Sarah questioned the definition of success after feeling unfulfilled in their career and life and  reflected on what she would have done if she were on their deathbed, leading to a realization of what truly matters to them. Sarah left a high-paying job with benefits and pension due to burnout and lack of fulfillment with no plan or idea of what to do next, despite having thrown their boss for a loop with their resignation.

Entrepreneurship, starts with a simple decision to trust yourself. Sarah emphasizes the importance of being willing to learn from mistakes and errors in entrepreneurship.
