Speaker 1 (00:44):
Broadcasting from
Orange County, california.

marcus.
Speaker 2 (00:53):
Hey everybody.
Speaker 1 (00:55):
Welcome back to the
real talk with jam podcast yes,
back to real talk with jam.
Speaker 2 (01:00):
So you guys
previously know knew us as rtwj.
If you haven't figured it outby now, right, rtwj, real Talk
with Jam Podcast.
So going back to our rootsagain, like we were, I got to
start something.
Speaker 1 (01:12):
Come on, jesus Christ
.
Yeah, but for lack of a bettername on Instagram, of course,
rtwj Podcast is kind of aquicker, easier way to find us
and just maintain a clear, concise, simple username as well
as location, right, Because youknow, yes, we are the
RealStockWithJam podcast.
(01:33):
But you know, in many ways wecan use RTWJ and we're going to
continue to use thatabbreviation wherever we see fit
, just because it's easier tosay and kind of save some space,
right, Absolutely so welcomeback.
I know it's been a long time.
Last episode, we see fit, justbecause it's easier to say and
kind of save some space, right,Absolutely so welcome back.
I know it's been a long time.
Last episode we talked about, you know, the crazy amount of
things that have happened herein Los Angeles, Southern
California, because we are inOrange County, specifically down
(01:56):
here in South Orange County, and we're pretty close to
everything that's happening.
So we've seen a lot of changesand we weren't sure where we
were going to go as we gaugedthose changes.
But here we are.
As expected, things just gotcrazier.
Speaker 2 (02:11):
So I'm going to start
with a little bit of story time
.
I know it's going to soundbizarre because it's going to
start with there was a bar, butit's going to make sense.
Okay, give me a minute, john.
Don't yell at me yet You've gotto be a good storyteller, so go
for it.
So there is a bar or a bar thatI go to, a gay bar in LA, that
a couple of weeks ago and I'vegone to this bar for a couple of
(02:33):
years now all kinds of storiesthat's for another show.
But they had posted someinformation about possibly
having to close down due to acouple of factors.
You know, covid of course hurta lot of businesses.
A lot of many businesses didn'trecover from COVID.
They were also in the middle ofthe curfew zone for the
(02:54):
protests that were going on whenwe last left, you guys.
So a couple of things right.
So this bar was at risk ofclosing oh there's our studio
cat is at risk of closing.
Oh there's our studio cat.
But after this announcement, word spread and one of the news
outlets here in LA actuallypicked it up and picked up the
story and did a post of theirown kind of saying basically
(03:16):
what was going on.
And I just had to for the sakeof it, because things are so
crazy nowadays.
I had to see the comments.
I wanted to.
You're bold.
I was like, let's see howterrible these comments are.
And there was one in particular, very short and sweet, but I
think is kind of the reason whyI want to tell the story is kind
(03:38):
of to open up our conversationtoday with this.
This comment was very simpleand it just said three words.
Today with this, this commentwas very simple and it just said
three words.
It said America is healing andhad little prayer hands and
angel wings, a couple of thosedumb emojis and whatnot.
But when I saw that I actuallywrote it down and this was again
(03:59):
a couple of weeks ago.
I put it in my notes for ourshow.
I feel like I really and Ithink a lot of our conversation
is going to go around that andthat perception that is out
there by the extreme faralt-right, that we are in some
kind of healing or let's use thewords healing or cleansing
(04:20):
phase.
With what's been going on thesepast few months, especially the
summer.
This summer has been absolutelyjust beyond belief, some of the
things we've seen.
I mean and I'll just throw acouple more things out there,
john, before I give you yourturn we just today, for example,
the Obergefell Supreme Courtruling, which is what requires
(04:43):
even states that don't performgay marriages to at least
recognize same-sex marriages.
That is now officially, as oftoday, being challenged.
The tariffs against China, onceagain today, after they've
changed, they've gone from, Idon't know, 5,000% to 5% to 10%
to this percent and that percentare suspended for 90 days.
(05:03):
10% to this percent and thatpercent are suspended for 90
days effective today, just today, as we're coming back to you.
Let's not even get through thepast two months, right, it's
been just about exactly twomonths since we talked to you
guys Just today.
Several developments, theNational Guard being deployed in
Washington DC, all of thatgoing on.
And again, I just thought thatthat comment really resonated
(05:27):
with me and kind of expresseswhat this side sees as America
is healing.
So wanted to start off ourepisode just by throwing that
out and, I guess, dissectingthat as we just process what has
been going on.
But that really, that reallystuck out to me, like I had to
write it down and whenever wewere going to record again I had
to bring that.
So that's where I'm at, juststarting to process that first
(05:49):
and that perspective oneverything that we're dealing
with I, I don't even order, I, I, I don't know, I, I remember
weeks ago.
Speaker 1 (06:00):
Well, now it's been
months.
Actually it's been six plushorrible months of this uh
dictatorship, which I'm going tocontinue to say that, and I'm
going to keep saying it.
This is fascism In all itssense.
This is fascism.
The things that happened today, which we'll get into later on,
explains why I say these things, and I was told a while ago that
(06:23):
I was too vocal, too passionateabout the things I was saying,
and, out of respect, I took itdown a notch, so to speak, to
try to speak with more clarity.
That's what I was told, but Irealized that I was speaking
with clarity.
It's just certain people don'tunderstand the impacts and
(06:45):
implications that it has onpeople like myself.
And here's the problem, thoughit's not just me anymore, it's
not just Marcus, it's not justminorities, it's not just
individuals with disabilities,it's not just seniors, it's not
just veterans, it's not justthose who are on Social Security
(07:08):
, it's not those who rely onMedicaid, it's not those that
rely on food banks, it's notindividuals who are experiencing
homelessness, it's not evenwomen, it's everybody.
Absolutely right, and I just amcompletely shocked that in my
(07:31):
lifetime, we had to see thishappen.
As a millennial, we've beenthrough so many crises, right,
marcus?
Let's talk about it therecession 9-11, housing market,
a horrible job market, when wewere supposed to be graduating
college, we were guaranteed toget a great job that took care
of our families.
Millennials are known to be thegeneration that entered the
(07:53):
worst job market in modern UShistory.
Speaker 2 (07:57):
Absolutely.
We're growing up in that creditrush, remember from the 2000s
and then, right as we'regraduating, from the 2000s and
then, right as we're graduating, everything crashes.
Speaker 1 (08:09):
I thought we were
that generation, right, and,
mind you, the sad thing is thatwe're kind of used to things
like this, right, but this is somuch different and and the fact
that people and this is whatpisses me the fuck off, excuse
me is that before people whovoted for this fucker said, they
said, oh wait, just give itsome time, right, just give it
(08:31):
some time it.
This is what happens.
And now all of them are fuckingquiet.
Not a single one of them hassaid anything yet.
They were vocal when bidentried to give study loan
forgiveness that benefits themajority of people.
They were vocal about manyother things and made their
(08:54):
stance, but now they're quietbecause it's not working,
because they realized it isn'tworking.
It's not working groceries areat an all-time high.
What happened to?
Groceries are at an all-timehigh.
What happened to that?
Cost of living is at anall-time high.
What happened to that?
Ivf were promised right Whoops, let's step back.
(09:16):
What happened to all thesethings?
Where are these things movingforward?
Can you guess the percent rightnow?
Oh, I think it's a littlehigher now.
Speaker 2 (09:33):
How far are we along
in reaching 100?
Entirety of project 2025?
Oh, I think.
Well, I don't have a currentfigure, but even just over the
summer weren't we at liketwo-thirds or something?
Speaker 1 (09:39):
we're about halfway.
Speaker 2 (09:40):
Oh, halfway okay, 47
maybe I was thinking when we
were a third.
I think I remember when wereached a third 47%.
Speaker 1 (09:46):
Yes 47%, 47%.
We have had just so many thingshappen like today right.
Speaker 2 (10:01):
Just today is what I
listed.
Speaker 1 (10:02):
yes, Today is August
11th, 2025.
Today, we talked about how theSupreme Court is going to rehear
the possibility of an overturnof, of course, you know, know
same-sex marriage here in the us.
Speaker 2 (10:22):
But you know what
round of applause, ladies and
gentlemen, we made it 10 yearsthis is what we're what we're
doing right now and what thatwould mean if it gets overturned
is basically, if the state doesnot perform or recognize them
themselves, they don't have torecognize from other states.
So right now let's say, right, california performs them, and
(10:43):
then you're in a state that doesnot perform them, still by
federal court ruling it has tobe recognized that you're
legally married.
You'll only be legally married, recognized in those states that
actually allow it.
So you go to the South, you goto some places over in that part
of the country.
Your marriage is null and void,it doesn't exist in their eyes,
(11:05):
if this actually happens.
So that's what the problem iswith that specific ruling
getting overturned.
Speaker 1 (11:13):
One thing that
bothers me is Marcus had
mentioned right, we are healingand this concept, this freaking
idea that somehow their cultureor white culture is disappearing
, or whatever the case is.
I'm going to make this clear, loud and clear the US has no
culture.
If we gathered all the whitepeople in the US and put them
(11:35):
together, there is no culture.
They take culture fromeverywhere else.
Their culture is taking fromother cultures.
If you truly want to go backand be and cleanse America and
heal, then get rid of everything.
Don't watch the NBA, don'twatch NFL, don't watch the World
Cup, don't watch the Olympics, don't go to Mexican restaurants,
(11:56):
don't go to Italian restaurants.
Speaker 2 (11:58):
Nothing.
Speaker 1 (11:59):
Don't go to mexican
restaurants, don't go to italian
restaurants, nothing.
Don't go nowhere.
Don't do that.
Don't live in cities likerancho, santa margarita, don't
live in cities like san juancapistrano, don't live in cities
like san clemente.
The fact that this is just like.
I don't get it like.
(12:19):
If you really want to emphasizeyour culture, emphasize your
culture, show us your culture, but don't take from anyone
else's.
Don't come out here saying, oh,we don't want it like this, but
yet every single mexican foodplace is packed to the brim.
Speaker 2 (12:33):
Absolutely right,
people wear mega hats to Mexican
restaurants.
Speaker 1 (12:40):
Yes, they do, people
wear.
Maga hats to theseestablishments, knowing that
this visual representation ofMAGA isn't oh, my president, no,
that's a cult, that's bigotry,that's hatred that's bigotry,
(13:01):
that's hatred, and you were with.
Speaker 2 (13:01):
Two are facing a
community that's been hurting
and been targeted and is in painright now because of everything
that's been happening yourepresent throw it in their face
.
Speaker 1 (13:08):
I don't get how a
felon who's married to an
immigrant is telling me thatimmigrants are a problem to this
country.
Explain that to me, and I don'tcare all the arguments I get.
He is a felon.
He is a felon according to thelaw.
Speaker 2 (13:23):
He is a felon.
Well, once epstein uh came up,oh he got real mad, real quick.
Right, he got real upset youknow what?
Speaker 1 (13:31):
to all those people
that voted for him speak up,
come on, here's your chanceright now.
What about that?
What about the epstein files?
Speaker 2 (13:37):
you're gonna deny
that too, I mean he couldn't
even, he couldn't speak to it,he couldn't even trump was what
remember?
Speaker 1 (13:42):
you all said that
trump was going to release the
files because he was going tostand up for us.
He doesn't care about you.
Speaker 2 (13:50):
He doesn't care about
me.
Speaker 1 (13:53):
He's a billionaire.
He gives a rat's ass about anyof us he has.
His interests are taken care of.
He can care less.
That's the problem.
He doesn't work for everybody.
He works for a select few andwe just can't see that I mean
how many like let's.
Speaker 2 (14:12):
I mean just branching
out, how many businesses, for
example, out there right nowwith these tariffs?
I here, I go again with theeconomics, but you know what the
economics affect us and, likeyou were saying, john, how
everybody is affected somehow.
How many businesses, how manygovernment agencies right now,
how many just organizations ingeneral, budgeting, planning,
trying to deliver their service, whatever they're doing, they
(14:33):
don't even know how to do thatbecause these tariffs change
every day and there's no way toplan for things, there's no way
to anticipate anything.
You don't know how much thingsare going to cost.
I was just seeing today anarticle I was reading on the
computer Arizona tea, thatfamous 99-cent can of just sugar
juice that you buy when youwant to save a couple of dollars
(14:56):
.
You buy when you want to save acouple of dollars.
They're finally saying, okay,we've held that price for 99
cents forever.
With this aluminum tariff fromCanada, you know, because a lot
of so, whether it's soda orother products, if you liked,
canned beverages, some of thataluminum comes from Canada.
It's not all coming from here.
Now, with the tariff onaluminum from Canada, it's like,
well, we're going to have topass on the cost of the consumer
(15:19):
.
How is that going to help lowerprices?
I don't get it.
And again, we were talkingabout this before we took our
break.
Domestic production doesn'tjust start the next day.
Okay, tariff, we're going toget rid of this product from
these other countries.
We're going to produce it heretomorrow.
It does not work that way.
(15:40):
It takes time.
It takes a long time tobackfill that if the country as
us, if we even, can fullybackfill it.
So it doesn't exactly work likeit's supposed to.
It's like tomorrow, all thesejobs are supposed to just show
up because we have these tariffs.
It does not work that way.
It does not work that way showup because we have these tariffs
, it does not work that way.
Speaker 1 (16:01):
It does not work that
way.
So the best part of the US andI guess the best part of the
United States has always beenthat's multiculturalism, and
I've always I've always stood bythis.
It's the fact that we have manydifferent backgrounds and
cultures that make this place sodiverse and unique.
I'm so grateful that I grew upand live in the most diverse
place in this country, and thoseare true foundations of what
(16:23):
the US is about.
People say they're patriotsright, and I'm like patriot.
A patriot stands for itscountry and the best for
everybody, not for one person.
We don't stand for one person.
That's a dictator, right?
You know, when obama becamepresident, biden became
(16:43):
president, I didn't remember.
I didn't have no hat, shirt, stickers, flags, nothing,
nothing, because that isn't uh,that isn't.
That is a person that I votedelected to represent me in
government.
That isn't a cult leader.
Let's go further.
That's why I voted for it.
They should be running thegovernment.
Speaker 2 (17:05):
George Bush.
I don't remember any shirts orhats for George Bush, w Bush.
Oh, I want to go further back.
Yeah, let's go to George W Bush.
Was there some big movementthat happened?
I don't recall that, not onebit.
That.
I don't recall that, not onebit.
I don't recall this happeningwhen the previous Republican
president was around.
Not at all.
Speaker 1 (17:26):
I Excuse me, I'm just
trying to like think of my
thoughts, right, Because, forexample today, like OK, here's
another thing that really got meoff guard.
So, for example, right now, youknow MAGA is trying to recruit
ICE bounty hunters.
(17:47):
We're not going to call themlaw enforcement, they're trying
to recruit them for ICE, whichis eventually in.
Speaker 2 (17:55):
Because ICE, by the
way, is worn out.
Speaker 1 (17:57):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (17:57):
They are being run to
the ground by this guy and what
the bill said.
Speaker 1 (18:01):
They're supposed to
hire over 10,000 people.
Right, making it the largestfederal law enforcement in the
country, which is crazy.
Right, because if you've seenrecruitment lately, the saddest,
craziest thing is that studentloan debt is not a weapon that
MAGA is going to use.
Why do do you say that?
Because, according toRecruitment Poster, they're
(18:22):
offering a $50,000 signing bonusand $60,000 of student loan
repayment.
Wait, they couldn't do that,though.
Remember Marcus, they couldn'tdo that.
Remember, there was a big issueabout not helping people pay
back their student loans.
But if you today, and myselftoday sign up to be these bounty
(18:44):
hunters Home free, we are homefree.
We get $110,000 between thesigning bonus and student loan
repayment.
The money was there.
The money has been there.
Yes, the money will be there, but they don't care.
The money was there, the moneyhas been there.
Yes, the money will be there, but they don't care.
Speaker 2 (19:00):
So remember, remember
we've talked about before and
this is something, a theme thatcomes up.
You check the box, so in thiscase, you work for him.
You achieve his agenda withimmigration enforcement.
Speaker 1 (19:10):
You check the box.
Remember they said that it wasunconstitutional to forgive
loans.
Speaker 2 (19:16):
Because you weren't
checking his box.
When you check his box, you'refine.
You didn't check his box, butwait we don't have any money.
Speaker 1 (19:21):
We're in a major
crisis.
That's why we had iran mustcome to take care of us and look
at our government and howeffective and how efficient it
was, and we were wasting likecrazy and now those two
literally hate each other.
It's great, it is, it is sowait, so there's money for this
there is, it's.
Speaker 2 (19:41):
It's all, in the end,
about the social agenda that,
again, america is healing.
That's a social comment, that'snot related to economics,
that's related to social issuesand that the fact that president
trump is now going and and justmaking that, that dream, like
you said, project 2025.
Project 2025 has a lot ofsocial elements in it and that's
(20:02):
what he's achieving.
The economics aren't adding up,that's for sure, but the social
elements are.
That's what we're seeing.
Speaker 1 (20:10):
We are in a huge and
never-ending crisis of
anti-intellectualism and I'veand I just like I look at things
and I really cannot believethat this is where we're at.
For example, today we weretalking about earlier, trump
decided that the National Guardwas going to be deployed in
(20:31):
Washington DC, as well as hisgood old idiot Attorney General
was going to go ahead and takeover the dc police, right?
So you know, washington dc is areally unique situation, right,
because you know the way it'sdetermined.
There's a law that allows us fortemporary in in a legal
(20:53):
standpoint and in the way let'ssee if it's true or not.
Yes, he has the right to do so.
Speaker 2 (20:57):
I think he's supposed
to get what 48 hours initial of
whatever he wants, but it'svery particular, it has to be a
case of extreme emergency to dothings.
Speaker 1 (21:07):
You know what?
Well, he stretches that yeahthat's what he does you know
what qualifies for that january6th, which he did not do, which
he did not do, he said hecouldn't because he said he
couldn't right that was not anextreme event.
Speaker 2 (21:22):
he said he couldn't
Right that was not an extreme
event.
He said he couldn't there.
Speaker 1 (21:25):
but this the.
Speaker 2 (21:25):
Capitol was being
attacked.
Speaker 1 (21:27):
Yeah, but right now,
according to the head of the DC
police saying that crime is atan all-time 30-year low in the
DC metro area.
Statistics, science, educationprove that this is a trend.
Speaker 2 (21:41):
No no.
Speaker 1 (21:43):
You see that?
Yes, you see the amount ofhypocrisy and the amount of
nonsense.
The party that stands forfreedoms from government, but
yet every single thing they do.
Speaker 2 (21:55):
Wait, they do because
I was going to say everything
they seem to be doing is that'swhat they said okay they said
they were going to relieve usfrom the grips of government.
I feel like we're being grippedmore than ever Because they
wanted a small government, butnow this government is bigger
than ever.
Speaker 1 (22:09):
We have a force
that's supposed to be called law
enforcement.
That's the biggest agency inthe country.
That's supposed to happen whenwe are using US troops military
to attack its own citizens herein domestic territory.
When we're deploying theNational Guard against US
citizens, when we are tellingpeople what and who they can't
(22:30):
love, when we tell schools thatthey have to put 10 commandments
, when we're supposed to have aseparation of church and state,
but yet we can't put everysingle religion.
We can only put the one theytell us to put, yep.
Where's the freedom?
We have reached that point, marcus, and I was afraid that I
(22:55):
would have to say this one day.
But we're there, yes, and thepeople that say that we're not?
We're there.
He wanted this and he got whathe wanted.
The fact that this has happenedin less than one year means
that we are utterly extremelyfucked for the next three.
Speaker 2 (23:16):
It's here.
It's here.
It's been only a few months.
We are under fascism.
Speaker 1 (23:20):
Yeah, america has
fallen.
The foundations that held ustogether have crippled, and I
don't know how else to say itPeople's 401ks.
Right now, people are like, hey, let's stop, because we don't
know where the money is going togo.
People are stopping tocontribute to 401k plans.
(23:40):
Sure Well, things crash.
We don't know.
We are in a position.
We have no idea what it's goingto look like.
We used to be able to predictthese things.
Economists were able to predictthe movement of our economy.
Speaker 2 (23:51):
That's what I'm
saying.
Speaker 1 (23:52):
Businesses have no
idea how to operate, but we have
no clue.
Speaker 2 (23:55):
No, they have no clue
.
Speaker 1 (23:57):
Even sectors that I
work with have no clue.
All they keep saying which isfrightening is we gotta prepare
for the worst, because we don'tknow what's gonna happen can
anyone explain to me out therethis whole thing too and this?
Speaker 2 (24:11):
I just came back from
vegas.
You guys know me what thisattack is on international
tourism, because I don't get it.
So okay, immigration, you okayimmigration.
You want to make your argumentsoh, we need ICE, we need this,
we need that.
Then let me ask you about thatside of it why are we attacking
international tourism?
Nevada, california, otherstates that have a lot of
(24:36):
tourist destinations right now?
I mean, look at California, wehave Disneyland, we have LA, we
have San Diego, the Bay Area, where people from around the
world come to visit who rightnow aren't too sure they should
even be coming because they'renot sure what's going to happen
to them when they show up.
Tourism is down and there arejobs and industries and
businesses that rely on that.
Orange County, our beaches, right here, locally, we rely on
(25:00):
tourism.
Speaker 1 (25:01):
This is one of the
highest tourism counties in the
state.
Yes, a lot of our money comesfrom that.
Speaker 2 (25:06):
Why is international
tourism under attack?
Why is he coming after peoplewith extra fees and requirements
?
Oh, we're not going to issuethese types of tourist visas.
Why would we not want peopleand this is where I'm getting to
your point of how you're sayingthe control he's exercising the
fascism?
Why would we not want to bringin international dollars to our
economy which we rely on Himhimself owning hotels and
(25:31):
tourist destinations?
I was puzzled by that he doesn'teven know what day it is at
this point.
I was looking at his hotel whenI was there on the strip and
I'm like he owns a hotel andhe's, I guess, suffering himself
, but he's not because he hasother things.
Speaker 1 (25:44):
The man who owns a
hotel right is helping the
working class.
That's what he's, that's whathe.
That's what he said.
Yeah, I don't.
Speaker 2 (25:50):
He's helping the
working class and he's doing
like again he's.
This whole tourism thing hurtshim, but he's doing it.
He's in this business that'sbeing hurt.
He has international touristscome to his hotels.
Now they can't come.
I don't even get that part ofit either.
And of course we're hurtingfrom it Job, Uber drivers,
(26:11):
restaurants.
We're just destroying ourselvesand I don't get why.
Speaker 1 (26:17):
What really also is
kind of what's going on.
Is that remember when Trump wasrunning for president?
Kind of what's going on?
Is that remember when trump wasrunning for president?
People, I was old enough toremember when people were saying
that because of biden'sinability to provide checks of
relief to the poor people ofnorth carolina right after a
disaster, the whole issue withfema.
Speaker 2 (26:35):
What happened with
some delays?
Speaker 1 (26:37):
okay, you know, hey,
yeah, when, when the hurricane
there.
Okay, now I'm recalling thehurricane hit there, there was
issues.
Now I'm recalling it.
Yeah, so the hurricane hitthere, there was issues with the
funding and so forth rightRight.
You know, of course, 750 bucksfrom FEMA.
That's kind of how it isstandard.
It's the standard FEMAguidelines.
Two days ago, breaking newsDepartment of Homeland Security
and our what is it?
The DHS Barbie Kristi Noem oh.
Speaker 2 (26:59):
Immigration Barbie,
christy gnome.
Oh, immigration barbie.
Yes, she's in every airport inamerica now delayed.
Speaker 1 (27:03):
I ignored her when I
went on tv to all her
commercials more than a hundredmillion dollars in disaster
relief funds for north carolinaand it's crazy right what
happened to the fact that theyran on helping north carolina
well, you know part of that.
Speaker 2 (27:22):
She has to now
personally approve every request
over $100,000 for anything.
So she probably has an inboxprobably with 5 million items in
it that she's never going tolook at.
But she personally must signoff on every single thing, so
things get delayed just becauseshe has to look at it.
She is again talking aboutcontrol.
She is such a control freak.
(27:44):
She has this a hundred thousanddollars she must sign off on
personally.
So things get delayed and sitgod.
Speaker 1 (27:51):
My head's so messed
up that I've been hearing myself
talk.
I'm like my god, I've messed up, like multiple times.
It's kind of my words haveslurred, it's just this is
overwhelming.
I think it's just a lot toprocess.
I've been watching tiktokbecause people that live in like
bf, alabama and like arkansas, and, you know, mississippi and
(28:13):
kentucky and all these statesright and and I don't know why,
they don't understand theconcept that states like
california, states like like NewYork are the ones that truly
power the money in this country.
These are the states thatproduce GDP.
(28:33):
These are the states thatproduce economic movement.
These are the states that trulyshape the US.
These are the states that trulyshape the US.
All these middle ground statesthat complain about people need
to get their butt off the couch.
That's why this is such a bigdeal for them.
Don't understand it.
They come from those exactstates that are the highest
(28:55):
number of recipients of publicservices in the country.
Yes, the tax taking states.
Yes, why don't we understandthat concept that the tax-taking
, the tax-taking, the tax-takingstates are the ones that are
literally bleeding this countryfrom its resources?
Us on the West Coast are theones that support these states
(29:15):
and keep these states afloat.
Have you been to these?
Speaker 2 (29:19):
states.
I have been to a few.
Speaker 1 (29:21):
They're interesting
states, they look horrible.
Speaker 2 (29:23):
They are very
interesting places.
Crumbling sidewalks, yes,crumbling infrastructure
Sidewalks, they have sidewalks.
Speaker 1 (29:28):
You know what You're
right.
Some parts of Dallas, Texas, they had no sidewalks.
Speaker 2 (29:31):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (29:32):
But it's kind of like
crumbling infrastructure.
Speaker 2 (29:37):
No access to
healthcare Freedom.
Speaker 1 (29:43):
That's freedom, right
there, just just absolute.
Like I was like what america?
This is the us.
It looks like a village fromthe 1800s when the pilgrims came
and colonized this area.
It's just.
I don't.
I don't know where do we losetrack of that I?
I don't even know what to sayanymore.
Speaker 2 (30:00):
That's okay.
Speaker 1 (30:01):
Just the fact that
it's just out of control.
Speaker 2 (30:03):
America is healing.
I'll reiterate America'shealing.
According to some.
Speaker 1 (30:08):
This is the path.
Speaker 2 (30:09):
This is the path to
wellness.
I don't know what wellnessmeans, then.
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (30:17):
The craziest thing is
I wasn't surprised.
That's something people werelike.
Why were you so sad on electionday?
Why were you so upset the dayhe won?
Why did you spend hours crying?
Because, unlike you idiots, Iknew this was going to happen.
Speaker 2 (30:31):
And we were leaving a
time of stability.
Speaker 1 (30:33):
Marcus and I knew the
moment he won, I remember we
were standing in here, we werestanding in this room and we
looked at the TV and when justsweep after sweep after sweep
happened, we turned it off.
Speaker 2 (30:49):
We were recording,
remember, yeah.
Speaker 1 (30:51):
And we had to stop
the episode too.
We couldn't do it.
Speaker 2 (30:53):
We were just okay,
that's it, that's it.
Speaker 1 (30:57):
Because we knew what
it meant.
Here we are and exactly what wethought is what's happening.
You people were so caught up,so caught up on a woman being
president.
(31:17):
The same argument oh, but she's.
You know, she was vicepresident, I had a piece.
Oh, I was able to feel safe athome.
Speaker 2 (31:23):
The thought of oh, a
woman's going to start a nuclear
war, and then, look there hegoes bombing Iran.
Speaker 1 (31:30):
Look, at that.
Speaker 2 (31:31):
Excuse me, at one
point with this whole thing with
Russia, he positioned somesubmarines, some nuclear
submarines, off the coast.
And doesn't he have that video?
Remember that video you wereplaying?
When was that?
When he says he says I'm gonnabomb the shit out of them or
something, what?
like you want to talk about atrigger happy president, this
(31:52):
guy I mean he's threatened toblow up how many people in the
past few months like it's out ofcontrol.
But no, a woman's gonna have, you know, emotional issues.
I've never even seen who arethose.
Who are those guys on TikTok?
I forgot what show they comefrom those two that ask the
Trump supporters questions andthen they just kind of stare at
them.
Who are those guys?
Speaker 1 (32:13):
I don't know, yeah,
but they're great.
Speaker 2 (32:15):
And one of them
interviewed an older lady.
She was like in I don't know, tennessee, one of those places,
and she literally said becauseif we don't vote for, for him,
that you know, if we vote forharris, she's gonna literally
blow up the world like the firstweek of her.
You know administration that'sliterally what this lady said.
Because she would be a woman,an emotional woman, and trigger
(32:36):
happy.
Well, we got an emotional woman.
After all, it's trump.
Speaker 1 (32:41):
So there you go on
that note for all of us here at
the real taco jam podcast, staysafe.
