Breaking legal news takes center stage as the New York Supreme Court delivers a devastating blow to Attorney General Letitia James by overturning the $500 million fine against Donald Trump. This landmark decision hinges on a crucial finding – there were absolutely no victims in the civil fraud case. Even CNN's legal analysts call it "a stinging rebuke" to James, whose political motivations now face intense scrutiny as special counsel Ed Martin begins circling.

The ruling exposes the fundamental weakness in the prosecution's strategy: the supposed "victims" – sophisticated financial institutions – not only received full repayment with interest but actively profited from their dealings with Trump. These same institutions previously stated they weren't victims and would gladly continue business relationships with the Trump Organization. The implications stretch beyond this single case, questioning the ethics of using the justice system as a political weapon.

Meanwhile, Alina Haba, who passionately defended Trump in court, faces her own legal battle after being appointed US Attorney for New Jersey. An Obama-appointed judge has ruled her appointment unlawful, creating jurisdictional chaos affecting thousands of cases. Her powerful courtroom speech resonates with many Americans concerned about judicial fairness: "I was told to sit down today... what I'm seeing is such a demise of the American judicial system and democracy."

On the West Coast, Governor Gavin Newsom aggressively pushes redistricting plans to counter Republican efforts in Texas, despite California's established independent commission designed to prevent such political manipulations. This power play comes as Democrats face a dire approval crisis – recent polling shows just 33% approval nationwide, with a mere 8% holding "very favorable" views.

As these battles over legal systems and electoral integrity intensify, one thing becomes clear: America stands at a democratic crossroads. Subscribe now to stay informed as these pivotal stories continue to unfold.

So the first topic we are goingto hit is going to be the
Supreme Court, the New YorkState Supreme Court that came
out and ruled that Donald Trumpno longer has to pay that $500

(06:46):
fine, that $500 million fine.
And it appears that LetitiaJames is going to have some
serious problems coming forwardbecause the special attorney, ed
Martin, was seen just outsideof her house asking hey, where

(07:10):
can I find her?
So that's definitely not a goodindication for good old Letitia
.
Let's check this out.
Let's listen to this.

Speaker 6 (07:20):
Is there a back alley ?

Speaker 1 (07:23):
Like the Pratt building.
Do you want me?
To tell you how to access it?
No, no, I was just asking youtell me why you're here.
We're interested in the houses.
You're not interested in thehouses.
We know who lives here.
This is like Second Empire.
It's just a track house.
That's what all of these thingsare.

Speaker 3 (07:43):
I know, but when was it built, do you think?
They were built before 1899.

Speaker 1 (07:48):
Oh, so okay.

Speaker 10 (07:50):
Why are you being so disingenuous about what you're
doing?
You're not here about.

Speaker 3 (07:55):
I love this because this is like houses.

Speaker 10 (07:58):
You're here because of pictures here a scene in a
movie.

Speaker 3 (08:03):
It's like a scene in an old detective movie.
I got my coffee and I'm justpretending to show up to your
house.
Letitia James weaponized thesystem worse than anybody else
to try to get a convictionagainst Donald Trump a civil one
, to which he won but then wasoverturned.
But this is just amazing.
But then was overturned.

(08:23):
But this is just amazing.
Imagine being dumb enough tothink that you would be able to
manipulate the entire legalsystem, weaponize it against the
former president, who'seligible to rerun, and then
think that you're just going toget away with it.
She's got some major problemscoming.
This is the guy who'sinvestigating her.

(08:44):
He's standing outside of herhouse.

Speaker 11 (08:48):
It's my neighborhood , it's my block.

Speaker 10 (08:50):
You guys look like you're official houses.

Speaker 9 (08:53):
I'm just happy to be on a block in a house.

Speaker 8 (08:56):
It's not true, why won't?
You be honest with me.
Nobody is happy.
Why won't you be honest?

Speaker 1 (09:01):
with me about what you're doing.
You are acting suspicious infront of my neighbor's home and
you're not telling me whatyou're doing.
That's not true.
Interesting houses.
It's an important house.

Speaker 2 (09:12):
Thank you, it's nice, just like every other trap
house on this lot that was builtby developers Right, they're
beautiful, beautifulneighborhood.

Speaker 6 (09:19):
Thank you, you guys call this a stoop.
What do you think?
I don't know.
It's a stoop.
We didn't have stoops when Iwas growing up.
Is this a stoop?

Speaker 3 (09:27):
Yeah, I'm from New York.
My whole family's from Brooklyn.
It's a stoop.
That's what it's called a stoop.

Speaker 12 (09:34):
I want to know what you're doing, just checking it
out, you're not.

Speaker 13 (09:39):
Very good.

Speaker 3 (09:44):
I love how they're not even the ones filming it.
It's the other people that arefilming it and there it's like a
comedy team that they sent overthere to look at it.
She's in, she's in a lot oftrouble and I and rightfully so,
I mean absolutely rightfully soshe should be.
She does not deserve topractice law in any state.

(10:04):
She lied, she created laws, sheweaponized the system.
She specifically selected thisJudge Ershon, like there's
clearly some backdoor thingshappening.
This was clearly political, biased, and the justice system
was used to abuse a politicalcandidate.
I mean, I'm sorry, that's justexactly what it is and it's not

(10:27):
just because it's Donald Trump,it's because that is the truth
and that's exactly what'shappening.
So, even CNN, let's listen tothis, let's get this up and
listen to what CNN.
Does CNN agree with the RyanSamuels?
Do they agree with the RyanSamuels show?
Let's find out.

Speaker 14 (10:47):
Well, I'm not, wolf.
I have been skeptical of theattorney general's case for a
long time.
I'm on record saying that thisis a huge win for Donald Trump
any way you cut it, and this isa stinging rebuke to the
attorney general, letitia James.
The finding here it's a verylong, complicated ruling, but
the bottom line is, while thefinding of liability against
Donald Trump can stand, for nowat least, the damages award,

(11:09):
which started at three hundredfifty million dollars with
interest, gets up close to fivehundred million dollars.
That is thrown out, and thecore reason for that ruling,
according to the judges, isessentially that there was not
enough of a showing here thatthere were actual victims and
just there were zero victims.

Speaker 3 (11:29):
I want to say that again, there were no victims in
this civil lawsuit.
This civil case was not broughtapart by any bank or anybody
that the Trump organization didany business with.
It was literally just LetitiaJames making things up and going

(11:56):
after Donald Trump.
That's it.
That's the whole thing.
That's the entire thing.
Period, period.
This woman, I pray to God, getsthe justice that she deserves

(12:18):
and I pray to God that the DOJgoes after her with every play
in the book.

Speaker 14 (12:23):
To refresh people's memories.
This is the civil fraud lawsuitbrought by the attorney general
.
The core allegation is thatDonald Trump habitually
overvalued his own assets whenhe was trying to get bank loans
from banks and other lenders, and essentially the argument
that Donald Trump made belowthat has now had resonance in
the appeals court is you'retalking about very sophisticated

(12:44):
quote-unquote victims.
These are billion-dollar banksthat made the loans, got repaid
on the loans by Donald Trumpwith interest and actually
profited to the tune of millionsof dollars.
So it's not the typical type offraud case where you have
somebody stealing money fromother people or ripping off
unknowing consumers.
So this ruling by the appealscourt is monumental.

(13:05):
It was also very unusual inthat it took them nearly a year
to reach this decision.
As Caitlin Polance just said, the next step is going to be to
go up to the highest court inthe state, the Court of Appeals
in New York State.

Speaker 3 (13:19):
Good, I hope so and I hope all of it gets exposed.
Good, I hope so and I hope allof it gets exposed, because that
was the most shocking thing Ihad ever seen in my entire life.
That whole entire case was afreaking joke.
It was a joke.
It was a mockery of the justicesystem.

(13:44):
It was crystal clear that did.
How are you going to file a suitif there's no victim?
I mean, that's just just riddleme.
That it's just.
It's a simple question.
Even the bank, who is asupposedly the victim, had come
out and said no, we're not thevictim.

(14:06):
Actually, we prefer to dobusiness with Donald Trump.
We really enjoy doing businesswith Donald Trump.
We don't know what you'retalking about.
How on earth can you paydamages to a bank that says

(14:27):
we're not victims of fraud?
We never said we were victimsin fraud.
We would prefer to do businesswith Donald Trump and the Trump
organization again, if we could.
A victimless civil case wherethe defendant has to pay the

(14:50):
state and not the victim a halfa billion dollars.
Explain that one to me.
There is no victim.
The supposed victim doesn't geta half a billion dollars.
Victim.
The supposed victim doesn't geta half a billion dollars.
So she has been referred to theDOJ.

(15:11):
They're actively investigatingher Okay, as they should be, no
matter who the president is.
Joe Biden should have steppedin when she was doing it and,
honestly, that would have lookeda lot better on Joe Biden had
he stepped in and said this is,this is stupid, we're not going
to do this, we're not going togo after a president, especially
for something that's just asridiculous as this.

(15:32):
That's what really should havehappened and, honestly, that
would have got Joe Biden a lotof credit had he done that, had
he stepped up and said we're notdoing this, this is ridiculous.
But of course he didn't, but hewasn't really running the
country at the time.
So this is Letitia James whenshe found out that she was being
referred to the DOJ.

Speaker 10 (15:53):
I'm prepared.
I'm ready.
I've been trained by the best.
I went to Howard Universitythat overturned legal
segregation in this country.
I've been taught in thoseclassrooms where Thurgood
Marshall once taught I'm notafraid of no.
President Donald Trump, we'reready for you, we're coming for

(16:15):
you, we're standing up for you.
We're fighting on, we're notgoing down silent.
Victory, my friends, is now,and I'm not waiting four years,
I'm waiting two, until a speakerby the name of hakeem jeffries
comes to bring us some rest.
Come on, ladies, it's up to us.

(16:37):
We saved this democracy before.
We'll save it now.
Let's go.
My mission.

Speaker 3 (16:55):
Why is she talking like she has the education of a
five-year-old?
Why is she talking like someoppressed, segregated civil
rights leader in 1962.
Well, I don't understand.
Forgive me, I just don't get it.
I mean, letitia James Speaker, hakeem Jeffries, what do you

(17:19):
like?
The Democratic Party is dead.
It's literally on life support.
It is going to be verychallenging for them to recover.
They have one hope and thathope is Gavin Newsom.
Right, he's the logical choice.
I'm forced to talk about thisguy every day and I can't stand

(17:40):
it because I'm just giving himmillions and millions of more
views and is named, listen to bymillions of more people.
By the way, the ratings cameout, we're now in the top 13 of
political podcasts in thecountry Top 13.
Not percent, the actual top 13.
So, thank you everybody.

(18:01):
I appreciate all the support.
Keep it going.
We want to get that number onespot.
If you hit that top 10 mark, typically you can stay there, so
we want to stay there.
Court has overturned thisdecision.

(18:31):
It opens up the DOJ to say well, no, the state of New York even
agreed that this was extreme.
This isn't just us.
We're not doing this forpolitical prosecution.
The state of New York, anindependent body, an independent
appellate judge, came in andsaid that this was clearly not
not just so.
This is truth, social talkingabout this situation.

Speaker 13 (18:55):
Let's listen to this you brand somebody convicted
felon, that could, you know, change the outcome of the
election, that could affect theelection.
The next president, unitedstates, and we'll never get a
federal court to actually ruleon these serious constitutional
issues until long after theelection.
That's, you know, in legalterms that's irreparable harm
and that's why I've said thatyou know, if I were the lawyer

(19:18):
for the Trump team right now,I'd be running the federal court
right now, file suit underSection 1983 and and say you
know, you got to pause thoseproceedings.

Speaker 3 (19:29):
Now, what he's saying is absolutely right, and the
Democrats know this, which iswhy they did it.
They knew it was wrong, theyknew it was BS, they knew they
could get away with it longenough to try to stop Donald
Trump from being president.
Now imagine this this prevented.
This action prevented DonaldTrump from being president.
Now imagine this actionprevented Donald Trump from
being president, which was ascenario that very well may have

(19:50):
happened had they actually hada candidate that was a little
bit more popular.
It probably would have happened, but they know that there's no
consequence to it, and that'sthe problem that these political
figures nobody ever faces anyconsequences.
So they can lie, they can cheat, they can steal, they can do

(20:14):
anything that they want to do,and they're basically
untouchable.
Well, I hope this Department ofJustice changes that.
I hope the Democrats get ataste of their own medicine and
then maybe it will stop it.

Speaker 13 (20:30):
In the state criminal courts and we've got to
give a chance for the federalcourts to review these serious
constitutional objections.
Now it gets harder and harderto do.
You know, once you've got thejury reaching a verdict it gets
harder and harder to claim thata federal court can hear this
case.
You have to overcome certainabstention doctrines and other
doctrines.
But I think there's actuallysome good arguments that in

(20:51):
these extraordinarycircumstances a federal court
should look at this to avoidirreparable harm.
And you know that can actuallybe done fairly quickly.
You move for a TRO, an emergencytemporary restraining order.
Whichever way the judge comesout on that, you could appeal to
the Second Circuit andwhichever way the Second Circuit
comes out on that, that couldgo to the Supreme Court.
That could all happen on a kindof a fast track basis.

(21:13):
I wish we could get a federalcourt to hear this because the
country kind of needs that.
You can't just have this kindof thing resolved by New York
courts deciding the case underNew York law.
They should be looking atconstitutional law.
But so far, as far as Sorry, wegot a comment here.

Speaker 3 (21:30):
Hey, terry, yes, matt from the Dumb Show is awesome.
I'm glad he sent you here.
I'm sure more people willfunnel over over to them.
So, just so everybody's aware, the Don't Unfriend Me show is on
from seven till nine.
I'm on that show quitefrequently.
I was just on.
I went to their studio.

(21:52):
I drove up to there during theDC area.
I drove up there and we did aabout a two and a half hour show
.
It was awesome.
They gave me this sign behindme as a gift to match my my
tattoo.
So great people, great show.
They're on from seven to nine, monday through Friday, and then
I'm on from 9 till 10.
It sounds like they're goingover a little late.
There is a lot of news going on,but, yep, happy to have you
here.
Thank you much for coming and Iappreciate your comment.

(22:14):
Anybody, at any point, if youwant to drop a comment or a
question or a concern, or evenjust make fun of me, I'll make
fun of you right back.
Trust me, it won't go well.
So, all right, let's finishthis up.
Let's listen to this video.

Speaker 13 (22:27):
I can tell Judge Mershon hasn't really been doing
that, and could the SupremeCourt?

Speaker 14 (22:32):
itself.
Make that determination rightaway.
Or you know ordinarily theywould wait to run its way
through New York but they couldjust take and grant cert now.

Speaker 7 (22:45):
Well, it's conceivable, there are certain
emergency doctrines you mighttry to take advantage of, but no
guarantee.

Speaker 13 (22:49):
I'll tell you what, though If another state sued New
York, there's only one court inthe country that has
jurisdiction, exclusivejurisdiction over a suit by one
state against another, and thathappens to be the United States
Supreme Court.
They cannot bring their case ina state court, a federal

(23:12):
district court.
You can only bring that case tothe United States Supreme Court
.
A state attorney general, inprinciple, could bring a case
against the state of New Yorkright now and say this is an
unconstitutional conviction andwe know what you're going to do.
It's very likely you're eithergoing to incarcerate or impose
probation.
That's, you know, very, verylikely, and that's going to
hinder trump from campaigning inour state, and that gives us an

(23:35):
injury and that gives usstanding, and we want to
litigate whether this convictionwas constitutional I hope it
goes to the Supreme Court.

Speaker 3 (23:46):
I know what the ruling is going to be.
It's going to come out inTrump's favor and this is not
political fodder.
This is justice.
I really hope so.
So Letitia James gets this news, I get this news right.

(24:08):
I got sources everywhere.
So I got a little bit of aheads up that this was coming,
probably coming.
A little while ago it didn'tlook very good for Letitia James
.
I went to her Twitterimmediately when the news broke
and this is the first post thatI saw.
Let's look at this.
The first department todayaffirmed the well-supported

(24:31):
finding of the trial courtdonald trump, his company and
two of his children are liablefor fraud.
This this is a gross.
This is a grossmisrepresentation of what
happened.
The court appell the and thethe injunctive relief we won,
limiting Donald Trump and theTrump Organization officers'
ability to do business in NewYork.

(24:53):
It should not be lost tohistory.
Yet another court has ruledthat the president violated the
law and that our case has merit.
This is not—she is grasping atstraws.
She's desperately trying to winover public opinion.
I think she knows there's noway she doesn't know right,
because this is obviouslyintentional.

(25:14):
It's an intentionalmisrepresentation.
It's an intentional abuse ofthe justice system In the state
of New York.
The fact that the governor, kathy Hochul, permitted this
makes her culpable and did notintervene and shut this thing
down makes her culpable in this.
As far as I'm concerned, wewill seek appeal to the Court of
Appeals and continue to protectthe rights and interests of New

(25:37):
Yorkers.
Again, again, this case does notprotect the rights of New
Yorkers.
You're claiming that DonaldTrump over-evaluated his
properties so that he could getloans, that the bank agreed to
the value of the properties andagreed to give them the loan

(25:59):
amount and said that they wouldgive him the loan amount again
and that they would pay it backagain.
There is no victim.
So how, in the hell, byprotecting this, how in the hell
by doing this, are youprotecting New Yorkers?
Please explain it to me,because that's not.

(26:24):
That's not what's working.
That's.
That's clearly not.
That's not what's happening.
So this is I think this is anold video, video of leticia
james saying that it may be anew one.

(26:44):
Let's find out, because it wasjust sent to me not too long ago
.
It was sent to me while I wason the air.
Thank you for sending that.
Let's listen to this.
I think this may be a new video.
Let's find out.

Speaker 8 (26:54):
You also intend to prosecute him after he is out of
office, correct?

Speaker 12 (26:59):
Joy again.
Our investigation currently iscivil in nature.
It is not criminal In the eventthat we uncover any activity or
conduct.
There's an old video.

Speaker 3 (27:09):
In the event that we uncover any activity or conduct.

Speaker 12 (27:11):
There's an old video In the event that we uncover
any conduct?
Oh yes, will you go ahead andsay civil suit?
Yes, our civil suit willcontinue, whether he's president
or not.

Speaker 3 (27:32):
First of all, this looks like the lineup for some
lesbian frigging football team.
I mean, letitia James is heresaying I intend to prosecute him
when he gets out of office, whether he's president or not.
We're going to prosecute him ina civil case.
That's exactly what she'ssaying, precisely what she's
saying.
She's saying that that'sexactly what she is going to do,
regardless of you know, she'sbeing very cautious of what she
says, right, but this just showsthis is we're going to find a

(27:59):
crime to fit the man.
We're going to find somebody.
We're going to find a crimethat we can, that we can go
ahead and attach to him.

Speaker 12 (28:12):
And so after January 20th at 12 o'clock, our
investigation will continue.
Joy.

Speaker 8 (28:18):
There's no way a potential pardon for Trump or
his three eldest kids wouldshield them from anything you're
investigating, Am I right?
That's what you just said Ibelieve Correct.

Speaker 3 (28:29):
Yeah, because it's a civil case and even if it wasn't
, it would be a state case andthe president can only pardon
for federal crimes.

Speaker 12 (28:37):
He cannot pardon himself.
What he could do is step downand allow the vice president
Vice President Pence to pardonhim.
In all likelihood, I suspectthat he will pardon his family
members, his children, hisson-in-law and individuals in
his administration, as well assome of his close associates,
and then, I suspect, at somepoint in time, he will step down

(28:59):
and allow the vice president topardon him.
Now it's important tounderstand he is pardoned from
federal crimes, but he is notpardoned from state crimes.
Last year, I introduced a billin the state legislature which
would close the pardon loop.

Speaker 3 (29:13):
I want you to notice how she's not talking like some
black civil rights leader here, because it's a different
audience, which shows you justhow fake she is.
Now.
Alina Haba who is awesome, bythe way she represented Donald
Trump in this case.
I covered it extensively, thewhole time.

(29:34):
I covered it.
Let's hear what I had to say.
So look at that beard.
I should grow it back out again.
More news coming out of theTrump picks and we have a
possible pick His presssecretary.
So she's going to be defendinghim.

Speaker 4 (29:49):
So this is when they were talking about making her a
press secretary sorry, any truthto it I leave it to the
president and three people thatare on my board of directors,
that's luke, chloe and parker,my children everybody will know
in time all right, now I gottago in a little harder.

Speaker 15 (30:07):
Have there been any?

Speaker 3 (30:10):
Let me find the clip of the video.
So it's.

Speaker 4 (30:14):
But I was told to sit down.
You're a lawyer.

Speaker 3 (30:18):
This is the clip.
I was looking for.
I couldn't find anywhere.

Speaker 16 (30:23):
I think I did eventually find it.

Speaker 3 (30:24):
I'm a libertarian conservative, resonate with all
All right, so that's me coveringit back in the day.
Okay, now Alina Haba is nowmaking headlines again, and not
for this Trump case.
So so an Obama appointed judge,u S district court judge, ruled

(30:50):
that the interim US attorneyfor New Jersey, which is Alina
Haber, has unlawfully held therole since she was put there
July 24th of 2025.
This is another case of justthese federal judges making all
of these rulings not based onlegal precedent, but based on

(31:11):
political affiliation.
Judges are the most corruptpeople in the world, number one,
and I've worked with a lot ofjudges.
I've dealt with a lot of judges.
When I was a police officer, Iwould get warrants from judges
and it was basically a rubberstamp.
If I wanted it, they would giveit to me.
I was never really questionedabout any of it.
That's really not how it worksanymore.

(31:34):
You know your right to besecure in your papers and your
persons is basically null andvoid in this country, which is
one of the main reasons I dothis podcast.
But anyway, these judges areworking political motivations.
They're not working with thelaw anymore.

(31:55):
Those days are over.
So she's the special USattorney for New Jersey.
She's appointed by Donald Trump.
Is she the most experienced?
I don't know.
She's an attorney.
Does that make her qualified tobe a New Jersey attorney?
Now, because the judge doesn'tlike her politics, he's going to
interfere.
Let's listen to the story onthis.

Speaker 9 (32:16):
And that is of Alina Haba.
You know she was nominated forUS attorney in New Jersey.
The 120 days on that ran out.
She ran into roadblocks andshe's tweeting out now that as
acting New Jersey US attorneythat she's not backing down.
You can see President Trump.
Pam Bondi is attorney general.

(32:37):
I am now the acting US attorneyfor a district of New Jersey.
Where do you see this going?

Speaker 3 (32:42):
All right.
So this is what she said onTwitter.
Pam Bondi is the attorneygeneral and I am now the acting
United States attorney for theDistrict of New Jersey.
I don't cower to pressure.
I don't answer to politics.
This is a fight for justice andI'm all in.
And let me tell you, I loveElena Hava, and not just because
she is a smoke show number oneand not because she's Donald

(33:07):
Trump's attorney, because shereally there's a speech I'm
going to show you.
Ok, I'm kind of saving it forlast, but she really believes in
the law and she believes inrepresenting people and doing
what's right, and you knowthat's really hard to find in an
attorney nowadays, believe me.
So let's, let's finish thisvideo.

Speaker 17 (33:27):
Court.
Unfortunately let's finish thisvideo Court, unfortunately.
I mean, look, it's a crazy kindof three-dimensional chess
battle where the president hadher as an interim, appoints her
for the full term position, hasto withdraw that to let her be
the acting, which gives herabout 210 days.
So at the very least in about200 days all hell is going to

(33:48):
break loose.
But the bottom line behind itthat I think is troublesome is

(34:08):
the New Jersey senators areBooker and Kim are using their
blue slip power of some sort ofissue of her skills or her
competence or her level ofprosecutorial aggression.
It seems to be based on thefact that she's willing to
prosecute a New Jerseycongresswoman who was involved
in kind of assaultive behavior, apparently at one of these.
Yeah, onrael, protest.

(34:28):
Yeah, yeah, exactly right andand you know the film doesn't
make it look like a bad faithprosecution, but that seems to
be the focal point for thedemocrats in new jersey and I
think that's a shame that thatshould never be the criteria.

Speaker 3 (34:40):
When you've got a good faith prosecution, that
she's willing to bring so thedemocrats don't like it when
they're being prosecuted forillegal things that they did
like assaulting ICE agents.
But it's perfectly okay forLetitia James to go after Donald

(35:03):
Trump, no matter what that.
That's, that's okay.
Here is an article fromPolitico you should watch.
You should really pay attentionto Politico.
They are a left-wing lunaticorganization, but they do have.

(35:28):
They kind of put all theDemocrats' plans out there.
So this article from PoliticoAlina Haba, unlawfully working
as US attorney in New Jersey, judge rules.
As a result, haba can nowparticipate in prosecutions by
the office.
Now, this is a judge that wasappointed by Barack Obama.

(35:50):
Does that necessarily make hima biased left-wing judge?
No, you know, not everybodyappointed by a Democrat is
completely full of politicalmotivations.
Does it put my antennas up forsome caution?
Yes, I mean 100%.

(36:12):
Yeah, I'm a little.
I'm a little perturbed at that.
It's not like it's a DonaldTrump judge that was appointed.
A federal judge rejectedPresident Donald Trump's use of
a loophole to keep Elena Haba inplace as New Jersey's top
federal prosecutor.
In a 77-page ruling, usDistrict Judge Matthew Brand

(36:32):
said Thursday that Habba is notlawfully holding the office of a
United States attorney and hasbeen in a position without legal
authority since July 1st.
As a result, habba, who hadpreviously worked as Trump's
personal attorney, could not runfor office.
The president attempted to keepher in charge after her 120-day

(36:55):
interim appointment expired.
The Trump administrationemployed a series of maneuvers
to try to retain Haba's controlof the office after district
judges ousted her in July.
Faced with the question ofwhether Ms Haba is lawfully
performing the functions andduties of the Office of the
United States Attorney for theDistrict of New Jersey, I
concluded that she is not.

(37:18):
Brand wrote.
I concluded that she is not, brand wrote.
Brand put his ruling on holdpending the Trump
administration's possible appeal, but the fallout could be a
staggering mess across theexecutive branch.
Brand said Habba's actions inNew Jersey for the past seven

(37:40):
weeks may be declared void.
This is not an accident, because she's holding Democrats
accountable.
So now a Democratic judge isoverturning all of her attempts
to hold people accountable andHabba must be disqualified from
participating in any of theoffice's cases as its leader.
The office handles thousands ofcriminal and civil cases at any

(38:02):
given time.
They're ruling by brand, aRepublican and Obama appointee
who sits in Pennsylvania'smiddle district could also have
wider implications for other USattorneys' offices in Los
Angeles, nevada, new Mexico, upstate, new York, where the
administration has effectivelysidestepped or overridden both

(38:23):
the Senate and confirmation andjudicial.
Blah, blah, blah, blah blah.
Everything Trump does is badand illegal.
Everybody that supports him isillegal.
I love how they threwRepublican in there.
You think Barack Obama was outthere appointing Republican
federal judges to benches tomake sure that you know his

(38:45):
Barack Obama's Obamacare didn'tgo through.
Is that what we thought?
Is that so this guy's a?
Is he a rhino?
Is he Republican in name only?
Is that what it is, or is he anactual Republican?
That's what I'm curious about,because I don't see Barack Obama

(39:09):
appointing an actual Republicanto stop his own policies.
So here's the video of ElenaHaba during the trial and the
civil case, and the odds wereclearly stacked against trump.

(39:31):
It was.
It was a setup.
It was a freaking scam.
Elena haba is trying very hardto defend her client, which
happens to be donald trump, andshe came out and unloaded on the
press.
Let's listen to this.

Speaker 4 (39:46):
I'm not here to hear what he has to say.
That was what rang true, loudand could not have been more
honest, coming from the judge, who was already predetermined
that my client committed fraudbefore we even walked into this
courtroom.
I'm not here to hear what hehas to say, then.

(40:11):
Why exactly am I being paid asan attorney and why exactly are
taxpayer dollars being used inthis courtroom?
The answer is very clearBecause Ms James wants to stand
right here, like she did thismorning, and call my client a
liar, call the companyfraudulent and make a name for

(40:33):
herself.
She said this morning that thenumbers don't lie, and they
won't lie in this case.
Well, miss James, I have amessage for you.
The numbers didn't lie when youran for governor and that's why
you dropped out, and thenumbers don't lie when President
Trump runs for office in 2024.
And those numbers are loud andclear.

(40:56):
This country is falling apartand if we don't stop corruption
in courtrooms, where attorneysare gagged, where attorneys are
not allowed to say what theyneed to say to protect their
clients' interests, it doesn'tmatter what your politics are.
Everyone has a right in thiscountry to get up and put a

(41:17):
defense.
I don't care who you are.
You have a right to hire alawyer who can put objections on
the record.
You have a right to hire alawyer who can stand up and say
something when they seesomething wrong.
But I was told to sit downtoday.
I was yelled at and I've had ajudge who is unhinged slamming a

(41:38):
table.
Let me be very clear I don'ttolerate that in my life.
I'm not going to tolerate ithere, and you know what you
shouldn't either, because notevery American citizen gets a
camera and a microphone, andwhat I'm seeing is such a demise
of American judicial system anddemocracy.
Miss James came out this morningand said that she knew Mr Trump

(42:01):
.
She always calls him Mr Trumpbecause it kills her that he was
the president.
But the 45th president of thiscountry, one of the best
presidents we've had, has builta great company.
It's worth a ton more than thatstatement of financial
condition and she doesn't knowhow to get out of it because her
politics won't allow her.
She calls him a bully.
She says he's going to bringout racial slurs.

(42:24):
He's going to say things todayand taunt her.
Well, ms James, you taunted himbefore you came into office,
before you saw one record onestatement of financial condition
.
You taunted him.
You say his administration wastoo male and too pale.
Those are her words.

Speaker 3 (42:48):
It's a pretty powerful speech and this isn't
something that's written.
Okay, this, this was somethingthat the the judge acted a
certain way that ticked her off.
Okay, she came out and this wasjust her response.
It this was not pre-planned, atleast it doesn't appear to be.

(43:10):
It very well could be I couldbe completely just duped, but I
don't think so.
That's not what I think.
And you know she's right thatyou should all be upset, you
should all be mad, because noteverybody has a microphone and a
camera.
This happens every day in ourcountry.

(43:31):
The justice system is usedagainst poor and undeserving
people on a daily basis who aresquashed by the government for
the most petty offenses thatnever should be, even against

(43:51):
the law.
Civilly, fathers, fathersacross the country in family
court trying to see theirchildren that's something that
is extraordinarily challenging.
You know, I mean, she's right, and that's why we have a Bill of
Rights, that's why you havefreedom of the press, and
freedom of the press is anindividual right.
It's not for a corporation,it's for the individual to speak

(44:17):
the truth about the governmentand write it down and publish it
.
They didn't know we'd havemicrophones and cameras one day,
but we do now and that's alsoprotected.
But yeah, everybody should, nomatter what side is doing it.
That's why Because the otherside will be in power and
they'll use it against you.
So, california, gavin Newsom.
Gavin Newsom is really justdominating.

(44:39):
He's not dominating theheadlines, but, man, he's
getting some attention forhimself.
He put out some tweets where helooked like Donald Trump,
literally copying exactly whathe says, his format.
The guy's running for presidentand he's trying to revamp who
he is.
He's trying to get his name outthere and what he's doing is,

(45:01):
in response to the Texasgerrymandering or the correction
of gerrymandering, I should sayis he is doing it with
California to go ahead andnegate the five seats that Texas
is going to produce.
But there's a certain legalprocess within the state of
California that has to befollowed.

(45:22):
We're going to go over thatpretty in depth.
But Gavin Newsom is doing thisbecause he's trying to act like
Donald Trump is a tyrant andhe's not going to tolerate it
and he's a hero that he couldsay that he saved the Democratic
Party and saved America.
Listen, the best thing theDemocrats can do is just rebrand
, like MSNBC did.
Call it DS Now instead of theDemocratic Party.

(45:45):
Shit.
Just tell the world who youreally are Communist socialists
who hate Americans and want ourcountry destroyed so that other
countries are better than ours.
That's what the DemocraticParty actually stands for.
Let's start watching aboutwhat's going on with this
gerrymandering, because it'sactually a big story Now.

(46:05):
Donald Trump has to win thesemidterms.
He has to.
You think AGs like LetitiaJames are just going to go away.
What do you think is going tohappen after he leaves office
again?
You don't think people aregoing to go after him.
You think that's just all overwith.
It's not on pause because he'spresident.

(46:27):
So Donald Trump is takingcertain steps to make sure that
this kind of crap never happensto him ever again, and
rightfully so, and I hope heburns the whole Democratic Party
down to the groundmetaphorically.
I hope they never win in officeagain.
That's what I hope.

Speaker 7 (46:45):
So there was a political poll I think it was
just last week that showedstrong support in California to
keep your independent panel tocontrol redistricting.
Are you seeing somethingdifferent from internal data
that tells you that this fightis what Californians want?
Or just explain to me thethought process going into a

(47:07):
decision to move ahead on this?

Speaker 6 (47:09):
Yeah, California, Chris, has the gold standard in
independent redistricting.
We lift that up.
I voted for independentredistricting.
I love independentredistricting, but it needs to
be independent redistricting in50 states.
Right now, California hasunilaterally disarmed by having
fair maps.

Speaker 7 (47:28):
So there was a political poll.
I think it was just last.

Speaker 3 (47:31):
So they have what's called independent redistricting
, ok, which means there's athere's a separate party that
votes on it.
The governor just can't do iton its own.
That's actually a good thing, but from what's going on, it
looks like Gavin Newsom istrying to circumvent that.
So we're going to go over allof this stuff.

(47:52):
It's a lot to digest, trust me,I know, but it's important.
It's important for the futureof this stuff.
It's a lot to digest, trust me,I know, but it's important.
It's important for the futureof the country.
Now, california has some of themost lenient, lenient voting
laws.
You basically just say you're acitizen and you can vote.
There's no verification process, there's no, nothing.

(48:14):
I mean it's frigging pathetic.
It's horrible.
And their voting system is socorrupt.
Their vote should not countuntil they get it together.
They should not be able to votein a federal election until
they get it together.
So let's listen.
Let's listen to this sherifftalk about it.

Speaker 16 (48:34):
The online voter registration system.
It seems to be an honor system.
Anybody can put information inthere to register and vote.
All you have to do is click abox and say that you're not
lying, and then you'll get anemail from the Secretary of
State or something in the mailsaying thank you for registering
to vote.
And there you are.
Once you're on the voter rolls, anytime an election comes

(48:56):
around guess what you get maileda ballot.
People can re-register to votein a district that they don't
actually live in, because youcould do it all online.
There's no checks and balances, just the fact that they were on
the voter rolls with a birthdate of 1850.
There were 232 peopleregistered to vote with an
address to our local prisons.
There were 4,144 people thatwere 90 years old and older.

(49:20):
There were 125 peopleregistered to vote or on the
voter rolls that were registeredto or their address comes back
to nonprofit NGOs and differentbusinesses.
There were 300 peopleapproximately 300 people, with
no first name, just the lastname.
There were about 110 peoplethat were possible double voters

(49:43):
.
Basically the same name, dateof birth address, but two
different voter ID numbers.
People were registered to voteat various shelters, and all
that, and we even found oneperson on the voter rules by the
name of jesus christ.

Speaker 3 (49:59):
I'm telling you now, jesus ain't voting for gavin
newsom.
Okay.
So this is how democrats win.
It's.
The only way they can win is bycheating.
That's it.
No sane person votes forgender-affirming care.

(50:20):
That's not what majority ofAmericans want.
And yeah, you have your lunaticcities like San Diego and San
Francisco.
I'm very familiar with them.
But a lot of California'sRepublican man, a lot of it.
You know, if you ever heardHank Williams Jr saying a
country boy can survive.
He's talking about the boysfrom Northern California, which

(50:44):
is country, and they're veryconservative.
That's Ronald Reagan, countryman.
So the Democrats should not bedominating every election in the
entire state, and they're not.
If you were to restrict votinglaws and enforce voting laws,
you have to show up with an IDto vote.

(51:04):
You have to see your face.
It has to match your ID.
Then you can go cast your vote.
We don't keep on record who youvoted for, but there's no
excuse for that.
The only excuse for that is youwant to cheat.
That's the only excuse.
Okay, there is no reason.

(51:28):
So you can write Jesus Christdown on a ballot.
How many other ballots did youwrite down?
So here's a Republican senatorfrom California talking about
the redistricting that GavinNewsom is going to do.

Speaker 11 (51:44):
This isn't just bad mapping.
This scheme is bad governance.
The voters of Californiacreated an independent
redistricting commissionprecisely to prevent this kind
of power grab.
They voted for fairness, transparency and independence.

(52:06):
The Constitution says maps arenot to be drawn for politicians,
for incumbents or for parties.
But here we are with mapsengineered in secret, rushed
forward and designed to benefita few select few.

Speaker 3 (52:28):
This lady has horrible public speaking skills.
We're going to finish thatvideo, but I just want to
preface that this lady hashorrible public speaking skills.
But yeah, in California there'sa whole independent commission
that does this to preventgovernors from doing it for a
power grab.
That's true, Yet it's stillhappening.

Speaker 11 (52:53):
It's a clear conflict of interest and and
undermines public trust in ourelections.
It tells voters that theirvoices matter less than
political insiders and itconfirms every fear they already
have about SacramentoColleagues.
About Sacramento Colleaguesthis isn't about Democrats or

(53:18):
Republicans.

Speaker 3 (53:24):
Yes, it is.
It's literally what the entirething is about.
Man see, I make fun ofRepublicans too on this show.
It's literally the entire thingis about democrats and
republicans.
This is like.
This is something yourpresident of your elementary
school in sixth grade wroteabout the the problems with the

(53:45):
vending machines.
She's reading it aloud to theclass.
This is horrible.
It's not about democrats orrepublicans.
It's literally an argument ofover who's going to be in power.

Speaker 11 (53:57):
In my district I represent more Democrats than I
do Republicans.
I want every single voter to berepresented fairly.
This is about the Constitution.

Speaker 3 (54:10):
This is a In every district you represent the other
side of the party.
There's not a district in theworld where Republicans and
Democrats are both in it or notboth in it.

Speaker 11 (54:22):
About transparency.
It's about whether the peopleof California get what they
voted for a fair and openprocess, not maps drawn in back
rooms for political convenience.
The people of Californiadeserve better.
They deserve fair maps, theydeserve good government and they

(54:46):
just.

Speaker 3 (54:47):
No such thing as good government.
Okay, lady, there is no suchthing as good government Like at
all.
Never In the history of theworld government has killed more
people than cancer.
So here is Gavin Newsomdiscussing these incredibly

(55:11):
gerrymandered maps.
This is opportunity for him toget this agenda done.
This is not him standing upbeing some sort of hero to the
Democratic Party.
Let's hear what he had to say.

Speaker 19 (55:26):
Over redistricting rages on in the nation's two
most populous states, as thegovernors of both Texas and
California dig in trying to puttheir respective parties.

Speaker 3 (55:36):
Hey JD man, welcome on, dude, good to see you.

Speaker 19 (55:40):
He's in a better position for next year's
midterms the Republican governorof Texas, greg Abbott, calling
for a second special session toredraw maps after Democratic
lawmakers fled the state andstalled out the first attempt,
while the Democratic governor ofCalifornia, gavin Newsom,
unveiled his plan to counterTexas just yesterday.

(56:00):
News Nation's Nancy Liu is livefor us in LA keeping up with
all of these developments.
So, nancy, what is the latest?

Speaker 20 (56:08):
Well, Nicole, Governor Newsom and California
Democrats, they're quicklymoving on his newly proposed
election rigging response act.
State lawmakers are expected tounveil new California maps soon
, perhaps today, With redrawnlines of the 52 wineries,
farmland desert.

Speaker 3 (56:40):
And it's just the coastal cities that are liberal,
like anywhere else in thecountry.
And we don't even know, becausethe elections aren't even
secure.
For all we know, that's themost conservative state in
America.
That wouldn't surprise me atall.
It would not surprise me ifCalifornia was more conservative

(57:01):
than Florida, if they actuallyhad an election where people
only could pass the one vote.

Speaker 20 (57:08):
Democratic leaders to immediately take up the
redistricting proposal as soonas the California state
legislature reconvenes next week, and he is confident California
voters would approve the movein a special election in
November.

Speaker 15 (57:25):
We anticipate these maps will completely neuter and
neutralize what is happening inTexas.
This does not go forward.
I want to remind everybody, unless one of these other states
move forward, there's still anexit ramp, not just Texas, but
Missouri, as I mentioned, orFlorida, indiana and these other
states that are consideringdoing the unprecedented rigging

(57:46):
their elections with midtermredistricting.

Speaker 3 (57:51):
It's not unprecedented.
What's unprecedented is thedistricts the Democrats have
drawn for themselves.
I mean that's what'sunprecedented.
What's unprecedented is thedistricts the Democrats have
drawn for themselves.
I mean that's what'sunprecedented.
The Democrats wouldn't have thepower that they have if it
wasn't for gerrymandering.
The Democrats have completelydestroyed the democratic process
.
I mean that's the issue.

(58:13):
It's not Republicans all of asudden trying to manipulate the
system and rob everybody.
Like that's not happening.
That's not happening.
And look, the Democrats arejust like.
It's kind of like the guy whorobs your house.
You ever see Liar Liar and shetalks about the guy who robs the

(58:35):
guy's house and falls throughthe skylight and cuts his leg on
the cutting board, then suesthe homeowner and wins.
Like that's what democrats are.
There's kind of sleazy lawyerswho just completely destroy the
legal system with their antics.

Speaker 20 (58:59):
Let's watch the rest of this video.
With retaliatory redistrictingunderway in California, texas
Democrats who left their statein protest earlier this month
they are returning.
Their departure had stalled.

Speaker 3 (59:13):
Hey, Kat, welcome on.
Good to see you.

Speaker 20 (59:16):
The proposed redistricting in Texas, but
Governor Greg Abbott has justannounced a special session for
today with nearly 20 items onthe agenda, including
redistricting, With a majorsummit on tap.
President Trump has yet torespond to Governor Newsom, but
the president has arguedRepublicans are playing fair.

Speaker 15 (59:39):
If you look at what's going on with the
redistricting or whatever youwant to call it, the Democrats
have done it long before westarted.
They've done it all over theplace.
They did it in New York, theydid it in a lot of different
states.

Speaker 3 (59:54):
That's.
That's literally what theDemocrats have done.
They invented it.
Look at the 2020 election.
There was a time we couldn'teven talk about that on this
show.
We couldn't talk about it onthe air or we would be banned
forever on every single platform, if you mentioned even the

(01:00:16):
words 2020 election BecauseDemocrats shut it down.

Speaker 18 (01:00:26):
They can only win if they cheat, because the country
does not agree with them.

Speaker 3 (01:00:35):
The United States of America does not align with the
Democratic Party.
They align with maybe 20%.
It's showing in theirfavorability polls.
Their favorability polls are inthe crapper and it's like
unrepairable.
They have to.
This is in the crapper and it'sit's like unrepairable they

(01:00:58):
have to.
This is here.
Let's watch.
This is from Politico.
This is from last month.
This is from July.
I just Googled this.
This isn't a preplanned article.
This is a spur-of-the-momentarticle.
This is Politico, a far-leftnews organization.

(01:01:22):
You can't get further left thanPolitico.
Democrats tumble in new poll.
In a survey from the WallStreet Journal, democrats hold
only 33% approval rating.
President Donald Trump'sapproval rating remains
underwater, but Democrats arefaring worse according to a new

(01:01:44):
poll from the Wall StreetJournal.
I love how they have to throw ashot or like just.
You can't even trust thesepeople because they over
embellish so much and they'retalking about how bad.
Only three 33% of voters hold afavorable view of Democrats,
with a meager 8% holding 8%holding a very favorable opinion

(01:02:07):
.
Less than 8% of the countryloves Democrats and thinks that
they're awesome and everythingthey do is great.
Less than 8% for a netnegativity favorability of only
30 percentage points.
I'm not going to read thiswhole thing you can hear.

(01:02:27):
Here's your source politicalfar left news.
It's called Democrats Tumble aNew Poll.
It's from July 26th 2025.
So this isn't some old article Ipulled out of my ass from you
know five years ago.
Do you know how bad you have tobe for only 8% of the country

(01:02:50):
to really agree with you?
So how do Democrats have somuch power?
How with you?
So how do Democrats have somuch power?
How 8% of the country hold avery high opinion of them and
their policies?
8%.
Yet they hold all of thesecongressional seats, they wield
all of this power on policy.
