Star Wars: The Last Jedi (2017), directed by Rian Johnson, follows Rey (Daisy Ridley) as she seeks Jedi training from the reclusive Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) while the Resistance, led by General Leia Organa (Carrie Fisher), struggles to escape the relentless pursuit of the First Order. Meanwhile, Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) faces his own internal conflicts, torn between the dark side and his past. The film also stars John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, and Kelly Marie Tran.
