Starting Over- Reinventing Your Life and Recreating Your Future featuring Mike Banks
A little over 2 years ago, Mike Banks decided to burn everything to the ground. Feeling burnt out, stressed, down and out, he decided to make some changes... massive changes.
Fast forward a couple of years, Mike has taken control of his health, fitness and gained back everything... and more.
From not even owning a bike and having people telling him to get out of the way in the swimming pool, he decided to transform his life by entering into an Iron Man Triathlon.
A one day event consisting of a 2.4-mile (3.9 km) swim, a 112-mile (180.2 km) bicycle ride and a marathon 26.22-mile (42.2 km) run completed in that order, a total of 140.6 miles (226.3 km). It is widely considered one of the most difficult one-day sporting events in the world.
