This week on The Roe Show, I sit down with Coach Lain and discuss the psychology of coaching. Many different professionals throw around conflicting opinions and Coach Lain gives us his opinion about the industry standards and how to improve them. We also discuss how online material and information from credible sources still has 'holes' in their application and ways coaches can think about available sources that offers a direct benefit to athletes. Coach Lain's motto is: "To help athletes build confidence through resources focused on performance, technique and understanding."

Coach Lain is a tumbling and performance coach specializing in tumbling technique, overcoming performance anxieties, and helping athletes better understand themselves and their performance-related fears. He is also an entrepreneur, writer and fear psychology enthusiast, on a mission to help athletes gain the confidence to outperform your greatest fears! We hope this episode encourages coaches to think critically about the resources they find. Reading is one thing, but applying is another.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
