Ryan Leaf was the # 2 overall pick of the San Diego Chargers in 1988, behind # 1 pick Peyton Manning. An All American Quarterback at Washington State University. Ryan is currently working as a color analyst with ESPN's College Football.

He travels the country speaking to college athletic programs and others, telling his story of a successful ongoing recovery from prescription drug addiction. And spreading needed hope and encouragement to those fighting this very serious problem in America. Ryan and I have gotten to know each other over the last few years. In this sit-down interview we discussed his ongoing recovery, some of the opportunities that have come his way through his new position with ESPN.
