Speaker 6 (00:46):
Hello Patriots,
welcome to the show.
The director of the FBI,christopher Wray, has resigned
in just absolute, abject shame.
Now, a couple of thingshappened, so he resigns and then
(01:12):
immediately, uh, the departmentof justice uh reveals that the
fbi had 26 undercover assets onthe capital grounds on january
6th.
That doesn't sound like a bigdeal, unless this was a question
that had been asked repeatedlyof Christopher Wray that he
(01:34):
refused to answer.
Here is him on Capitol Hillbefore elected officials being
asked this question on CapitolHill, before elected officials
being asked this questionDirector Wray.
Speaker 4 (01:48):
Last year.
You might recall, sir, ourexchange regarding the FBI's
involvement on January 6th andprior.
I'm happy to jog your memory toquote according to the record.
I asked you did you haveconfidential human sources
dressed as Trump supporterspositioned inside the Capitol on
(02:08):
January 6th prior to the doorsbeing opened?
You responded.
I quote again I have to be verycareful of what I say.
To which I said it should be ano.
Can you not tell the Americanpeople?
No, we did not haveconfidential human sources
dressed as Trump supporterspositioned inside the Capitol on
(02:30):
January 6th.
A year has passed.
We sit here again a year later, still do not have a definitive
answer from you or anyone elsein the Biden administration
regarding the FBI presence andparticipation in the months
(02:51):
leading up to the Novemberelection and in the weeks and
days prior to January 6th and onJanuary 6th here in DC, we
can't get a straight answer,although we have a tremendous
amount of evidence harvested andreviewed over the course of the
last year, which you will see.
(03:13):
In September, Stephen D'Artano, formerly in charge of the FBI's
field office in Washington DC,testified to the House Judiciary
Committee that he was aware theFBI informants would attend the
Stop the Steal rally.
Speaker 6 (03:32):
So there is a
mountain of evidence, even
though now that they admitted itAt the time of this video, the
FBI did not admit it.
Nobody was admitting it,although there was testimony
from witnesses, from people, whistleblowers, from inside the
FBI.
Basically, everybody knew this.
However, the FBI did notofficially admit to it.

So January 6th has been justrepresented as some day where
(05:41):
conservatives have goneabsolutely ham and lost their
minds.
We found out later that thatwas not true, but let's listen
to this answer by ChristopherWray after they're being
questioned by RepresentativeHiggins.
Speaker 4 (05:56):
You confirmed that
the FBI had confidential human
sources at the Stop the Stealrally on January 6th here in DC.
Sir, at the Stop the Stealrally on January 6th here in DC.
Speaker 7 (06:05):
Sir, Congressman, as
we've discussed before, I'm not
going to get into where we haveor have not used confidential
human sources, but what I cantell you.
You asked for a definitiveanswer.
Speaker 4 (06:15):
We'll move on.
It's my time.
You said no, you're not goingto answer.
That's cool, we're watching, mrChairman may I answer the?
question.
The moment will come.
This is my time.
Earlier this year, an FBIinformant who is reported to
have quote his quote under oathmarched to the US Capitol with
(06:38):
fellow Proud Boys members onJanuary 6th.
Close quote he said he wascommunicating with his FBI
handler while people wereentering the US Capitol.
Can you confirm that the FBIhad that sort of engagement with
your own agents embedded withinto the crowd on January 6th?
Speaker 7 (07:00):
agents embedded with
into the crowd on January 6th.
If you are asking whether theviolence at the Capitol on
January 6th was part of someoperation orchestrated by FBI
sources and or agents, theanswer is emphatically not.
You're saying no, no, you'resaying no.
Okay.
Not violence orchestrated byFBI sources or agents, are you?
Speaker 4 (07:17):
familiar with you
know what a ghost vehicle is.
Director.
Director of fbi.
Certainly should you know whata ghost bus is a ghost bus.
Speaker 7 (07:27):
Ghost bus I'm not
sure I've used that term before
okay, well, pretty common in inlaw enforcement.
Speaker 4 (07:33):
It's a vehicle that's
that's used for secret purposes
.
It's painted over.
These two buses in the middlehere.
They were the first to arriveat Union Station on January 6th,
0500.
I have all this evidence.
I'm showing you a tip of thisiceberg, mr Chairman.
These two buses are paintedcompletely white Point of order.
Speaker 8 (07:57):
Point of order.
Sure, just run over the time, Iunderstand, but you'll recall
that Ms Jackson Lee's beenallowed to go two minutes before
.
I've been very fair in lettingpeople finish their questioning
throughout my tenure as chairmanand I'll continue to be fair on
that regard.
Speaker 6 (08:11):
I love it Every one
of these hearings.
There's always some littletechnicality that the opposing
side tries to stop thequestioning on.
Speaker 8 (08:24):
I will make a note to
the members if you could stay
as close within your time aspossible.
We have a lot of people thatwant to ask these gentlemen
questions, so with that thegentleman yields.
But your point?
I've been very fair in this, mrIvey, with everybody on this
side of the aisle, just as much.
I don't think I accused you ofbeing unfair.
Mr Chairman, You're making apoint.
Speaker 5 (08:36):
Okay, thank you.
I now recognize Mr Chairman.
You're making a point.
Speaker 8 (08:37):
Okay, thank you.
Uh, I now recognize, nowrecognize.
Speaker 4 (08:42):
May I close this
statement.
Speaker 8 (08:44):
Uh, no, I think.
I think your time is expired.
Speaker 6 (08:47):
So the the ghost bus
thing is essentially the FBI has
undercover buses where they busin people who, uh, protest
right, um, that create protestsapparently and allegedly by this
person.
Now, the footage that we sawfrom January 6th from the media
(09:08):
was completely and utterly justextraordinarily violent from the
side of the Republicans.
Now, the thing to note is isthey didn't release much footage
.
There's about 30 seconds ofincidents and here it is.
This is what the, this is whatthey released.
Speaker 8 (09:35):
Multiple capital
injuries.
Multiple capital injury Fullcapital injury.
Speaker 6 (10:07):
That's what they
released.
So obviously, yes, and I'vebeen consistent on this, yes,
there was people there who weredoing things they were not
supposed to be doing.
There was violence, that thatthere was not supposed to be.
Um, there was not supposed tobe happening.
But there are a lot ofcoincidences with this.
This footage okay, um, a lot ofsuspicious things.
The first really suspiciousthing is that, uh, the democrats
(10:29):
withheld footage.
All the rest of the footagethey withheld.
It wasn't it?
I think it was mike johnson whosnuck the footage out, um,
tucker Carlson who then releasedthe entire story.
And as this story unfolded andwe found out that man, a lot of
these people in jail reallydidn't do anything.
(10:49):
And here's kind of a spoofvideo that was released shortly
after the footage was released.
That, I just think, ishilarious shortly after the
footage was released.
Speaker 9 (11:01):
That I just think is
hilarious.
Good morning, ladies andgentlemen, and welcome to the US
Capitol building.
If you've joined us today forthe insurrection, please make
sure you pick up a promotionalleaflet on the way in, stay
inside the safety cordons at alltimes and if you get lost,
speak to one of our Capitolpolice officers.
Speaker 6 (11:19):
They'll be sure to
point you in the right direction
.
What we found out is theCapitol Police were letting
people in.
They opened the doors, they letthem in, they were friendly
with them, they were talking, they were laughing, they were
joking with some of these people.
Then these people turn aroundand get arrested and they're
still, to this day, sitting in ajail.
(11:40):
Some of them haven't even beencharged.
This is an atrocity of they're100% political prisoners.
Speaker 9 (11:55):
And be sure to set
aside a little time today to
join us for some insurrectionactivities, including our
photography tour, our fancydress competition, and have a go
on our climbing wall, but don'tforget those safety ropes.
And I've now received theresults of our fancy dress
(12:17):
competition.
The winner today is JacobChansley.
That's, mr Jacob Chansley.
If you could report to yournearest Capitol Police officer,
they'll be sure to give you yourprize A guided tour of the
building.
Speaker 6 (12:31):
Jacob Chansley.
He's out now, but he did go toprison.
He did go to federal jail.
He dressed as they called himthe QAnon shaman, with the horn
hat and the painted face and allof that.
What makes all of thisincredibly suspicious is that
Alexandra Pelosi Nancy Pelosi'sdaughter is there filming just
(12:57):
happens to be at the Capitol onJanuary 6th filming a
documentary.
That's very coincidental to me.
Listen to this video of hertalking about the documentary.
Speaker 1 (13:15):
Well, the reason see.
Speaker 6 (13:17):
I think time is going
to remember January 6th.
Speaker 1 (13:21):
Right now, people are
still in the heat of them.
There's two things Media needsstuff to fill.
Speaker 8 (13:26):
I mean if you watch
TV on.
Speaker 6 (13:27):
January 6th.
It's like January 6th 24-7.
Speaker 1 (13:30):
As time goes on, it's
going to be less and as so I
think also people are going tolose their office, their jobs.
Speaker 8 (13:38):
The people that were
there are going to lose their
jobs.
Speaker 1 (13:39):
It's not going to
mean anything if you weren't
even there.
Speaker 2 (13:41):
We need a water break
out.
Speaker 1 (13:46):
No, it's not, Thank
you.
Speaker 6 (13:48):
We need a water break
out.
They're talking about contentfor the news.
Speaker 1 (13:52):
For your time.
Listen, I really I know you'renot the bad guy.
I mean, if there is, I haven'tfound the bad guy.
Yet If there is, I know you'renot the bad guy.
What is the guy?
Speaker 6 (14:02):
like.
I mean, he's like astereotypical bad guy.
Speaker 1 (14:05):
But the thing is why
I asked you the question of like
.
So what was the plan?
If there was an interaction, you were supposed to be in line
marching.
You're in the military, youknow this Right?
No, you were supposed to be inline marching.
Speaker 3 (14:20):
You're in the
military, you know this.
No, you were supposed to have aplan.
Speaker 2 (14:23):
Exactly.
You sit down overnight withyour soldiers, you go over.
All right, you're going to gohere.
You're going to go in by thisside At this time.
We're going to take over this.
Speaker 9 (14:30):
There's none of this.
It's a glorious insurrection.
It's the glorious 21st centuryever.
No guns.
Speaker 3 (14:36):
No land.
Speaker 2 (14:39):
People think he's
still A guy smoking pot.
Speaker 1 (14:41):
I love the guy yeah.
Speaker 6 (14:44):
This is Nancy
Pelosi's daughter talking about
how it's not an insurrection andthey're laughing it up how it's
the worst insurrection inhistory.
But it didn't stop the newsfrom putting on just this huge
display over this nonsense.
It turned out to be nonsense.
Here's Jonathan Capehart justacting on MSNBC.
Speaker 10 (15:09):
I'm going to try to
get through this.
Thank you for what you didthree years ago today.
Speaker 6 (15:19):
Not immediately,
three years later.
Speaker 10 (15:24):
Please tell me your
thoughts on this third
anniversary.
We are still in the midst ofthe same fight that began on
January 6th 2021.
(15:44):
And we have a lot at stake inthis country, and I think that
it deserves every American'sattention.
I'm going to try to get through.
Speaker 6 (15:59):
I'm going to try to
get through.
I'm gonna.
I'm gonna try to get throughthis.
And now they're shutting down.
Here's aoc, talking aboutjanuary 6th, and this this is
the most delusional person likeshe has talk about
overestimating your value.
So her biggest fear is notgetting killed, it's getting
raped I didn't think that I wasjust going to be killed.
Speaker 9 (16:23):
I thought other
things were going to happen to
me as well.
So what sounds like what you're?
Speaker 5 (16:27):
telling me right now
is that you didn't only think
that you were going to die, youthought you were going to be
raped.
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (16:34):
Literally nobody
wants to have sex with you.
Speaker 5 (16:37):
Yeah, I thought I was
have sex with you.
Speaker 9 (16:44):
Yeah, I thought I was
, and that you now understand,
having thought about it isbecause of your experience.
Yeah, yeah, I think so, I thinkso.
Speaker 6 (16:49):
I didn't think
literally thousands of
republicans are going there torape her like that.
That's absolutely absurd.
There, aoc, you're, you're,you're a lunatic.
Another highly suspicious thingis ray epps.
Now, I'm sure you've heardabout ray epps.
(17:09):
Here's the suspicious thingabout ray epps ray epps was like
the number one most wantedperson with january 6th and then
all of a sudden, overnight,he's not.
He's not, he's not All of asudden overnight.
There's people who just werelet in by police, who walked
into the Capitol with thepermission of the police and
(17:32):
were arrested and are stillsitting in a jail cell today.
But here's video of Ray Eppsliterally inciting the crowd to
go into the Capitol.
Speaker 8 (17:41):
As soon as President
Trump is finished speaking, we
are going to the Capitol.
It's that direction.
That's where our true problemslie.
Speaker 2 (17:49):
As soon as President
Trump is done speaking, we are
going to the Capitol.
That's where our problems lie.
Okay, folks, we need your help.
As soon as President Trumpstops speaking, we are going to
the Capitol.
The Capitol is in thatdirection.
Speaker 10 (18:04):
Let people know.
Spread the word.
Speaker 6 (18:12):
We're going to the
Capitol, we have to go into the
Capitol is what he said in someother clips.
We have to go inside of theCapitol.
Going to the Capitol is notenough.
We have to get in there.
We have to get in there, wehave to go in there.
And there has been massivespeculation that Ray Epps was an
FBI informant and that he wasthere.
(18:32):
This has been the consensus, the question, the suspicion, and
the FBI has refused toacknowledge that they've had FBI
informants there.
Now it's important to note thatthose 26 FBI confidential and
their informants they're notactual agents.
Ok, but that's what you woulddo if you wanted to put people
(18:54):
there, and not so that you cango in front of Congress and say
we didn't have anybody there.
There's no FBI agents there, but they had a bunch of people
who get paid to be informants.
There's no FBI agents there, but they had a bunch of people
who get paid to be informants.
Here's a news report on thefact that the FBI director, Ray,
resigns and then the next dayit's released that you know we
had 26 people there.
This is a pretty big piece ofnews to kick off the show today,
(19:15):
Sandra, I'm John Roberts inWashington.
The report reveals that therewere a total of 26 confidential
human sources in the crowd thatday.
Speaker 8 (19:28):
David Spunt is live
from the.
Speaker 3 (19:29):
Justice Department.
He has got the news for us,david, sandra.
Three of those were authorizedand tasked by the FBI to be
there on January 6, 2021.
We're coming up on four yearssince that day of the Capitol
riot.
This IG report specificallyfocuses on the FBI's handling of
confidential human sources or,as we know them, fbi informants.
For years, the outgoing FBIdirector, chris Wray, has been
(19:49):
pressed on reports of undercoveragents.
According to this new report, there were no undercover FBI
agents.
However, there were threeconfidential human sources
tasked by the Bureau to be inthe crowd on January 6th to
specifically watch what thereport states is concerns over
domestic terrorism.
Out of those three Sandra andJohn one entered the Capitol.
(20:10):
Two others entered a restrictedarea.
The report says the FBI did notencourage or authorize any
sources to go into the buildingor a restricted area.
In addition to the threeconfidential human sources, the
FBI told there were 23 that werethere on their own.
Now, they had worked with theFBI in the past on other cases,
but not specifically on theJanuary 6th rally.
(20:33):
Some of them entered arestricted area as well.
And what stands out in thisreport?
John and Sandra, none of theconfidential human sources that
enter the US Capitol or arestricted area were prosecuted
by the DC US Attorney's Office.
Remember, this is an officethat is still arresting nearly
four years later and prosecutingpeople with this case Now, in a
(20:55):
response to the inspectorgeneral, the DC US Attorney's
Office says the followingattorney's office says the
following the DC US attorney'soffice generally has not charged
those individuals whose onlycrime on January 6th 2021, was
to enter the restricted groundssurrounding the Capitol, which
has resulted in the officedeclining to charge hundreds of
individuals, and we have treatedthe confidential human sources
(21:17):
as consistent with this approach.
Outgoing FBI DirectorChristopher Wray, who announced
that he would be stepping downin the next few weeks, yesterday
has been pressed on the FBI'srole on January 6th.
Speaker 6 (21:29):
It's coincidental
that none of the informants were
charged, even though theybehaved in a way that some
people who were charged behaved.
Speaker 3 (21:43):
Here's just one clip
from last year.
Speaker 7 (21:47):
If you are asking
whether the violence at the
Capitol on January 6th was partof some operation orchestrated
by FBI sources and or agents, the answer is emphatically
You're saying no.
No, you're saying not violenceorchestrated by.
Fbi sources or a?
Speaker 3 (22:05):
So you're saying not
violence orchestrated by FBI
sources or a Confidential humansources tasked by the FBI are
not undercover agents.
These are people that belong togroups like, for instance, the
Proud Boys, the Oath Keepers, and then became paid FBI
informants at certain points intime, while still being members
of their groups groups and, ofcourse, john and Sandra.
Others are not part of anygroup and just decided to show
up to the Capitol for whateverreason and still work with the
(22:27):
FBI on the side and provideinformation.
Speaker 6 (22:30):
Coincidentally, three
were assigned and 23 others
just showed up.
Yeah, they just showed up.
It's so interesting.
So here's here is.
I know we're kind of bouncingaround here, but here's Nancy
Pelosi's daughter.
Here's one of the films fromher quote unquote documentary.
Speaker 1 (22:52):
We have got to get
finished and proceed.
If you're out there going tohave to come back USA, usa, usa.
Senator Schumer is at a securelocation and they're locked down
in the Senate.
There has to be some way we canmaintain the sense that people
have that there's some securityor some confidence that
(23:17):
government can function and thatwe can elect the president of
the United States.
Speaker 6 (23:23):
So here's the
situation.
Nancy Pelosi has already comeout and I have the video.
I don't know if we have time toget it, but saying it's her
responsibility, she was supposedto have the National Guard
there.
She decided not to or I don'tknow the complete story with
that and forgive me, but I don'twant to misspeak.
There's something going onwhere Nancy Pelosi had the
authority to call the NationalGuard with the approval of
(23:46):
Donald Trump, who had alreadygiven it, and she had declined
or failed to act one of thosetwo.
There's a video of her sayingthat it's her fault.
Now you have all these peoplewho are being let in by the
police department and NancyPelosi is being followed around
by her daughter who is filming adocumentary, and she's standing
(24:09):
there talking about how she'sgoing to resolve the situation
because a bunch of magas justcame in and are trying to
interrupt democracy.
Speaker 1 (24:20):
Did we go back into
session?
We did go back into session, but now apparently everybody on
the floor is putting on tear gasmasks to prepare for a breach.
I'm trying to get moreinformation.
They're putting on their teargas masks.
Speaker 6 (24:39):
Do you believe this?
All on camera.
All on camera.
They're putting on their teargas masks.
Okay, just so you know.
There's certain securityprotocols and all the
representatives.
They have gas masks.
They're under their chairs, along with other things.
There's escape routes.
They have security.
The capitol police has peoplein suits.
One of them shot ashley babbitt, but they're putting on their
(25:00):
tear gas masks to prepare for abreach or a raid or whatever.
And she's here on camera beingtold this and it's just.
She's fine.
Coincidentally, nancy Pelosi'sfine.
She's not in the chamberputting on her gas mask.
She's in a very secure area, apparently calmly talking to her
daughter.
Speaker 2 (25:23):
We need an area for
the House members.
They're all walking over nowthrough the tunnels.
Bring her out.
Speaker 10 (25:31):
Bring her out here.
Hey, we're coming in.
If you don't bring her out, I'mgoing to call up the effing
Secretary of DOD.
We have some senators who arestill in their hideaways.
They need massive personnel now.
Can you get the MarylandNational Guard to come too?
Speaker 6 (25:50):
That's Chuck Schumer.
He's like I'm going to call theDepartment of Defense.
We have, like, all on camera, coincidentally all being filmed.
Speaker 1 (25:59):
I have something to
say, mr Secretary.
I'm going to call the mayor ofWashington DC right now and see
what she's looking at the camera.
Speaker 6 (26:10):
I'm going to call the
mayor of DC right now.
These two are perfectly fineand safe.
Speaker 1 (26:15):
Other outreach she
has to other police departments,
as Senator Boyer has mentioned.
Get him up, get him up, get himup.
Speaker 2 (26:23):
Get him up, get him
up, get him up, get him up, get
him up, get him up.
Speaker 5 (26:32):
Hi Governor, this is.
Speaker 1 (26:33):
Nancy, governor, I
don't know if you have been
approached about the VirginiaNational Guard.
Mr Hoyer was speaking toGovernor Hogan, but I still
think you probably need the okayof the federal government in
order to come into anotherjurisdiction.
Thank, you.
Speaker 6 (26:54):
Thank you All on
video, them saving the day from
this quote-unquote insurrectionthat her daughter just said is
not an insurrection.
So here is Tucker Carlsoninterviewing a person who is
(27:24):
saying that there's 200 FBIassets there, not 26, 200.
Speaker 7 (27:30):
Say that there were
FBI assets in the crowd, in the
building beforehand andcertainly outside.
What's the scale of this?
You're talking like 10, 20?
No, like 10, 20?
.
Speaker 4 (27:45):
No, Based upon some
very conservative but like hard
investigative effort, evaluationof the numbers from putting
together eyewitnesses and videosand affidavit statement and
(28:06):
whistleblower statements andcourt records that have been
revealed through individualcriminal cases where J6
defendants have been prosecutedand smart attorneys have forced
admissions by the DOJ and theFBI, but those admissions have
(28:28):
been sealed within the parameterof that criminal case by
protective order by the judge.
So I can't share them, but I'veseen them.
I've seen them.
So real, hard, objective andconservative estimates would
would put the number of FBIassets in the crowd outside and
(28:53):
working inside at at well over200, that's representative
higgins 200, even though thisreport before.
Speaker 6 (29:06):
They weren't
admitting anything.
Or they weren't admittinganything uh, they weren't saying
that there were any.
Or they weren't confirming thatthere weren't any uh, they were
just avoiding the question.
You don't say that's not whatyou say.
If you do, you can't say yes.
(29:31):
If there were, if there weren'tany, you would say no.
You would say no.
You can't say if there are, youwould say, oh, I don't know,
but if there was none, you wouldjust say no.
There's no reason not to say no.
But Christopher Wray hasresigned.
(29:55):
Kash Patel will be moving intothat position and we're going to
find out a lot more.
I'm sure there's a papershredding frenzy going on
everywhere in the federalgovernment, but I cannot wait to
see Kash Patel just tear thisto shreds and get to the bottom
of what actually happened.
Donald Trump has already saidon day one he's going to pardon
(30:18):
all of the january sixers.
I believe that he should um,because they have been, no
matter what side of the aislethat you're on.
If you look at how they havebeen treated, they have been
incredibly um mistreated.
They've been held withoutcharges.
They've been held without bailum.
They've been delayed, they'vebeen abused.
(30:39):
It is absolutely just freakingatrocious.
What has happened to theseAmericans, these Americans who
in most cases, in a lot of casesagain, yes, those videos are
real there's people pushing copsand trying to get in the
building.
Eventually, the cops just letthem in right, just let him in
(31:07):
right, but the at this pointthere's no other recourse but to
free them all because, even ifthey were guilty, they've been
just so mistreated and so abusedand so over prosecuted for all
of these fbi agents just to kindof make a name for themselves
under the guise of justice, likethat police officer that's on
MSNBC celebrating you know well, not celebrating mourning.
(31:30):
It's January 6th in Americaagain.
Oh, we have to talk about howbad it is and compare it to
Pearl Harbor and September11thth.
Get out of here.
Just just get out of here.
It's not even close.
Here is um.
Here's a video.
(31:52):
This is the one and only kamalaharris at the january 6th.
Just listen to how absurd thisis.
Speaker 5 (32:02):
Not only a place on
our calendars, but a place in
our collective memory December7th 1941.
September 11th 2001.
And January 6th 2021.
Not only a place on ourcalendar January 6th is 2021.
Speaker 6 (32:23):
Not only a place on
our January 6th is worse than
Pearl Harbor is the same asPearl Harbor, September 11th.
One person died on January 6thand that was Ashley Babbitt.
She was shot by a policeofficer.
There was another policeofficer that died, but like as a
heart attack and not as aresult of that day, but the but
at the time the police were, CNNand the news were reporting
(32:46):
that there were protestersbeating cops to death.
There were cops dead all overthe place.
It was just a massacre is whatCNN was reporting, but it turns
out.
None of that was true, astypical from the mainstream
media or the Democrats.
