If you ever feel a little lost or overwhelmed in the kitchen, there might be some simple habits that are missing. Getting nutrients into our bodies is important, so being in the kitchen isn’t something we can really skip out on. However, we CAN make some simple changes in our habits to help us feel more in control in the kitchen so our meal planning routine flows better, the fridge never gets stinky, and we don’t get overwhelmed with dishes.
