets there, allthat stuff.
There is so much going on withthis moon.
So we currently right now as I'mrecording this, which is
Wednesday, which we're stillgoing to be in the energy of
during the new moon we have Marsconjunct the south node.
So this is really asking us,like looking at our routines or

(10:36):
habits or health, like what'sactually not supporting us.
What do we?
What do we?
Where do we find comfort, andbut where do we need to change?
What's just like making us feelsticky or frustrated, that's
like not working for us anymore.
And it's also square to venus,and so this is always a
push-pull dynamic.
This could be mixed signalsbetween the masculine, the
feminine, between wanting toflow and wanting to organize and
structure and like move.

(10:57):
And so this energy is happeningcurrently as we speak, and then
tomorrow, I think it's 2's 2.11pm, central Standard Time at
two degrees of Leo, we have thisnew moon Now the new moon in
itself.
You know, the sun and the moonare conjunct in the sky.
The new moon is manifestations,it's intention setting.
We can't see the new, we can'tsee the moon in the sky when

(11:17):
we're in a new moon energy.
So it's like we're plantingthose seeds.
We can't quite see what's comefrom it, but we're tending to
the unseen, right, we're tendingto the shadows and not the
shadows, and like we're going tofeel shadowy.
But just like.
It's like that analogy of youknow, when the seed is planted,
we can't see it, right, we haveto water it, we have to tend to
it, even though we can't seewhat's underneath the ground,

(11:39):
and then eventually it's goingto sprout and then we're going
to start to see, you know, thefruits of our labor, the flowers
, the buds of whatever that isthat we planted.
But the sun and the moon areopposite Pluto.
Pluto is at two degrees, sothis is a very, very close
opposition.
And so Pluto is power, control,intensity.
Pluto is like this energy whereit's just sort of like.

(12:00):
It's like this little pressurecooker where it just puts
pressure on the things that arenot serving you and so, slowly
over time, you can't help butignore it.
And so, as we have thisopposition, it's like where are
you not being your authenticself?
Where are you outsourcing toother people?
Where are you operating out ofyour conditioning versus

(12:21):
actually operating out of yourheart?
Where do you feel maybecontrolled, or where are you
controlling situations?
Right, this is very intenseenergy and can be intense energy
, and it could be reallyuncomfortable because it's going
to show you things that need tofall away, that we need to let
go, that we need to release.
Simultaneously, the moon isalso trying to Saturn and

(12:42):
Neptune.
Pluto is also retrograde andSaturn and Neptune are also
retrograde.
So the and the moon is alsotrying to Saturn and Neptune
that are retrograde.
In conjunction they're very,very close One degree off in
Aries.
Aries is I am.
Aries is another fire sign, andso this is a lot to do with.
Like it's really calling us toslow down.
It's really asking us who weare.

(13:03):
Do we even have clarity on whowe are right now?
Can we see clearly what is notagain like what's not serving us
?
What do we need to release?
Like?
Where are we barging ahead?
Where we really need to likepause?
Mercury is also retrograde inLeo.
It's not conjunct to the moonat all, but it is retrograde in
Leo.
And Mercury retrograde again,it's asking us to slow down.
Right, fire is a fast energybut with so many retrogrades in

(13:27):
fire science, again we're beingasked to slow down, to reflect,
to revise, to revisit, to review, right, like all of these
things, we're looking to seewhat we want to bring with us in
the future and when we want toleave behind.
Who are we?
It's like I just feel, like somany people right now, myself
included.
It's like I cannot be thatversion of myself that other

(13:50):
people expect of me anymore,like I have to be authentic.
It's like I cannot be thatversion of myself that other
people expect of me anymore,like I have to be authentic.
And I think it was Brene Brownthat said the most magnetic and
the most powerful energy you canembody is authenticity.
It's even more powerful thanlove when you are so authentic
to who you are, regardless.
And I think this is veryAquarius energy to like Aquarius
is the rebel and I think it'sthe rebel, because A it's been

(14:10):
like so embedded in the systemthat when it comes back out and
just is its own quirky,authentic, weird self, that in
itself is an act of rebellion,right?
So being authentically yourself, in whatever way that means for
you, is an act of rebellion.
And so we're really asked rightnow can we be authentic?
Can we come into who we are?
Can we shed the layers ofourself that are no longer

(14:32):
serving us?
It's also in a sextile to Uranus, at zero degrees of Gemini.
So this is really fast thinking.
This is the nervous system,this is shock, this is
unpredictability, this is quickdecisions that we're making.
And again, mercury is the rulerof Gemini and so Mercury is
retrograde.
So it's like we may want toexpress, we may want to express
really quickly, we may wantwe're thinking really quickly.

(14:54):
Maybe even our thoughts arelike kind of have that anxious
energy because that's justUranus, right.
But it's like again, how can weslow down?
How can we embody the pause?
How can we wait?
And Leo is also like this Leois expression, it's creativity.
Leo and the sun rule the fifthhouse, which is play children,
dating, creativity.
And so it's like how can wetend to our own inner child and

(15:17):
the inner child of others.
Right, this is children, butit's also our own inner children
.
How can we open our hearts?
How can we feel safe?
This is key, right.
We cannot operate from an openheart if we do not feel safe.
Right, like when you'retriggered, when or when you're
in a situation that doesn't feelsafe.
We close our hearts, right.
But how can we open it?
How can we know that we're safeand open our heart?

(15:38):
That's really what this isasking us.
I was on a new moon call withJana Romer and she was talking
about this idea of, like youknow, feeling the collective
grief, because it is there.
It's like I don't watch thenews, but you can't ignore what.

(15:58):
There's so much going on in theworld and there's so many
people that are feeling fear andlack and sadness and grief, and
we can't ignore that thesethings are happening.
Right?
And when I pulled a card forthe new moon energy the first
card that came out was five ofcups.
And five of cups, you know,cups is water.
Energy it's emotions, it'sbeing in that area, it's being
with the water, it's being withthe flow, it's being with that.
And five is contraction.
It's a more challenging cardand it is asking us to honor and

(16:22):
feel and be with the grief.
Don't bypass it, don't skipover it, you know, and Leo is
asking us like, can we sit withthat and can we express that and
can we be with it?
Because it is very real andit's very happening and it is
happening.
Another thing that I just thelast thing I want to mention
before we move on to Augusttransits with this new moon, is
that I've been reading BecomingSupernatural by Dr Joe Dispenza.

(16:43):
If you haven't read the book,I'll leave a link in the show
notes that you can go get it,because this book will literally
change your life if you do thework and if you allow it to and
if you show up in it.
But he talks about meditationand the frequency and the energy
of love and how love is sopowerful.
Love is more powerful than fearor hate or lack or any of those
low vibrational energies.

(17:05):
And he talks about how they'vedone studies of countries like
war-torn countries, countriesthat are really struggling, and
they've taken studies ofcountries like war-torn
countries, countries that arereally struggling, and they've
taken groups of people and donelike 30-day meditations I think
it was Israel in the 70s.
I could be mistaken on that,but I believe that was the place
and so they did a 30-daymeditation experiment and the

(17:27):
days when the most people werethere actively meditating, the
crime rate lowered by 72%, 72,like that is so much.
It's not just like 10%, this ishuge.
There was also another one inthe US, I think it was like
Chicago or St Louis or something, where they had like a bunch of
monks meditating and again thecrime rate drastically lowered
by something around the same,like 70%.

(17:47):
So we know the power of loveand the frequency and being in
that open-hearted space is sopowerful.
And so it's like, with this newmoon, can you simultaneously
honor what's happening, but comeinto your heart and open your
heart and, just like, share thatwith the world.
I used to do Pranic HealingMeditations.

(18:08):
On Instagram there is I can'tremember his name, I'll link it
below, but he does dailyblessing the world meditations
and that's all it is.
It's just going there with, youknow, hundreds of people.
Whoever shows up for the live,it's usually like hundreds of
people and we're all blessingthe world at the same time.
Like that is so powerful andyou don't think that it is, but

(18:29):
it is so, so powerful.
So, with this new moon, I justlike urge you maybe to do
something like that Spend fiveminutes in meditation, open your
heart, really feel thatfrequency Cause not only is that
good for the world, but againlike going back to manifestation
.
This is like what manifestationis?
It's being in that feeling.
Like how do I want to feel, howdo I feel to be free?
What does it feel like to beabundant?

(18:49):
What does it feel like to be ina loving relationship?
What does it feel like to havethe dream career?
Like if we can bring in thefeeling, if we can call it in
before it actually is, becauseif you want anything, it's
somewhere out there in thequantum and when we're bringing
in the emotion and the feeling,bringing ourself into that space
before the thing actuallymanifests, which makes it easier

(19:10):
to manifest into your life.
So that's the new moon, that'sall the energy that's happening.
Now let's dive a little bitinto August and see what's going
on astrologically in August.
Okay, let's take a deep breath,let's reset.
I'm just like feeling soexcited, I guess, about this new
moon because you know I'm a Leomoon and Leo rising, so this is

(19:32):
hugely impactful for me as myfirst house, my ascendant, all
the things, and I love Leoenergy.
So I'm going to try and do thischronologically but I may
bounce all over the place alittle bit, okay, so we're
starting out August 1st.
Venus in Cancer is going to besquare to Saturn in Aries.
So you know, venus'srelationships is asking for
boundaries, structure inrelationships in Aries.

(19:55):
Right, aries is fire, it wantsto move forward, it's big, it's
bold, it's all these things.
But Saturn, like, is askingAries, this Aries energy, to
like sort of slow down a littlebit.
Right, especially in retrograde.
It's like what boundaries do Ineed to set with myself and
others?
Because this is in, you know,venus's relationships, its
morals, its values.

(20:16):
So this energy, this sort oflike tension, might be coming up
in the beginning of augustaround our relationships, like
what's working, what's not, howcan, how are you being
expressive?
How are you being yourself?
Are you being authentic in yourrelationships?
And if not, why do you need toset a boundary?
Do you need to release arelationship so that you can be
more authentic?
Like?
These sorts of questions arecoming up.
And it's also gonna be squaredat Neptune, because they're
conjunct and they will beexactly at one degrees.
Both of them are at one degreesduring this time and so, again,

(20:39):
with Neptune being retrograde,we might be feeling a little
confused around this theme,right where it's like we want to
set boundaries, we want to bemore authentic.
We know something doesn't quitefeel right, but maybe we can't
exactly see what it is yet in arelationship.
So just like slowing down ifyou feel a little bit of tension
in your relationships, journalon it, meditate on it, whatever
it is, and just like kind ofhonor where you're at in that

(21:01):
process.
On the eighth we have, oh sorry.
On the sixth, mars moves intolibra.
Mars does not like to be inlibra mars.
Mars rules Aries and so it's inits fall, it doesn't like to be
in Libra.
Right, mars is quick, it'sassertive, it's aggressive, it's
like bold and it's sort of theimmature expression of our
energy.
And Libra is balance, harmony,peace, justice, like Libra is

(21:24):
sort of a little bit morerefined of an energy.
Right, libra is ruled by Venusand so this might feel a little
sticky, a little bituncomfortable.
Mars, you know, could be morepassive, aggressive here,
because Libra is, you know, canbe a little people-pleasing,
because it doesn't want theconfrontation because it wants
to keep the balance and allthose things.
As Mars moves into Libra, it'salso going to be trying Uranus,

(21:45):
so this is going to be bringingsome unpredictability.
So all of you Libra energy outthere, this could be feeling a
little bit uncomfortable.
Right, uranus and Gemini.
It's like quick thinking, it'sexpressive, it's communication,
it's kind of like pushing ustowards.
That can be a little bit likeanxious in our mind, but this is
really like the overall themeof Uranus and Gemini is like we
are transforming the way thatwe're thinking about things.

(22:06):
So Mars, putting a little bitof pressure on there, maybe a
little frustration, it's like ah, like wanting to like express
or wanting to like think aboutthings a certain way, or getting
caught in old patterns orwhatever it is, could be
something that comes out of that.
During this time.
It's also going to be oppositeSaturn and this can be a little
challenging as well.
Right, mars again is action.
Mars rules Aries and withSaturn there, saturn is kind of

(22:34):
just like the slower movingcoming inside, setting
boundaries.
But of course, with anything,especially with Libra ruling
Venus, you know ourrelationships are our biggest
mirrors in life, right and so,and this is happening.
I think I said it, this is allhappening on the 8th.
So relationships are ourbiggest mirrors in life and we
hold karma in our relationships.
So people that come in thethemes that we face in

(22:55):
relationships we will.
They're there for us to moveand to release our karma.
So as you do the work and asyou progress and as you raise
your consciousness and as youkind of step into your new
timeline, relationships arenaturally going to fall away.
It doesn't have to be a bigexplosive thing, but they're
naturally going to fall away andso that's sort of like what
could be happening with this too.
Mars is wanting us maybe tolike push and move and take

(23:19):
action around that, just likewhat relationships are falling
away, what's not working, andthat's the thing with like
manifestation work too.
As you're like moving into thisnew timeline, you'll notice
relationships that maybe quietly, maybe not so quietly or just
kind of like falling away.
The work is being done right,like Saturn is karma, and so
that could be happening withthat.

(23:40):
On the ninth we have the fullmoon in Aquarius.
It is not really like you know,other than the other things
that are going on, there's notexactly too much that I see
briefly here, looking, that'shappening exactly with the moon.
But full moons are times ofillumination.
This is when we can see themoon in the sky.
16 degrees of Aquarius, it's ingate 13, which is the gate of

(24:02):
the listener, and you know,again, aquarius is rebellion,
it's authenticity, it's thecollective, it's technology and,
of course, pluto is here.
So it's like all of thesethemes might be coming up around
this time.
We also have, during this fullmoon, again, mars.
Well, mars is opposite Saturnand Neptune, but it's directly

(24:23):
opposite Neptune.
So this is bringing a littlebit of confusion to us.
And then the ruler of Aquariusis Uranus.
So Uranus is I believe we'llhave moved in at one degree, so
it's kind of moved out of thatzero degree point, but it is
still early early degrees ofGemini.
So again, this is asking us,this is transforming the way

(24:45):
that we're thinking, the waythat we're communicating, the
way that we're expressing, theway that we see things, because
we know the way that we thinkabout things is the way that we
see things, and so this is hugefor this we have on.
Let's see what's next.
Mars is going to be trying toPluto in Aquarius on the 10th

(25:05):
and you know this is moresupportive, but Mars and Pluto
are sort of the higher and lowerexpression of each other and it
just makes it to be a littlebit more intense when we have an
aspect between Mars and Pluto.
On the 11th, mercury stationsdirect and so we might have a
little bit of a reprieve in Leowhere we can kind of like move a

(25:27):
little bit more quickly.
It's at four degrees.
So just check what you have onand around four degrees we can
look back again around the newmoon.
So the new moon was at twodegrees just to see, like what
themes were coming up.
So like, as you're listening tothis, notice what's coming up,
because those themes might berevisited when Mercury stations
direct at four degrees of Leo,that is, on the 11th.

(25:49):
On the 12th we have Venusconjunct, jupiter in Cancer, and
so you know Jupiter in Canceris really expanding on this
inner work, working with ouremotions, coming inside, doing
this sort of like it could beinner child reparenting work,
because you know Cancer is thearchetype of the mother, and so
Jupiter and Venus in conjunctionis a really beautiful

(26:10):
conjunction, especially aroundour relationships, right, like
coming into the home, cominginto the self, working with our
ancestors doing like in our homelife, like what's working, this
is expanding on it.
So this is a really beautifulconjunction and just notice what
comes up during this time.
It's again a really great timeto be coming inside to doing the
work, especially around again,like, first of all, check where

(26:32):
cancer is in your chart.
For me it's my 12th house, sothis is all the subconscious
work.
So as this comes up like, Iwill be diving into the work
around the subconsciouspatterning that I can reprogram
around my relationships, likesurrendering to it and just like
allowing myself to be in it, sochecking your chart where
cancer is, and that's the sortof work that you can really
really dive into with thisconjunction.

(26:55):
On, let's see.
On the, what am I missing the14th?
No, let's go to the 22nd.
The sun moves into Virgo.
Virgo is this energy of like?
So okay, moves into Virgo.
Virgo is this energy of like.
So okay, leo is reallyexpressive and it's creative and

(27:15):
it's, you know, the inner childwork.
And then we come into Virgo.
Virgo is deeply in service toothers, right?
Virgo rules the gut.
So this is really that mind-gut, that brain-gut connection.
But Virgo is about perfectingthe self so that we can move
into Libra, into ourrelationships.
As you know, there is no suchthing as perfection, but as a
more perfected, more um, ahigher version of ourselves to

(27:41):
enter into our relationships.
This is all about our health,our daily routine.
So what routines are supportingyou?
What routines are notsupporting you?
What do you need to let go of?
These are sort of the themesthat might be highlighted during
the sun in Virgo.
So really check your chart tosee what house that's in,
because that's exactly, orthat's more so, how it's going
to be impacting you.
And that's happening on the22nd.

(28:01):
On the 23rd, we have our newmoon, our new moon in Virgo.
This is happening in gate 59.
Gate 59 is the gate ofsexuality.
This is part of the channel ofintimacy, so this is all about,
like your relationships.
This is in the sacral, so it issex.
It is fertility, right, andVirgo is represented by the
Virgin, right.
This is fertility.
It's like we've planted theseed and now we're starting to
sow it and it's very fertile,right, and so that's kind of the

(28:22):
energy that's coming out.
Of course, it doesn't have tomean like you're going to be
getting pregnant or likeanything specifically related to
that, but like, again, leo iscreativity.
So what are we birthing, what'scoming to fruition, like what
is ripe for us to bring out intothe world, and like how can we
tweak it, how can we perfect it,how can we see what's
supporting that, what's notsupporting that?
Again, so the whole point isthat then we move into Libra,

(28:46):
we're a more perfected versionof ourselves to show up in our
relationships.
That's sort of the work againthat we'll be seeing during this
time and the new moon in gate59, it's going to be square to
Uranus and so that, of course,will always bring
unpredictability, shock in ournervous system.
Again, because Virgo rules thegut, uranus is the electrical

(29:06):
impulses in the body.
So it's like are we feelinganxious?
How can we calm our nervoussystem?
So really, really, really doingthe nervous system work to know
that we're safe in our body, tocome into our body, to be with
our body, focus on your guthealth right.
Notice the thoughts that arehappening, activate that vagus
nerve, like all the things thatyou can do to regulate your
nervous system, because Uranusis going to want to be

(29:28):
activating it a little bit rightduring this time, is going to
want to be activating it alittle bit right during this
time.
So that's on the 23rd.
On the 24th, we have the Sunsquare to Uranus, so kind of the
same energy, right?
New moons are when the Sun andthe Moon are conjunct, but the
Sun is going to be directlyconjunct to Uranus the next day,
so we'll still be within thatenergy and regardless during any
full or new moon energy, we'rein the energy for like three
days before and three days after.

(29:49):
So just being aware of that.
And then the 25th, venus movesinto Leo.
I love when Venus moves intoLeo, of course, leo moon and Leo
rising.
I love when Venus moves throughmy first house, literally in
2023, when Venus was retrogradein Leo, like relationship wise,
that was crazy, so crazy for meand so, but like even more than

(30:11):
that.
You know venus is morals,values, relationships,
aesthetics, and so, again, look,looking and knowing where leo
is in your house.
We've been doing this leo workfor a little while, especially
as I'm recording this now.
Um, on, you know, in july thiswill be like a full month of us
being in this leo energy, withthe sun and leo, and then you
know, things moving into leo.
So, venus and le, again, it'screative, expressive, looking at

(30:35):
our relationships.
Where are you expressingyourself?
Where are you coming from theheart?
Moving through the Venussequence in the gene keys could
be helpful for this too.
Right, because we're undoing,we're coming back, we're
understanding our patterning andbeing heart led and opening
ourselves up to ourrelationships.
So that could be sort of thethemes that are coming up.
When Venus moves through Leo Onthe 25th also, mercury moves

(30:58):
out of its shadow phase.
So all the themes you know willhave had that time to kind of
reflect, revise, revisit allthat stuff and Mercury will be
getting some forward motion.
And you know, actually I don'teven see.
Maybe it was last month whenMercury and the sun were
conjunct, because I don't evensee it on here.
Actually, let me take a peekand see when we're having our

(31:19):
Kazemi, our sun.
Okay, so it was July 31st, so Italked about that last month,
but July 1st.
So, but since this is coming outon July 24th, just notice, july
31st is our sun, mercury Kazemi, which is a part of the Mercury
retrograde cycle, and this is atime where we might be getting
a little bit more clarity.
And on the 27th we have Venusopposite Pluto in Aquarius, and

(31:48):
so anytime Pluto and Venus arein a hard conjunction, or a hard
aspect like this.
It just brings up intensity.
It's like obsessive love, it'slike passionate, it's intense,
it's like where are we trying tocontrol the situation?
And so just like kind of beingaware that that may be something
that's coming up during thattime, but those are like the
biggest things that arehappening in August.

(32:10):
I don't think I've missedanything, but yeah, it's gonna
be big.
You know, july, especially rightnow as I'm recording this July
is so big, there's so muchenergy, there's so much going on
.
So, you know, even with likeall the manifestation work, I
think the most important thingis to regulate your nervous

(32:31):
system, because we can't do thework from a dysregulated nervous
system.
We can't do the work if we'renot feeling safe.
Once you do the work, thenreally getting clarity, bringing
in the emotion, like havingthat higher vision, like
bringing that in consistentlythrough your day, and then you
know the reprogramming and allthose things, but like doing the
nervous system work is so, sopowerful.
So, especially if anything'scoming up with this new moon or

(32:55):
as we navigate more into August,continuing to come inside and
do that work, and that's againwhere that discipline comes in.
So, meditation, like I said, Ilike in the past I was never
really consistent with it.
I would do it here and there,but then I'd get to the end of
the night and be like I'm tired,I want to go to bed or I'd fall
asleep doing it, and so likeconsistently doing it.
Now, like I have noticed howregulated I feel, which is kind

(33:16):
of wild because I'm usually likepretty intense and pretty
emotional, with an emotionalauthority and like so much in
there.
But I'm like I'm good, like Ifeel really really good, just
like emotionally, um it, even inpoints where I feel frustrated,
it's like I have more awarenessof why I'm feeling frustrated
and it's so much faster for meto course correct and come back

(33:36):
so it really is paying off.
But yeah, so that's thetransits, that's the new moon,
that's everything that's goingon right now.
