Setting GOALS, especially in January, is a bit of a cliche.

Nonetheless, it's also a great way to set out your intentions and deliverables for the year. 

If your anything like me, every January, you are inspired to make a change in one (or several) aspects of your life, be it your health, habits, home, career, or relationships.

While the start of a New Year is often synonymous with goal-setting, creating aspirations for your future is critical to your mental health and well-being any time of year.

In fact, the practice of setting goals improves your productivity, satisfaction, and perspective.

Creating a heightened sense of urgency, and I know we could all use a little more 'giddy-up' in our progress (well, at least I know I need it)
