Tania Jane Moraes-Vaz is the founder of ElixSeer Media Co.— a full-service creative
brandhouse, a multi-best-selling author, and host of the ElixSEER Radio - A Podcast For
Creatives, Storytellers, and Healers. A fractional Creative Director for multi 6 & 7 figure brands and entrepreneurs, she is lovingly called the "Word Magician," and "Voice Alchemist" for her creative direction and way with multimedia, words, imagery. 

Before entrepreneurship, Tania worked in corporate hedge funds, fin-tech, and marketing. Over the years, she has worked with notable brands to create compelling content that converts, mentored over 400 authors and counting, grown 2 startups from 16 authors to over 100 within 2 years, and been featured on local radio stations and multiple podcasts, and as a keynote speaker at conferences alongside speakers such as Stu McLaren. 

She enjoys unwinding with naps, tea, nature, books, or her children, or mapping her next creative venture. Her mission: No voice left unexpressed.
