different websites.
That's awesome.
I appreciate all of you.

(04:19):
Uh, don't forget to tune in.
Monday through at 8.30 pmEastern Standard Time, and we
are going to do one hour.
Three topics.
Here we go.
The topics for this evening arethe active shooter at Fort
Stewart, charity there.
(04:39):
We're going to break it down.
Some new information has comeout about this guy.
He's got my antennas up.
There's a lot of suspiciousthings.
We're going to talk about that.
The second is the new censusordered by Donald Trump.
Yes, he ordered a new census.
We're going to break that downand go over it.
And Ron, the man DeSantis, hasdecided that property taxes
(05:03):
should go away in the state ofFlorida, which is phenomenal for
me because that's where I'msitting right now.
And, yes, property taxes areunconstitutional.
We're also going to break thatdown.
We'll be right back in oneminute.
Speaker 6 (05:35):
Hey, ryan, hi, this
is Sarah Palin.
Ryan, donald Trump Jr Hogs towin.
See you playing all-Americanson of a b**** who is
celebrating God, family country.
Speaker 3 (05:46):

politics.

platforms.
Here is your host, ryan Samuels.
Speaker 9 (06:10):
All right, here we go
, we are off.
Got a bunch of people on.
I love it, keep it coming.
So there was an active shooterat Fort Stewart in Georgia and I
believe that's in the Savannaharea.
I know a lot of Republicanpodcasts.
Anytime there's an activeshooter they don't want to say
(06:30):
the active shooter's name andblow it up.
Listen, I don't think thatanybody in their right mind
murders people for stardom.
I don't.
I think they're emotionallyunwell.
I think that they're pushed toa certain limit that they break.
So I use their names and Idon't.
I think they're emotionallyunwell.
I think that they're pushed toa certain limit that they break.
So I use their names and Idon't celebrate their names, but
I want to know who they are andwhat they did.
(06:52):
So this dude's name isCornelius Radford.
With a name like that, it woulddrive anybody to murder.
Cornelius Radford was a sergeantin the United States Army.
Cornelius Radford was asergeant in the United States
Army, which is strange that thiswould happen with somebody.
This is a photo of him righthere being let in by the
(07:14):
military police.
This guy is going to go to amilitary prison.
It's not going to be pretty.
The military justice system isnot the same as our justice
system In the justice system forcitizens.
I'm a former Marine.
I was in the Marine Corps forfive years.
The way it was always explainedto me in the civilian side, it
(07:37):
is innocent until proven guilty.
On the military side, it'sguilty until proven guilty.
On the military side, it'sguilty until proven innocent.
Now, I don't think that thisgentleman is going to have um
any case whatsoever based on theevidence, um to get off in a
(07:58):
military trial.
So, cornelius, uh, the, theinitial reports are always vague
, so that's why I usually wait alittle while we don't usually
do same-day news because I wantthe truth to come out so I can
give you the most accurateinformation possible.
Cornelius I just can't get overthat name took out a pistol and
(08:24):
fired at five of his fellowsoldiers this is a sergeant, by
the way, somebody who's supposedto be a leader of soldiers, um,
probably in charge of a unit, maybe a platoon, a squad,
whatever.
I don't know what mls he was.
Um, however, um, this is.
This is a tragedy.
Either way.
(08:44):
It's being reported as of thismoment, on August 7th 2025,
there are no deaths from theincident, but five soldiers were
shot and he was immediatelysubdued, tackled and taken down
by other soldiers.
The media is making the biggestdeal in the world about that.
(09:06):
That is awesome, that is great, but they're military people.
It's what they do.
They're trained to handle thesetypes of situations.
Some military members aretrained better than others, but
it seems that Cornelius wastaken down rather abruptly and
quickly and that he was takeninto custody.
(09:32):
Now these people were all givenawards, as they should, for
taking this suspect down.
Now, apparently, I think I havea clip here, yeah, so here is
the award ceremony and this.
I'm going to give you anexample of why the Army drives
(09:53):
Marines crazy.
This isn't just the Army, andwe love them.
By the way, they did a greatjob.
Speaker 11 (10:00):
Publish your orders.
Speaker 9 (10:01):
This is.
The Meritorious Service Medal.
They're getting the MeritoriousService Medal for their actions
at Fort Stewart.
Stopping the active shooterGreat thing it's awarded to
First Sergeant Joshua.
Speaker 12 (10:11):
Arnold for
exceptionally meritorious
service on August 6, 2025.
Thomas for exceptionallymeritorious service on August 6,
2025.
Massar Thomas exhibitedremarkable for exceptionally
meritorious service on August 6,2025.
Sapsar Taylor demonstratedextraordinary.
Speaker 9 (10:32):
Now Homeboy here is
wearing his.
He's wearing civilian PT gear.
By the way, he's not evenwearing.
It doesn't appear to be armyissued.
It doesn't appear to be armyissued.
This is um mind-blowing to methat this dude is in a ceremony
getting a prestigious medal forstopping an active shooter and
(10:52):
he's wearing shorts and at-shirt.
That's that blows my mind.
This is what drives, uh, the,the marine corps crazy when it
comes to the army.
But just wanted to point thatout for the army dogs out there,
a lot of you are on probablyget a lot of comments and talk a
lot of smack, and that's finebecause that's what we do.
But he's wearing his pt gearand an award he's just got zero,
(11:17):
uh, zero fucks given.
Good for him.
But yeah, I mean, this is whatthey do, right?
This is what military people do.
They are trained and theyrespond to situations like this.
Also, a thing to note is thaton an army base, you're not
allowed to conceal and carry.
You're not allowed to concealand carry on any base.
(11:40):
But the thing that is the mosttragic and CNN actually broke
this part of the story that Ididn't know, but now that I know
, I feel terrible, for Corneliushas in fact made the
(12:04):
investigation and did the realhard work to show us that
Cornelius is actually the victim.
Speaker 5 (12:12):
Back in this
community.
They want to know exactly whathappened.
But talking about the suspect, cornelius Radford, we do know
the New York Times has talked tohis father.
He actually made someallegations saying his son
wanted to transfer from thisbase and was facing racism.
Speaker 9 (12:26):
So oh, oh, he was
facing racism.
He was in the United StatesArmy.
He was facing racism.
Hmm, Thank you CNN.
What else?
Anything else?
We?
Speaker 5 (12:41):
actually reached out
to the third ID to ask about
those claims and so far theyhave not gotten back to us yet
about the claims they saidthere's been sort of an active
investigation ongoing in termsof the claims made by Cornelius
Radford.
But we do know from our ownreporting there was some sort of
beef there between him and oneof the co-workers.
He was very upset, then broughtthat weapon onto the base here
(13:03):
and opened fire.
We know he shot the person thathe was having that disagreement
with and then moved to fourother people.
Then the soldiers jumped in andwere able to tackle him.
We talked about that new imagethat we have of him being
transferred into militarycustody.
Hopefully we'll put that up onthe screen so everyone can see
it.
One of the things that struckme is his size as he was being
moved through here.
There is additional video thatwe hope to have a little bit
(13:25):
later on this afternoon of himbeing transferred into military
custody.
We're also told today at 925that the Secretary of the Army
will be here.
There will be a news conference, so hopefully we'll learn more
information.
But listen to the general herefor this base talk about how
other soldiers jumped in thisbase talk about how other
(13:54):
soldiers jumped in I.
Speaker 9 (13:56):
I am appalled that
this victim, who was bullied by
such racism, would have toendure this.
I mean, obviously he would justlash out and shoot everybody,
right?
Oh, or maybe he got sucked intothe.
I'm a victim and everybody'sagainst me, and it has to be
because I'm black, not becauseI'm a shitbag soldier who can't
(14:18):
get my act together or do whatmy bosses tell me to do, so I
cry racism and then, when thatdoesn't work, I shoot them.
That makes more sense that he'sleaning on racism as a crutch to
try to get it ahead in the armyand then actually goes ahead
and gets shot and shootseverybody.
(14:38):
He doesn't get shot, but heshoots everybody who doesn't
agree with him or he doesn't gethis way.
Sounds like a typical liberalto me.
Well, the news did come outthat he was a registered
Democrat, but that's irrelevant.
You know plenty of registeredRepublicans have conducted
(14:59):
shootings too.
I'm not saying one party ismore prone to it, although
anyway.
But here is I think this is thecommanding general of the base
talking about the situation.
Let's hear what he had to say.
Speaker 11 (15:16):
Shortly before 11
o'clock, an active duty soldier
assigned to Fort Stewart, georgia, shot and wounded five
of his fellow soldiers here onFort Stewart.
Thankfully, all are in stablecondition and all are expected
to recover.
The alleged shooter is incustody.
We have reestablished security.
(15:36):
I have lifted all lockdownmeasures on Fort Stewart and
there is currently no threat tothe local community.
I'd like to recognize and thankour Army law enforcement and
medical personnel and ourpartners from local, state and
federal law enforcement andemergency services for their
quick response and support.
I would also like to thank thebrave soldiers who immediately
(15:59):
intervened and subdued theshooter.
These soldiers, without a doubt, prevented further casualties.
Our wounded soldiers wereinitially evacuated to Wynn Army
Community Hospital right hereon Fort Stewart.
All arrived in stable conditionand three of the five required
surgical intervention.
Two have been transported toMemorial Hospital in Savannah,
(16:22):
georgia for additional care.
Been transported to MemorialHospital in Savannah, georgia
for additional care.
We have identified the allegedshooter as Sergeant Cornelius
Radford, an automated logisticssergeant assigned to 2nd Brigade
Combat Team.
Speaker 9 (16:35):
Logistics guy Bullets
, beans and band-aids.
Speaker 11 (16:40):
Sergeant Radford has
not previously deployed to
combat.
Sergeant Radford has beeninterviewed by the Army Criminal
Investigation Division and iscurrently in pretrial
confinement awaiting a chargingdecision by the Office of the
Special Trial Counsel.
Speaker 9 (16:58):
His life is over.
This dude is going to wind upin Leavenworth for the rest of
his life breaking rocks, breaking rocks, and good so be
it.
I don't have any mercy for him,and I'm sure the majority of
you guys do not either.
So this victim of racism andthat's what his dad's saying.
(17:24):
So that means that this kid wascomplaining to his dad about
the racism that he was receiving, and I can tell you from
experience there is no racism inthe military.
I mean, it does not exist.
The amount of shit you gothrough together as a team, as a
(17:48):
unit, if you go in hatingsomebody of a different color,
you come out with a differentopinion.
I can promise you that.
Um, but that sounds like it'sjust a crutch or for um not
performing well or getting intotrouble with his unit, which
(18:09):
sounds like he was a real, realfriggin hairball from what I
understand.
So prayers for all of thesepeople.
I'm glad that everybody is okay.
I'm glad that the army steppedup and, uh, they, they took
advantage.
They took not advantage, butthey took charge of the
situation.
They subdued the shooter, theyestablished a casualty
(18:32):
collection point, like they didwhat they were supposed to do.
Right, this is their job.
This is what they do, um,they're they're trained to do it
, um.
But here we are in other newsDonald Trump has issued an order
to redo the census.
Now, the census is aconstitutional provision where
(18:55):
the United States government umessentially counts the what's
supposed to be citizens, um, sothat we can get proper
representation in the House andthe Senate.
But what the Democrats havedone over years is they have
manipulated the system andcheated the system so that
(19:18):
Democrats would be furtherrepresented in the House and the
representative, along withtheir gerrymandering.
So we talked aboutgerrymandering last night and
how the Democrats havegerrymandered every district.
They've gerrymanderedRepublicans completely out of
Massachusetts.
There's not a single Republicanseat in the entire state.
(19:40):
That means if you're aRepublican in Massachusetts, you
have no representation.
Nobody represents you at thefederal level, nobody represents
you at the state level.
So just nobody represents you, which is absurd.
So Trump has ordered that we doa new census, that we do a new
(20:04):
census.
And the reason he's orderedthat we do a new census is
because the Democrats havemanipulated the system to where
the census counts illegal aliensas well as citizens.
So let me explain that, becauseI know when you hear that it
doesn't make much sense, right, because it's frig freaking
(20:27):
ludicrous.
But uh, the democratic partymade it unlawful for the census,
the person committing thecensus, the person conducting
the census, to ask the peoplewhen they're counting them you
know what do you do for a living?
How many people live in thishouse?
Are you a citizen?
(20:48):
You're not allowed to ask thatquestion.
So when you have open bordersfor I don't know four years and
millions of people come through, guess what more you get in the
House and Senate?
You get more seats, you getmore congressmen and women and
(21:10):
you get more senators.
So the only way that Democratscan win is when they cheat,
because the majority of theUnited States of America, the
overwhelming majority of theUnited States of America, are
not out of their damn minds.
They don't want to castratechildren.
They want reasonablecitizenship avenues.
(21:35):
They don't want, you know, dragqueens reading to
kindergartners.
Your average American doesn'twant that crap.
So what?
What we have is we have asystem that nobody in this
country wants, and the reasonthat it's there these policies
(21:57):
and this just lunatic mindset.
The reason it's there isbecause the democrats have
cheated the system and they haveplaced more Democrats in the
House and the Senate bymanipulating the system and
having open border policies andgetting in as many people they
can into these districts andgetting more seats for them and
(22:19):
then gerrymandering thedistricts to make sure that it's
all Democratic elections.
It's a freaking scam.
Here is let's watch this FoxNews clip about the hypocrisy
and the redistricting ofDemocratic redistricting.
(22:41):
Redistricting of Democratic.
Speaker 13 (22:43):
Chicago, new York,
massachusetts, democrats have
gerrymandered the vote beyondrecognition to try to maintain
their advantage in the Houseelections.
On top of that, let's notforget, democrats rigged the
2020 census by including illegalaliens.
Remember, they sued DonaldTrump, they sued the
(23:06):
administration, they foughttooth and nail to include
illegal aliens in the census.
20 to 30 of House Democratseats wouldn't exist but for
illegal aliens.
Texas is taking just a smallcorrective step against this
ocean of fraud, this ocean ofabuse by the corrupt Democrat
(23:28):
Party Sean no, chicago needs—.
Speaker 9 (23:33):
I mean.
That about sums it up.
These are things that we haveknown have been going on for
years, however, we haven't beenable to do anything about it.
We've talked about it on thisshow For years, however, we
haven't been able to do anythingabout it.
We've talked about it on thisshow.
We've talked about the greatreplacement theory, which is
what the Democrats were callingit.
(23:53):
Oh, this is the greatreplacement theory, and this is
a right wing conspiracy.
It's not.
It was actually happening.
I've talked about it For years.
We've discussed it, and I'm notthe only one.
Ben Shapiro talked about it,too, and how it was
(24:14):
unconstitutional what they didwith the census in 2020.
And forget the mail-in ballots.
That was part of it too, butlet's listen to what Ben Shapiro
had to say in 2020.
Speaker 14 (24:23):
Since we live in a
timeline in which God clearly
hates us, we may as well assumethis will be the reality.
So here's the worst casescenario In 2020, there was a
census.
That census was done wrong.
Okay, that census radicallyovercounted states like New York
, delaware, I believe, michigan, and it radically undercounted
states like Florida and Texas, like this has been openly
(24:45):
acknowledged by the CensusBureau.
Speaker 8 (24:46):
What do you mean by?
Speaker 14 (24:46):
that.
So whenever they do the censusthey can't survey everybody,
right?
They take a sample.
Speaker 5 (24:50):
Okay.
Speaker 14 (24:51):
And so like they try
to get everybody and they get
about 67% of people, but theestimate is very often wrong.
Okay, okay, so in 2020, theyacknowledged like afterward,
they're widespread.
I mean, the governmentacknowledged that they'd gotten
the census wrong.
The problem is, how do youapportion congressional seats
and electoral votes?
You do it based on the census, right?
So, theoretically, floridashould have two more electoral
votes, new York should have onefewer and Delaware should have
(25:12):
one fewer.
So here's your worst casescenario.
Your worst case scenario isDonald Trump wins North Carolina
, georgia, arizona, nevada Okay,if he wins those and he loses
Wisconsin, michigan andPennsylvania.
The final electoral collegetally is Kamala Harris 270,
donald Trump 268.
Now you have the state ofFlorida.
Say, guys, you fucked up thecensus.
(25:33):
The census is that we shouldhave two more electoral college
votes and you failed to, and youacknowledge this.
You know this, so you need torejigger.
We've now been damaged.
We now have standing.
This election really should beDonald Trump 270, kamala Harris
268, based on the populationshifts in the country.
That goes to the Supreme Court.
(25:54):
Now you have a Supreme Court inwhich six of the justices were
appointed by Republicans, including three by Donald Trump,
deciding whether the electoralcollege count should be reversed
based on the census failure.
That's a possible thing thatcould happen For sure.
The electoral college countshould be reversed based on the
census failure.
Okay, you want to like?
That's a very you want like arecipe?
Possible thing.
That could happen for sure, right, I mean?
By the way, the polling rightnow shows Trump ahead in North
Carolina, georgia, arizona andNevada.
Speaker 5 (26:13):
And those other three
.
Speaker 14 (26:14):
those other three
are like dead even so like so
not only is that, and becauseGod hates us this is.
Speaker 9 (26:26):
This is what they've
been doing at the Republic, and
this, this is not a situationwhere the Republicans are doing
it back right, this isn't um you.
You did this to cheat, so we'regoing to do this to cheat.
The Republicans are correctingthe actions that the Democrat
have taken.
I'm making them right, justagain right.
So far, that's what it lookslike.
Um, the actions that theDemocrat have taken, and making
(26:46):
them right, just again Right.
So far, that's what it lookslike, but it's something that
absolutely needs to happen.
You know, this country wasfounded on certain principles
and you know the government ofthe United States does not
(27:09):
represent the world.
It represents its citizens.
So to have a system whereillegal aliens are represented
in Congress or in the Senate andthey're not paying taxes or
they're not even part of thiscountry, they just strolled in
(27:32):
that's like you know somebodywalking into your house and the
cops can't kick them out becauseyou know they put themselves on
your mortgage without yourpermission, like that's, that's
not.
That's literally not.
Not how this works.
Now, of course, the left isgoing to call Donald Trump a
(27:52):
racist.
Oh, he's cheating.
He's rigging the system.
He's not.
He's not rigging the system,he's un-fucking what has been
fucked, and that's preciselywhat needs to be done.
This is just a small step, right?
(28:13):
So, donald Trump, here's thething.
Donald Trump still has themidterms to deal with.
Okay, in the midterm elections,in the midterm elections, if
the Republican Party does notpick up a vast majority of the
House and the Senate, donaldTrump is not going to be able to
(28:35):
get a lot done, right, andthere's a lot of things he wants
to get done, radical thingsthat are going to blow people's
minds and it's going to be greatfor this country.
All right, we, the RepublicanParty, are not going to be able
to do that without the House andthe Senate.
The reason the Democrats havehad such a stranglehold on power
(29:00):
is because they've beencheating this whole time.
They've been cheating and themajority of the country wants it
to be fair.
They want elections to be fair.
They want representations foreverybody in every state.
(29:20):
There's no reason why one stateshouldn't have a congressman
who represents Republicans.
You mean to tell me the farmingarea of Massachusetts, all the
rural farms in Massachusettsthat produce milk and eggs and
beef?
They're all Democrats, all ofthem.
(29:41):
There's no representation inCongress for them.
There's no representation inCongress for them.
That's perhaps one of the mostabsurd things I have ever heard
of in my entire life.
So here's Donald Trump.
I love how they call itAlligator Alcatraz.
(30:03):
Alligator Alcatraz, it's someconcentration camp for illegal
immigrants.
It's not.
It's a holding facility wherethey get processed out because
they shouldn't be here to beginwith.
He's at Alligator Alcatraz withRon DeSantis.
I'm glad to see these guys aregetting along again.
For a while it was a little.
(30:25):
I was afraid they weren't goingto get back together.
Um, because I do love RonDeSantis.
He is my governor.
He will always be my governor,uh, even when he is out of the
race.
But let's hear what Donald hadto say.
Speaker 6 (30:39):
Ron, they, they
include anybody that happens to
be in your state.
Well, california.
Speaker 15 (30:44):
California would
lose like five seats if they did
a fair census.
And even beyond that, the Bidencensus gypped Florida of at
least one seat.
We only got one seat in thelast census.
Are you trying to tell me thatFlorida only had one seat on
that?
We should have had at least two.
Texas should have had anotherone.
That could be the difference inthe House of Representatives
(31:06):
and the majority.
So I would love for them toredo the census for 26.
My legislature will redistrictthose lines.
We'll get it to where it's fair, but as it's right now, this
country is not fairlyapportioned.
I've got so many more millionsof people in florida that have
representation, so florida isthe fastest growing state in the
(31:31):
entire United States Number one.
Speaker 9 (31:33):
More people are
moving to Florida than anywhere
else in the country, and a mainreason for that is because a lot
of times when people retire, they move to Florida because
Florida doesn't have an incometax, so they don't pay taxes on
their retirement.
So why would you stay in NewYork and pay taxes on your
(31:54):
retirement?
Why would you stay inCalifornia and pay taxes on your
retirement?
Or Illinois?
You don't want to do that.
And then you move down to whereit's hot and you vacation for
the rest of your life.
That's what people are doing.
So Florida is the fastestgrowing state.
Florida was growing so fastthat the entire state of
(32:15):
California ran out of U-Haulsbecause that's how many people
were moving to Florida.
A lot of famous podcasters havemoved out of Los Angeles or
California and have relocated toFlorida.
Ben Shapiro is one of them andthere's many more.
(32:38):
So that's a big factor into whypeople are moving to Florida,
because of the fiscal part of it.
Also, it's the free estate thatthere is.
I mean, in Florida you couldjust basically do whatever the
(33:03):
heck you want within reasonwhatsoever.
So the fastest growing stateonly got one seat.
I mean with millions of peoplemoving to Florida, come on.
So the census was used tobenefit the Democratic Party in
(33:26):
swing states and Democraticstates, not Republican states.
So that's why these governors, like Texas and Florida, are
trying to redo the districts andget proper representation
(33:52):
representation and donald trumpis trying to get a fair census,
because the democrats havefreaking cheated their way into
power and with that power theyhave destroyed the economy, um,
they've destroyed ourrelationships with other
countries.
It's just, it's been anabsolute disaster because of
that flawed census.
Speaker 6 (34:07):
I think it's going to
do very well.
A lot of people.
I don't know if you've heardabout it.
It's like it's captivated thecountry.
Everybody wants it, it's goingto get in, it's going to pass
and we're going to be around.
They, they include.
Speaker 9 (34:20):
I love he's wearing
his Gulf of America and just so
you know just how smart DonaldTrump is, I don't think the
guy's perfect.
I'm very critical of DonaldTrump at times, but changing it
to the Gulf of America did a fewthings.
(34:40):
Number one it was easy to sellbecause it's not the Gulf of
Mexico, it's the Gulf of America.
Patriotism, pride all the magaswent insane for it.
But the main reason was is allof the industrial laws, the
(35:01):
anti-capitalist laws and the nodrilling laws and all these
environmental regulations thatthe Biden and Obama
administrations had passed arenow null and void Because they
only apply to the Gulf of Mexico, not the Gulf of America.
So it opens up this economy toget the money flowing within the
(35:27):
country.
So I love that idea and I lovehow he did that with the Gulf of
America and I think it'sphenomenal.
Speaker 7 (35:37):
Are you a citizen of
the United States of America?
There used to be a time whenyou could answer questions like
that very easily.
There used to be a time whenyou could proudly declare I am a
citizen of the United States.
Speaker 9 (35:52):
He's talking about
census questions which are now.
You're not allowed to ask thatat all.
You're not allowed to allude tothe fact of whether they're a
citizen or not.
You're not allowed to ask themif they're a citizen or if
anybody in the household is acitizen.
They just count the people, which is crazy.
(36:12):
It's insane.
Speaker 10 (36:16):
Tonight, the White
House defending its move to
bring back this controversialquestion to the US Census for
the first time since 1950.
Speaker 9 (36:25):
First of all, this is
not controversial.
This is ask your neighbors.
You know the news always doesthis and flips it and they try
to make it controversial bycalling it controversial.
This controversial questionwho's upset if they're asking if
somebody is a citizen or not?
Do you care?
I mean, do you care if thecensus ask if you're a citizen
(36:49):
or not?
I don't care.
Yeah, of course I'm a citizen.
That's my response.
Yeah, if I wasn't a citizen,why would I be here?
It's not controversial at all.
This is what the country votedfor.
This is what the country wants.
Speaker 10 (37:09):
What is your?
Speaker 7 (37:09):
citizenship.
Speaker 10 (37:10):
Now they're trying
to erase the very existence of a
very important word and a veryimportant thing citizenship but
the move is facing a growingbacklash, with several
democratic state attorneysgeneral poised to sue the Trump
administration Of course, ofcourse.
Speaker 9 (37:29):
Donald Trump is not
going to get anything done
without a lawsuit.
That's just not going to happen.
Donald Trump is going to besued for everything that he does
, no matter what it is or howright or how just it is.
Speaker 10 (37:43):
They say, adding the
question could scare off
undocumented immigrants fromparticipating Good.
Speaker 9 (37:51):
Could scare them off
from participating.
Uh-huh yeah, because I don'twant them participating in the
census, I don't want them here.
They need to leave the country.
You need to get yourcitizenship and come back.
That's.
It's black and black and white.
Like what.
Speaker 7 (38:16):
I stand before you to
outline new steps my
administration is taking toensure that citizenship is
counted, so that we know howmany citizens we have in the
United States Make sense.
Speaker 16 (38:30):
Is why, after why,
this question was added.
This determines who is here.
This determines who has powerin the United States of America.
That is what we want to know.
That's what I want to knowabout the racism, that and the
and the very disturbing historythat we're seeing here.
That's what I want.
Well, you need it.
That's AOC know about theracism, that and the and the
very disturbing history thatwe're seeing here.
That's what I want, what youneed it that's aoc.
Speaker 9 (38:51):
It's racist to ask
somebody if they're a citizen.
It's where.
If that's racist to asksomebody if if they are a
citizen of the united states ofamerica for many reasons.
Speaker 6 (39:01):
Number one you need
it for congress.
You need it for congress, fordistricting number one in this
country.
Speaker 17 (39:06):
When we redistrict
based on the census, we do it
based on persons, not citizens.
So what everyone is saying isthat when he says that, is he
trying to like turn this into aploy where we redistrict based
on citizenship?
And if that is the case, whateveryone is, what a lot of
people have said, is that thatmeans Republicans have an
advantage.
Correct, yes, that meansRepublicans have an advantage
(39:27):
Correct.
Speaker 9 (39:27):
Yes, that means
Americans have an advantage
Because the majority ofAmericans are Republicans.
One of the very first things Ilearned in college when I was
studying political science isthe United States citizen is
(39:50):
right of center as a whole, always, no matter what.
No matter what is right ofcenter.
The Democrats know that.
If only citizens could vote, ifyou had a mandatory ID, if you
had accurate census and accuratecongressional and Senate seats
and representation and accurateelectoral college votes, then
(40:12):
Democrats would never be electedagain.
So they had to cheat in orderto get their power.
And that's not us rigging thesystem.
That's not Republicans riggingthe system.
That's not Republicans riggingthe system.
That is just what America isand Americans should be
(40:37):
represented.
Speaker 15 (40:38):
At nearly 2.5
million, 2023 had the highest
number of migrant encounters atthe southern border as far as
records go back.
Speaker 10 (40:46):
The census is taken
every 10 years, as required by
the us constitution.
In addition to federal funding,it also helps determine the
number of congressional seats ineach state, which means some
states could lose a seat.
The past three years can secondyeah, they could lose seats.
Speaker 9 (41:02):
That's why all these
texas democrats are fleeing,
because they know the gig is up.
They know they're not going tohave a job because some of them
are going to get blown out ofoffice and other ones are not
going to get reelected orthey're not even going to have
(41:27):
their seat.
It's going to say well, youdon't represent anybody.
Your district's 65% illegalimmigrants.
There's nobody for you to to uhto represent, so we're going to
go ahead and merge yourdistrict with their district.
It is insane to think that wehave illegal aliens represented
(41:48):
by members of Congress who areinfluencing our politics, and
they didn't even have the gallor the courtesy to come in
legally.
They're not citizens.
You do not get representationhere.
I don't know who this is, butlet's watch this.
Somebody had sent this to me.
Speaker 18 (42:11):
Let's see what this
gentleman has to say there is
not a single white british childin 72 schools across england
that's what it is.
Speaker 9 (42:24):
it's england who has,
just just like the United
States did, open door, openborder policies where everybody
can come in.
And now in England there are 72schools where not a single
child is white In 72 schools.
(42:45):
That means in these districtswhere they're representing.
Those districts are frommigrants who are probably I
don't know for sure, but basedon their open border policy, are
probably just illegalimmigrants who came in.
Now they're changing theculture, they're changing the
(43:08):
government of England.
Speaker 18 (43:10):
There is not a
single white British child in 72
schools across England.
In 454 schools, white Britishchildren make up less than 2% of
the student body.
Make up less than 2% of thestudent body.
White British children are alsonow a minority in one in four
(43:32):
schools.
That is data from theDepartment of Education,
reported by the Telegraph.
I strongly believe this isindirect social engineering on a
national scale.
Tell me this how does anycountry expect assimilation, let
alone a shared culture, whenthousands of children grow up in
(43:54):
classrooms where white Britishidentity is the exception, not
the norm?
Will there be a white historymonth to help with these
minority children to feelincluded?
Will there be DEI initiativesto give them a leg up?
Of course not.
They're the wrong kind ofminority, aren't they?
And yet it seems, if you evendare to raise these questions,
(44:16):
the government now might labelyou as a potential terrorist.
That's not hyperbole, that is.
Speaker 9 (44:26):
England is wild man,
but if Democrats had their way,
they would turn us into likeEurope Just open borders.
I mean, even back in theRepublican primary debate, Vivek
Ramaswamy was talking aboutthis.
(44:46):
Let's listen to what he had tosay.
He was very outspoken aboutthis.
Speaker 8 (44:52):
When the Democratic
Party and Biden, the leader of
the Democratic Party, now asrecently as 10 years ago, with
Mallorca sitting at his side, expressly talking about
non-white populations exceedingwhite populations that being a
good thing and immigrationpolicies they've advanced to
achieve that result, remain inMexico, which they're not
enforcing.
Let's have that debate ratherthan saying this is a dog
whistle, this is going to causeviolence.
Speaker 9 (45:12):
What I'm worried
about is that I love how there's
just like a halo light over hishead, like he's an angel.
I love Vivek Ramaswamy.
Speaker 8 (45:20):
We are going to have
I would say I want to.
I want to be careful in the wayI speak about this because I
don't want to get to a placeabout violence.
I want to be careful in the wayI speak about this because I
don't want to get to a placeabout violence I want.
We're skating on thin ice as acountry right now, but as a
leader, it is important to givepeople the permission to say in
public what they'll otherwisesay in private.
Speaker 4 (45:38):
A lot of it, grounded
in truth, to be able to have
that debate without labelingsomebody one question, a
xenophobe or a racist or adenier or anything else.
Let's just say I'm not going touse the term anymore because it
is a dog whistle for people outthere who are looking for
reasons to go after people ofcolor and Jews.
Speaker 9 (45:53):
For people to go
after people of color.
That's what she's saying.
That that's a dog whistle Tosay, hey, stop bringing in
illegal immigrants and replacingall of us so that the Democrats
can win seats.
Can you stop doing that?
That's racist.
That's going to infuriateracists.
Speaker 8 (46:14):
I agree to disagree
on the importance of airing
discussion in this country.
Speaker 4 (46:17):
Let's just assume
that that was something that was
happening.
Is that so wrong?
What's wrong with people ofcolor being a majority in this
country?
Let me just pause right there.
Speaker 8 (46:28):
This is a legitimate
discussion for us to have, but
but we can't have it both ways.
To say that this is somethingthat we're actually advocating
for, it's an express policy andwe acknowledge that it's part of
an express policy objective.
Then let's actually get to thedebate about whether this is
good or not for the country.
Right, and so I embrace that.
But thank you for getting to auseful place rather than just
(46:49):
saying anybody who's saying this.
If a person on the right saysthat it's a conspiracy theory,
if a Democrat says it'simmigration policy and my view
is, I don't care about skincolor.
Speaker 9 (46:57):
It's great because he
is a person of color, so he
gets away with a lot more.
Speaker 8 (47:01):
I could care less for
skin color.
Do you share the ideals of this?
Speaker 4 (47:04):
country, not replace
us, comes from the great
replacement theory.
I know you have to go, but justgo back and look at that.
Speaker 8 (47:11):
I would say go back
and look at air for the people
that are watching this thevideos that Mike Johnson has
released of Capitol Policeallowing them in.
We should be able to at leasthave that debate in the open and
air the video of Biden sayingexactly what otherwise is
described as a conspiracy theorywith Mayorkas 10 years ago.
Let's have honest debate.
We can disagree, but don't calllabel somebody a
(47:34):
insurrectionist or a racist or ahomophobe or a denier or
anything else as a way ofsilencing debate.
We should talk about it on themerits, and that last question
you asked is exactly what manyRepublicans also want to be
debating in the open.
Speaker 4 (47:41):
I agree.
Merits facts, that's what weneed to be doing and that the
videos.
Speaker 8 (47:45):
I think I'll be good
for the viewers thank you so
much.
Speaker 4 (47:47):
I appreciate it.
Speaker 9 (47:48):
Anderson back to you
thanks very much yes, this is
precisely what has beenhappening and it continues to
happen, and I think trump has away, a very big plan, a very big
plan that he he's going to needthe majority in the House and
(48:09):
the Senate.
Now this is not the only bignews that's going on with the
state of Florida.
Ron DeSantis is trying tocompletely eliminate property
taxes.
So here's the problem withproperty taxes.
Property taxes completelydestroy middle-class families.
(48:32):
You never own your home.
You could be a middle-classfamily.
You can work in your home for30 years, pay it off, and there
are some states that just takeit away.
You miss one tax payment, you're gone, your whole family.
It's like for a middle-classfamily in America.
Their home is like their familyfortune.
(48:53):
If you pay off your house youbought it for $20,000, now it's
worth a half a million that'severything you have and you miss
your tax payment and thegovernment can take your home
away.
So John Stossel did a smallthing on this a long time ago
(49:15):
about property taxes.
Property taxes is justextortion from the government.
The government always owns yourhome as long as you have
property taxes to pay.
The government has a mortgageon your home and if you don't
pay, they take your home.
As long as you have propertytaxes to pay, the government has
a mortgage on your home, and ifyou don't pay, they take your
house.
Speaker 1 (49:33):
Did you know that
some talents in America are
basically stealing people'shomes?
Speaker 5 (49:39):
One missed property
tax payment and the government
can take your home, sell it andkeep all of the profits.
Speaker 9 (49:46):
That's the other
thing too.
They can keep all of theprofits.
So if your property taxes are$3,000 and you don't pay it,
they take your house, theyauction it, they sell it for
$300,000.
The government keeps $300,000.
They don't collect your taxbill and then give you $297,000
(50:10):
in change.
They keep all of it.
Explain how that's okay.
Speaker 1 (50:17):
You heard that right
People lose their homes over one
missed tax payment.
It's hard to believe thishappens in America, but it does.
I reported on the practice acouple years ago.
At the end of this video I'llcover what's new, but first
let's recap.
I'm just still in shock.
Tawanda Hall was behind on herproperty taxes.
(50:38):
She was on a payment plan butshe'd missed $900.
She didn't expect to lose herentire $300,000 home.
They took my whole house.
Speaker 9 (50:50):
Hey Larry, I see your
comment that says former
President Donald Trump.
I'm confused.
I don't know what you'rereferring to.
My whole family.
Try to elaborate.
Was it a clip or something Ishowed earlier?
I try to get to everybody'scomments.
Speaker 1 (51:05):
These livelihoods and
they didn't give you change.
They kept it all, $286,000 morethan what she owed.
The county's lawyer says thispractice may sound unfair, but
it's also unfair to force thosewho pay their taxes to subsidize
those who don't.
Speaker 2 (51:22):
I pay taxes.
She's a nurse assistant.
I'm on a brain trauma unit.
I lift people, I bathe people.
I work hard.
Speaker 1 (51:32):
When she found out
she was going to lose her home,
she wanted to pay off the debt.
Speaker 2 (51:36):
I went to the mayor's
office.
I went down to the city countybuilding.
They didn't want our money.
They said no.
Speaker 1 (51:43):
They wanted your
house.
They wanted the house, your$300,000 house, rather than your
tax payment.
Speaker 2 (51:48):
They stole our home,
from us and from our family, and
it was a shock to all of us.
Why?
Speaker 19 (51:54):
isn't this illegal?
I think it is illegal.
I think it's unconstitutional.
Speaker 9 (51:58):
Christina Martin,
it's 100% unconstitutional.
The government cannot stealyour house.
Speaker 1 (52:04):
The Pacific Legal
Foundation.
Speaker 19 (52:06):
The government can't
take more than it's owed.
This is unjust and it isunconstitutional.
Speaker 1 (52:12):
Martin won a similar
case when a county took an
entire home over.
Speaker 10 (52:14):
Get this an $8 debt.
Speaker 15 (52:16):
The government
argued there couldn't be
anything more fair thaninforming property owners of
what is going to happen, givingthem time to act and then
letting them make an informedchoice.
Speaker 19 (52:26):
Do you think if he
knew?
$8 he owed $8, he would Givingthem time to act and then
letting them make an informedchoice.
Do you think if he knew Eightdollars, if he knew?
Speaker 1 (52:35):
he owed eight dollars
, he would have paid it.
Of course he didn't know andthere wasn't a proper incentive
to let him know.
Speaker 19 (52:41):
So the government
has an incentive to notify them
and legalese so they can'tunderstand it.
Speaker 2 (52:45):
Yes, and then they
also have an incentive not to
work with people when they arehonestly trying to pay, like
Tawanda Hall.
Speaker 1 (52:50):
We did not receive
anything other than get out.
A judge dismissed Tawanda'scase because the government
itself in her case did not makea profit.
The town gave her home to thisprivate company.
It got the money.
Speaker 9 (53:03):
Who owns the private
company?
The mayor's cousin or themayor's wife?
You think they just gave itaway to a private company.
Get out of here.
They're protecting themselves.
Speaker 19 (53:17):
The government
shouldn't be able to steal from
its own people and then to giveit over to their friends is just
how do you know that they'retheir friends?
The company is literally run bythe mayor and the city
administrator.
Speaker 1 (53:28):
Southfield Mayor Ken
Seibert acknowledges the company
made $10 million sellingforeclosed houses.
Speaker 9 (53:37):
Thieves man.
They should 100% all be infederal prison for that.
For the rest of their lives.
For the rest of their lives.
They should be in federalprison Now.
Governor DeSantis has beentalking about this for a while.
This is a video of him back inMarch talking about possibly
(53:59):
getting rid of income taxes inthe state of Florida.
Speaker 15 (54:05):
Well, I want to
congratulate Bay County for
being the first Florida countyto voluntarily request an audit
under Doge of their countyfinances.
We've seen property taxassessments go up across Florida
.
At the local level, taxpayersare pinched.
They're paying more than theyever have.
Even though we have homesteadexemption, it hasn't been enough
(54:26):
to fully protect taxpayers.
Speaker 9 (54:27):
So here's what's
happening in Florida and this is
happening across the countryever have, even though we have
homestead exemption, hasn't beenenough to fully protect
taxpayers.
So here's what's happening inFlorida and this is happening
across the country Citizens thatown homes.
They buy their house for$150,000.
I know a lot of you.
I have a massive following inNew York City.
Appreciate all of you In theSouth.
It's different.
(54:47):
Yeah, you could buy a house for$150,000 in Florida.
Now, as we talked about earlier, the market is growing right
Because everybody's coming toFlorida.
So about 2020, you could buy ahouse in Florida for $150,000.
That same house now sells for$300,000.
(55:08):
So what the government is doingis they're increasing your
property taxes because your homeis worth more.
So when you bought the house, you paid property taxes on
$150,000.
Now they're doubling it andthen, if you're not paying it,
they're taking your home.
Speaker 15 (55:24):
Shouldn't you know
how this money is being spent,
especially in those countiesthat have seen dramatic
increases in their state budgets?
Now we are working with theFlorida legislature to get more
prescriptive authority to beable to go in and conduct audits
of these local governments sothat taxpayers get the full
picture of what's going on.
Speaker 9 (55:45):
But until that, day
Andrea houses tax dollars are
children's futures and they'resitting back thinking what
difference does it make?
Speaker 15 (55:55):
Yeah, it happens.
Counties that are willing tostep up and ask for these audits
are really leading by example, and you know you can have all
your ducks in a row.
There's always things that youcan do better, and so I think
Bay County stepping up, doingwhat they did, really sets a
strong example for othercounties throughout the state of
Florida.
Now we are going to be workingon providing relief from the
(56:18):
property tax situation.
It's very important given howthat's pinched.
So many homeowners, particularlyour senior citizens, who have
their homes paid off and theybought it 30 years ago for a
certain amount.
Now they're being told it'sworth so much more and they have
to pony up more and more money.
It's almost like they have topay rent to the government just
to be able to enjoy theirproperty, and that's wrong and
(56:39):
we need to do something about it.
We're also going to continue towork with these cities and
counties voluntarily over theensuing weeks and months, but we
really hope to be able todeliver some serious, serious
audits, working with the Floridalegislature, of what's going on
in these local governments.
I thank Bay County for whatthey did and I know there's
(57:00):
going to be other counties thatare going to step up to the
plate.
Speaker 9 (57:06):
So here's what these
counties are doing and here's
what ron desantis is asking themto do.
He wants doge to come in andhave them analyze their wasteful
spending and see if they cancut expenses, if they can cut
expenses to the point where theydon't need to collect property
taxes anymore.
(57:26):
The government nails you, man.
I mean, we fought an Americanrevolution over a tax on tea,
over the Stamp Act, which was atax on every piece of paper, and
now we live in a society whereyou're not only taxed on
(57:49):
everything, you're taxed again.
You're taxed on the money youget, and then on the money you
spend and on things that you buy, and then, at the end of the
year, you have to know how muchyou owe, or whether or not
you're even, if not, federalprison, what?
Or we're taking your home, whatso?
(58:12):
That was Ron DeSantis back inMarch, and here's him recently.
Speaker 15 (58:15):
They're citizens to
higher taxes, such as higher
property taxes, to pay for thesespending habits, and you know
these property taxes.
It's like you buy a home, youbuy land.
Maybe you buy the home outright, but maybe you pay off a
mortgage over 30 years and then, okay, you've paid off the
mortgage, you bought the land.
(58:36):
You've been taxed many times.
It's like is it your propertyor not?
Just for being on your property, you got to write a check to
the government every year, soyou're basically paying rent to
the government to live on yourown property and our homestead
exemption is not strong enoughto help these folks because the
property gets assessed so high.
(58:56):
And that's the thing.
If you buy a home for $300,000and you know there's certain tax
, well then, what?
10 years later they say it'sworth $700,000.
And so there's homestead stuffthat helps protect you to a
certain extent, but you'repaying more and a lot of people
can't afford that.
So I think that that's a bigissue and I know we're going to
(59:17):
be really looking at ways tobring people relief from that,
because I think it's been reallysomething that's pinching a lot
of homeowners, particularlyseniors on fixed income.
But the reality is is peoplehave seen and this is not the
state.
We don't control this.
We've not allowed any of thatstuff to happen.
We've been cutting taxes, butpeople have seen their property
tax liability go up over theselast years because the property
(59:41):
is being assessed higher andhigher, and the reality is is
you don't really know how muchyour home is worth until someone
offers you money and is willingto pull the trigger on a sale.
That's how a market works.
You can say it's worth thismuch, but if no one's willing to
come and offer you that much, then why should you pay taxes on
that amount?
And so there's a lot of thingsthat need to be done with that.
Speaker 9 (01:00:04):
Taxation is theft.
If you don't pay your taxes, the government comes after you
with a gun.
If you don't want to go withthem and you want to fight back,
they'll kill you.
Taxation is theft.
You have to pay it or,essentially, die.
I mean, our founding fatherswere very much against this.
(01:00:25):
The United States of Americawas founded on the principle of
limited taxation or no taxation.
Without representation, yeah, Iget it, we're represented Kind
of.
But are we Considering how theydraw the census maps?
That's about as effective as asoup sandwich.
(01:00:47):
That's about as effective as asoup sandwich.
I hope that we can go ahead andget property taxes eliminated
nationwide.
At the federal level.
The government should say astate doesn't have the right to
tax somebody on their property.
That's ludicrous.
That's absolutely insane.
When I was stationed at CampLejeune in North Carolina, they
have property taxes on theirvehicles.
(01:01:08):
I thought that was the craziestthing in the world to me.
I had to pay taxes based on howmuch my vehicle costs every
year.
Then why would I buy a nicevehicle?
That's stupid.
Just, I'll pay a registration, even registration, all right.
Well, we're getting way toodeep.
We're going to have to savethat for another show.
But thank you very much fortuning in.
