I don’t know about you, but when I’m consistent about getting regular exercise in, I feel amazing! So it begs the question….WHY have I struggled sticking to a consistent exercise routine for literal YEARS??
If you are in the same boat as me and have had a hard time sticking to a consistent workout routine, I want to share what I’ve learned. I have a few tips that have helped me to finally build a movement routine that actually sticks!
