The American culture war reaches new battlegrounds as we examine three remarkable stories shifting the nation's landscape. First, we dive into Cracker Barrel's dramatic renovation plans that have loyal customers up in arms. The beloved Southern restaurant chain's CEO claims "overwhelmingly positive" feedback despite apparent backlash, raising questions about authenticity versus corporate survival in today's market. Will your favorite breakfast still exist when the dust settles?

Next, we explore the troubling case of a woman arrested after explicitly threatening President Trump's life on social media—then doubling down when interviewed by Secret Service. This incident forces us to confront difficult questions about free speech boundaries and whether certain rhetoric crosses into criminal territory, especially following two assassination attempts against the former president.

Most significantly, we break down President Trump's unprecedented federal takeover of Washington DC's police department through Section 740 of the Home Rule Act. This constitutionally-permitted move deploys 800 National Guard troops to the nation's capital in what Trump called "Liberation Day in DC." The action signals a dramatic shift in federal-local relations and potentially foreshadows accountability measures against those who previously targeted the administration.

Throughout these stories runs a common thread: America's institutions are undergoing profound realignment. Whether in private business, law enforcement approaches to political threats, or the relationship between federal and local government, traditional boundaries are being rewritten before our eyes. This isn't just news—it's a window into how power dynamics are fundamentally changing in real-time.

Speaker 3 (03:57):
It is 9 o'clock, we're about to kick this off and
we are about to get started.
There's a bunch of stuff goingon in the news, as always, and
we're going to talk about ithere.
We're going to do something alittle bit different.
We're going to try to stay awayfrom the major headlines and
hit those secondary headlinestonight to see if we can tap
into something that noteverybody is talking about.

(04:21):
So here we go is talking about.
So here we go.
Three topics, one hour.
The first topic is going to beCracker Barrel.
What the heck are they doing?
They are revamping the entirething.
People are losing their mindsabout it.
Is it a good thing?
That's the question.
Or are we just uncomfortablewith change?

(04:44):
That's something that we needto figure out.
Number two is going to be theDC takeover.
Yeah, it's big news, butthere's some little updates
we're going to go over.
And then a woman has beenarrested for threatening to kill
Donald Trump.
All of that coming right up.

Speaker 4 (05:10):
Hey Ryan, I just stare.
Ryan Donald Trump.
Jr.
Hush to see you.

Speaker 6 (05:15):
Hey everybody, I want y'all to check out a fellow
Marines ball camp, my name isTed Nugent and I got a call from
my buddy, ryan F Samuels, andhe wants me to tell you that
he's a working hard, playingall-American son of a b**** who
is celebrating God familycountry.

Speaker 3 (05:56):
Recently, the CEO of Cracker Barrel came out and said
that they were going to revampthe entire restaurant world of
Cracker Barrel, and the menu too.
So are they going to haveMama's French Toast Breakfast?
Because if not, I'm going to beone pissed off customer.
But the CEO is taking seriousheat about this, as is Cracker

(06:19):
Barrel, and for years upon years, upon years, cracker Barrel has
not changed the way that theydo things.
Okay, that is the question Isthis a good thing or is it a bad
thing?
For me, personally, it's a badthing.
I love Cracker Barrel.
I go to Cracker Barrel all thetime.
Mama's French Toast Breakfastis probably one of the best

(06:42):
breakfasts ever created.
Mama's French Toast breakfastis probably one of the best
breakfasts ever created.
So is the Country Boy breakfast?
Their biscuits are fire.
If they get rid of theirbiscuits and gravy, I'm going to
lose my mind.
I will shed a tear.
This used to be a great countrywhere you can get proper
biscuits and gravy, and you getit at Cracker Barrel.
This is a staple in the South.
Cracker Barrel, it really is.

(07:04):
Yes, it's a big, massive chainand usually Southerners don't
like that.
But Cracker Barrel is different.
Cracker Barrel's, homey CrackerBarrel.
There's some warm, comfortingfeeling like you're in your
grandma's country kitchen andthey're making you incredible
things to eat.
So here is the CEO.
Everybody's giving her crap.

(07:26):
Let's hear what she has to sayabout what she's doing.

Speaker 7 (07:32):
Question.
I think I probably know theanswer.
What if all the customers arecoming at you hard enough about
the look of the restaurant andthey want to go back to the old
way?
Would you do it?

Speaker 4 (07:42):
Honestly, the feedback's been overwhelmingly
positive, that people like whatwe're doing.
I'll give you another soundbite.

Speaker 3 (07:48):
Okay.
So she's saying that thefeedback is overwhelmingly
positive.
It's overwhelmingly positive inher tiny little bubble of
existence.
I can tell you Billy Joe andCharlotte are not happy with
this and Charlotte are not happywith this.
They're not happy with this.
The regular American family isnot happy with an updated

(08:10):
Cracker Barrel.
The whole point of CrackerBarrel is that it's outdated.
That's the whole point.
Nobody wants to go into amodern Cracker Barrel with, you
know, sharp-edged corners on theroof and a square like useless
thing.
She's getting her informationfrom the people that work for
her.
Listen.

Speaker 4 (08:30):
I actually happened to be in Orlando last week with
all of our managers.
We bring them together and onceevery other year and the number
one question that I got asked,Michael, was how can I get a
remodel?
When can I get a remodel?
How do I get on the list?
So, because the feedback andthe buzz is so good, not only
from our customers but from ourteam members, they want to work
in a wonderful restaurant.

Speaker 3 (08:50):
So your team members are stroking you off because
you're the CEO.
They're stroking you offbecause you're the CEO.
They're not actually excitedabout this.
Nobody is.
This is heartbreaking.
Is what this is?
This is devastating.

(09:11):
Here they're even changing thelogo and, surprise, surprise,
they're getting rid of the whiteguy.
Cracker Barrel is removing thewhite guy, keeping the same font
and just changing the shapeever so slightly.
This is the new Cracker Barrellogo and they're getting rid of

(09:34):
the old country store slogan.
They probably make more moneyfrom their country store than
they do from their restaurant.
This is unacceptable.
As far as I'm concerned, CrackerBarrel is the greatest place on
earth.
It's like Disneyland forbreakfast.
When I was a kid and we used togo on road trips Because I'm

(09:59):
from New York we used to stop atCracker Barrel and I swear it
was like Going to Disney World.
This isn't AI.
This is a computer mock-up ofwhat they're looking to do with
Cracker Barrel.
That's not it.
Look at that.

(10:20):
There's just.
It's gone.
All of the cool stuff on thewalls is gone.
It looks like a friggin'Denny's.
All right.
So here's the CEO of CrackerBarrel.
She's got Rachel Maddow glasseson.

(10:43):
That doesn't mean that she'ssuper liberal.
In fact, I haven't really beenable to find much on that and
I've researched just a littlebit.
So she looks super liberal.
She went to Stanford Law.
She probably is super liberal, but as of right now that really
hasn't come out.
Could she be influenced by thewoke mind virus?

(11:06):
I don't know.
I just want to make sure theydon't get rid of mama's French
toast breakfast and biscuits andgravy, and I'll be and we'll be
fine.
This is another thing thatpeople are posting with her, the
Cracker Barrel LGBTQ plusalliance supporting home office
and field employees to bringtheir whole selves to work while

(11:28):
strengthening Cracker Barrel'srelationship with the LGBTQ plus
community.
I never understood this and Istill don't get this.
Just stay out of it.
Just stay out of it.
Why are you getting involved inpolitics?
If you own a restaurant?
Don't support anybody.
That's a political hot button.
I mean nobody, nothing, not asingle thing.

(11:52):
Don't do Black Lives Matter, because now, when you're trying
to remodel your restaurant, thisis the crap that people throw
back in your face and theconcern I I think for people,
and probably the assumption frompeople, is that they think this
is some woke leftist lib who istrying to erase a part of white

(12:16):
culture.
I think that that is theconcern.
Now, there's one thing thatthis CEO her name is Julie
Massino, by the way faced whenshe took it over.
She came from Taco Bell, shecame from Taco Bell to Cracker
Barrel and this is the problemshe faced.

(12:37):
This is her with Jim Cramer.
Now, don't ever take JimCramer's advice on stocks unless
you're going to do the opposite.
Let's listen.

Speaker 9 (12:46):
But also warning you to stay away from the stock
because it seems destined for anasty dividend cut.
Sure enough, a couple weekslater Cracker Barrel slashed its
dividend by roughly 80%.
They had telegraphed it.
The stock instantly lost nearly15% of its value before
spending the next two monthstrending lower.
By the time it bought about twoweeks ago, this thing was down
more than 30 percent from whereI covered it in early may and
down 50 percent for the year.
So keep your bat on theshoulder.

(13:06):
It's been the right call so far.
But what about now?
Crackerbrow's gotten thedividend cut out of the way?
We've learned more detailsabout the turnaround plan.
I think it's real includes astore remodeling program and a
menu refresh.
Both have to be done.
Well, it could take two orthree years to play out.
That's emphasis.
They've got to get them thatyou got to give them that time.
The story doesn't mean thestock won't rally.

Speaker 3 (13:23):
This was a year ago.
This was a year ago.

Speaker 9 (13:26):
Ahead of time, anticipation to come back,
especially after this hugepullback.
Don't take it from me, let's gostraight to the source.
It's very exciting for me,julie Buccino.
She's the new president and CEOof Cracker Barrel Old Country
Store.
One more, ms Buccino.
Welcome to Mad mine on Clintonin New Jersey 78.
Really good one, and all weknow is is that we want it

(13:48):
preserved, but we also want itfixed.
Difficult to do both.

Speaker 4 (13:52):
isn't it, it is, it is.
That's our goal.
Our goal is to take what peoplelove about Cracker Barrel and
open the aperture a little bitso that more people love Cracker
Barrel.

Speaker 3 (14:01):
So she, she was brought on because, basically,
it was failing right, the stockwas plummeting, it was failing.
Guys, let me know if we're liveon Facebook.
I'm not seeing us live onFacebook, but we should be, so I
don't understand why wewouldn't be.
Drop a comment and let me know, anyway, yeah.
So here we are.

(14:21):
Here we are, we're trying to.
Yeah, I think we're going livenow.
So everybody seems to think thatthis is some liberal agenda.
Okay, is it?
I don't know.
It definitely could be.
Man, we've seen it so much.

(14:41):
It's easy to make thatassumption.
Man, we've seen it so much,it's easy to make that
assumption.
But if the business is notperforming with the old country
store and you need to change it,you need to change it.
That's just business.
Now I understand that nobodylikes change.
I don't like change.
I'm not a fan of change.
That's not what I want.
But it's not what we want.

(15:03):
It's what investors want.
So if investors are losingtheir money and not getting a
return on their investmentbecause people aren't stopping
there, maybe because it'soutdated, then maybe it needs to
be changed.

Speaker 4 (15:20):
We want to appeal to all generations.

Speaker 9 (15:22):
Right now, the greatest turn I've seen in
restaurants was was Panera, where Ron Shake legendarily said
listen, came on the show.

Speaker 3 (15:29):
Notice how they don't have the white guy on the
Cracker Barrel on the set either.
That is interesting to me.

Speaker 9 (15:34):
They're just going to cry.
So look, this is my son said myplace is a mosh pit.
I can't look at my own place.
We redoing everything.
I kept begging him to tell mehow's it going.
How's it going?
He did a whole new redo.
He went to Charlotte.
You're doing something similarwhen it comes to your company.

Speaker 4 (15:48):
Yeah Well, as you mentioned, we're in the
beginning phases of our threeyear plan.
So 25 fiscal 25, which startsfor us in a couple of weeks, is
going to be an investment yearand we're investing a couple
around a couple of key pillars.
So one, as you mentioned, isthe remodels.
We've got four right now inTennessee, four different
versions.

Speaker 3 (16:05):
So they're doing four in Tennessee.
Good luck.
I don't think it's going towork out for them.
I don't.
If I wanted a more modernremodel, I would just go to Bob
Evans, which is a knockoffCracker Barrel anyway.
Crack or barrel anyway.

(16:30):
But there's no way.
I don't like it and that's okay.
I don't have to like it.
I'm just concerned that it maybe, in fact, some liberal agenda
that's going on.
We're going to stay on top ofthat.
We're going to keep everybodyupdated on that and we're going
to follow that closely and seehow it goes.
Now, this is not a situationwhere Cracker Barrel is going

(16:52):
woke, going broke.
They didn't hire Dylan Mulvaneyto sell their pancakes or any
of these left-wing loonies to dotheir bidding.
They also didn't, do you know, sponsor anything psychotic.
Yeah, they did an LGBTQcommunity post, I guess.
But I mean everybody does thatduring Pride Month for

(17:13):
businesses.
So not that I agree with that.
We already established that.
So, before we go any further, make sure you hit that like,
share and subscribe button.
Don't forget to follow us onfacebook and twitter.
I know we got a bunch of peopleon twitter right now.
Make sure that you guys hitthat, that share button and
subscribe, if you can.

(17:34):
Tommy, how are you?
Good evening.
Thanks for coming in, cat, welcome back.
I appreciate you guys.
You guys are just awesome everynight.
But Cracker Barrel, we'll seewhere that goes.
This next news story is a littleinteresting, so before I show

(17:56):
this, hang on, I need to showwhat's going on here.
Okay, on here.
Okay, there's a lady who madethreats to kill President Trump
and she was arrested.
Okay, now, when I was a formerpolice officer, right, so, I was

(18:19):
a Jacksonville sheriff for avery short period of time I
always have to disclaimer thatit was only two years, but I was
a patrol officer, I was on thestreet.
So, in the state of Florida, inorder to arrest somebody for
what is considered assault, right, which is a threat, right,
assault is words, battery ishands, fists, physical contact.
Now, in order to arrestsomebody for that, they would

(18:41):
have to say it very specificallyand that you would have to have
the means to do it.
For instance, if you'restanding outside and you're
yelling at somebody, I'm goingto hit you over the head with a
baseball bat and you don't havea baseball bat, well then,
that's not assault, because thethreat cannot probably be done.
Right, it was a very hardcharge to bring.

(19:05):
Now federal law is obviouslydifferent.
We're dealing with a president.
This lady was arrested, sohere's the news story.
She kind of does an interview, but this is kind of what we have
seen, and we have seen adramatic influx in leftists
becoming more, increasingly, more and more violent.

(19:27):
That's what we have seen.
So let's look at this video ofher interviewing during a
Washington DC protest.

Speaker 10 (19:35):
Here at the White House on Saturday, we saw a
large protest gathering outside,so we walked out of the gate.

Speaker 3 (19:40):
Hey, jd, welcome back bud.

Speaker 10 (19:42):
Conducted a few interviews.
I spoke with this woman.
She even gave me her card.
Now, hours after that interview, we're learning she was
arrested for allegedly makingdeath threats against President
Trump's life online, saying shewanted to disembowel him and cut
out his trachea.
That's according to the DOJ.
Here's some of that interview.

Speaker 3 (20:01):
I mean, that's serious stuff, or is it
political free speech?
That's my question.
We're going to get back.
I'm going to put this just onthe back burner just for a
second.
Is that political free speech?
Is that political free speechif you're actually not able to
do it?
Right?

(20:22):
Federal law is different thanstate law.
But if you're actually like, ifit's not logical that you'll be
able to do it, should you beable to do it?
Right, federal law is differentthan state law.
But if you're actually like, ifit's not logical that you'll be
able to do it, should you beable to do it.
I'm not saying you should oryou shouldn't right.
I'm not taking either side.
I'm just asking questions.
Is it okay to say that withpolitical speech?
Here's the caveat.
During the American Revolution, here's the caveat.

(20:46):
During the American Revolution, the American people definitely
hung King George in effigy andI'm not the biggest Trump fan.
I'm a huge fan of him.
Now, ever since they tried topersecute him and put him in
jail, you kind of really turnedme on to him.
Thanks, democrats.
But in the beginning I was not.
I really wasn't, and not thathe's a tyrant or not even close.
I just didn't think he didn'thave any political resolve, that

(21:08):
he's not a politician, that hehas really no political
philosophy, he's a populist, butanyway.
But should that be?
Or is that protected freespeech?
That's the argument theattorney is going to make on her
behalf.
Is that it's metaphorical, it'snot serious.
She never intended to actuallydo that disemboweling.
How are you supposed to getyour hands on the president and

(21:33):
disembowel Right?
How are you supposed toactually get that done?
But let's listen to thisinterview and let's see what she
had to say.

Speaker 11 (21:44):
These COVID losses where people are manipulated out
of just safe and effectivevaccines to the point of doubt
in this regime is completelyintolerable.
We aren't going to have aclassic regime just killing
patients in mass, driving themaway from their simple and
effective health care.

Speaker 3 (22:03):
Okay, she's talking about COVID and how Republicans
are scaring people away from theCOVID vaccine.
This lady is not even in theknow of what is happening in the
United States.
She's still stuck in 2020.
She's still stuck in 2020.
She hasn't even got the news ofwhat happened with all of the

(22:28):
crap since COVID.
She hasn't even gotten the news.
She is completely out of touch, completely brainwashed and
obviously if she's makingthreats like that.
But let's listen to the rest ofthe interview.

Speaker 11 (22:42):
It's unconscionable.
It's not a political issue.
This should be health care.
It never should have been madepartisan.
It's a tragedy for the UnitedStates of America.
This regime has to go with thewhole of the military.
You do not deploy the militaryagainst the American people.

Speaker 3 (22:58):
Well, you can't deploy the military against the
American people.
She's right about that.
There's a law called possecomitatus.
However, the National Guard isnot little loophole for the
federal government.
But the National Guard is notthe military.
The law is posse comitatus.
Okay, we could do a wholeepisode.

(23:19):
We could spend a whole episodeon that and how the federal
government circumvents possecomitatus at every chance that
it gets, no matter who's inoffice.
It's not the political partythat's corrupted, it's the power
that corrupts.
So, yeah, she's right aboutthat, but not the National Guard
.
So she doesn't.
Again, she doesn't know whatshe's talking about.
Every Democratic president hascalled the National Guard at

(23:41):
least once during theiradministration.
I think every president.
I don't think there's ever beena president since the National
Guard was formed that didn'tcall it.
That didn't call the NationalGuard.
Okay, let's listen.

Speaker 11 (23:54):
We will not be suppressed.
We will not exist in anauthoritarian regime.
We will not accept fascism.

Speaker 10 (24:00):
During that interview.

Speaker 3 (24:01):
We will not accept fascism.
Okay, you don't know whatfascism is.
You're talking out of your ass.

Speaker 10 (24:06):
We had no idea that this woman was already under
investigation.
She had done this voluntaryinterview on Friday, august 15th
, with the United States SecretService, where she told them
that she believed PresidentTrump was a terrorist and a Nazi
and that she wanted to use abladed object, to quote carry
out her mission.
Now, as of now, jones has notentered any kind of plea as
Judge Jeanine, I just wanted tolike.

Speaker 3 (24:27):
All right.
So Jeanine Piro, which is agood friend of the Don't
Unfriend Me show if you everwatched that.
I haven't spoken to her yet,but I plan to.
But Janine Pirro is the USattorney for the District of
Columbia.
Okay, trump appointee, he likesto appoint very famous people.
Obviously she's going to throwthe book at this lady.

(24:49):
She's going to throw the bookat this lady and they going to
throw the book at this lady andthey're going to do everything
they can to lock her up.
They're not going to tolerateTrump's threats against
President Trump's life.
Now I'm going to give you a whyto that.
Okay, I'm just here to be.
I'm not going to take one sideor the other on this issue, but

(25:14):
the rhetoric that led up to the2024 election is what had Donald
Trump receive two assassinationattempts, one that was an inch
away from successfulness?
Was all the calls for violence?
Was all the calls for DonaldTrump's death?
That is what it was.

(25:35):
It was the left screaming abouttheir imminent danger and
imminent loss of democracy, andyou're going to lose 100% of
your rights.
You're not going to make itanywhere because Donald Trump is
a terrorist and Donald Trump isagainst all of you as citizens

(25:58):
of the country.
He basically wants to end yourlife, tommy.
Well, she doubled down whenSecret Service interviewed her.
Yeah, that was pretty foolish.
That was pretty foolish.
You could tell by the way shespeaks.
There's obviously somethingwrong with her.
She's not like normal way shespeaks.
There's obviously somethingwrong with her.
She's not like normal.
She doesn't have she definitelyhas some sort of what appears

(26:20):
to be autism.
To me could maybe not I couldbe completely wrong, but that's
exactly what it looks like andwhat it sounds like.
She she has something going onwith her speech.
Let's rewind it and listen toit.
She's not all there, but youknow, most people who believe
that Donald Trump is a fascistis not there.

(26:41):
Let's listen again.

Speaker 10 (26:42):
In an interview we're learning, she was arrested
for allegedly making deaththreats against President
Trump's life online, saying shewanted to disembowel him and cut
out his trachea.
That's according to the DOJ.

Speaker 3 (26:53):
That's not reasonable .
She's never going to be able todo that.
I'm conflicted, I really am.
That's like she's not going tobe able to do that.
Now, a bomb threat?
Yeah, basically anybody canmake a bomb, that's.
You know, I get that.
But this is like a veryspecific threat and seems almost

(27:15):
like an emotional plea ratherthan an actual threat.
But again, this type ofbehavior by the left has caused
two assassination attempts forDonald Trump.
So I don't blame the SecretService, Jeanine Pirro, to take
it seriously, because theDemocrats have wanted him killed

(27:36):
and attempted to get killedbefore.
So let's listen to her again.

Speaker 11 (27:39):
Here's some of that interview To have these COVID
losses where people aremanipulated out of just safe and
effective vaccines to the pointof death in this regime is
completely intolerable.

Speaker 3 (27:51):
Completely intolerable.
There's something wrong withher that he's driving people
away from the COVID vaccine Likeshe's like.
What are you talking about?

Speaker 11 (28:13):
It's a tragedy for the United States of America.
This regime has to go the wholeof the country.
You do not deploy the militaryagainst the American people.

Speaker 3 (28:23):
You can hear like there's something wrong.
There's something wrong withher.

Speaker 11 (28:27):
We will not be suppressed.
We will not exist in anauthoritarian regime.
We will not accept fascism.

Speaker 3 (28:34):
She's just repeating all the crap that everybody
tells her online.
That's all she's doing.
She's just repeating all of thecrap that everybody tells her
online.
And you know, I'm sure if shecould get her hands on Donald
Trump, she probably would hurthim or she would chicken out.

(28:55):
But I don't know.
You guys tell me, put it in thecomments, send in.
If you're listening on thepodcast and you're not watching
live, you can text into the showyour opinion and I will read it
on the air.
I rarely get those because mostpeople that watch the show

(29:16):
watch it live.
But, like right now, we havelike 350 people on across all
channels.
So, thank you guys, but the isthis taking it too far?
That's my question.
Is this the right going afterfree speech?

(29:37):
We'll see what they do with it.
I mean, they may not actuallypersecute her.
They did arrest her.
They can do that.
They could just trip allcharges.
Raley says President Trumpthree hearts, raley.
Democrats are so, soembarrassing.
Yeah, they are.
They're incredibly embarrassing.
They're not even embarrassing,just cringeworthy.

(30:02):
They're so wrong.
I mean that's literally thebest definition for Democrats to
give.
They're wrong.
They're embarrassingly wrong.
They're so off the pulse of thecountry.
This is a Fox News alert of thestory.

Speaker 8 (30:27):
An Indiana woman now facing federal charges after
making death threats towardPresident Trump.
The DOJ says Natalie Rose Jonesposted on social media earlier
this month that she was quotewillingly willing to
sacrificially kill the presidenton set, and on Saturday she was
arrested in DC after admittingto Secret Service that she did

(30:49):
make those threats.

Speaker 3 (30:52):
I don't know why she would admit.
Man, you got a right to remainsilent for a reason.
Use it.
I mean, they exist.
The police are not your friend.
Just a little piece of advice.
I don't care what you think, Idon't care how good of a citizen
you are, the police are notyour friend.
I don't care.
You don't talk to cops.

(31:12):
I am a cop.
I am a former cop, no longer acop.
I am a former cop.
You don't talk to cops, period.
I know you think, oh yeah, I'ma good citizen, I'm going to
help them out.
That's what happened with theJanuary Sixers.
They were all patriots and theywere all like yeah, we love
America, man, we love you guys.
The FBI is great.

(31:33):
The FBI is the best.
We're here to help you guys.
I'll tell you anything you wantto know.
Yeah, I walked into the Capitol.
Yeah, I went in there.
I didn't break anything.
The door was already open andthey let us in.
Oh great, you're going tofederal prison for the rest of
your life.
You have a right to remainsilent for a reason.
Use it.

(31:54):
They can't and they won't goafter you for exercising your
Fifth Amendment right.
You don't have to talk toanybody and they will lie to you
to try to get you to talk.
So this is a perfect example.
Keep your mouth shut.

(32:14):
I don't think she was a crediblethreat.
I think she's nuts.
I think it's symbolic for thetrump administration to go after
this person to say, hey, thiskind of this kind of things are
not going to be tolerated by the, by the trump administration.
I don't agree with it, but itdepends on what they do with it.

(32:35):
Just because they arrested herdoes not mean they're going to
lock her up for the rest of herlife or throw the book at her
for 20 years.
If she gets arrested and theyput her on probation and she has
to go to anger managementclasses or something along those
lines.
Yeah, you know you can'tthreaten to kill people, but if
you're going to use the entireweight of the federal government

(32:58):
to crush one individual whomade a threat, who doesn't have
the ability to carry out thethreat, that's a different story
.
Man, I'm sorry.
That's I'm sorry, but we'll seewhat they do with it now.
The democrats completely threwthe book at the january sixers

(33:19):
and I am all about donald trumpgetting freaking payback man, I
really am.
I like 100 support donald trump, just completely eliminating
the democratic party.
Unfortunately, the federalgovernment has grown so out of
control that whoever's in officethe other party is scared.

(33:41):
It shouldn't be that way.
The federal governmentshouldn't have so much power
that one political party shouldbe scared.
But Democrats are the ones whocreated all of this power.
The Democrats are the ones whohave grown the federal
government completely beyondrecognition.
So let's, this is.

(34:03):
I think.
She put this on Twitter.
This is her name.
It's like Nathalie, not Natalie, but Nathalie.
This is what she posted.
This is either Twitter orFacebook, but she put this up.
This is her in Washington DC.
This is August 6th, the FederalBureau of Investigation.

(34:25):
Okay, let's say you have anelected official, perhaps you
are an American citizen, evenand let's say you have rights
and you would like to berepresented.
Perhaps you place a call to theindividual's office.
Perhaps you make a comment onsocial media.
Perhaps you email the office ona web form.
Then, feeling unheard, youprotest somehow.

(34:48):
Here's where we are.
I literally told the FBI infive states today that I am
willing to sacrificially killthis POTUS by disemboweling him
and cutting out his trachea, with Liz Cheney and all the
affirmation presentation.
And you did not come to my homethis way at all.
Let's deal with this andrestore domestic tranquility.

(35:11):
So look, what is our limit ofthe First Amendment.
What do you need for me toremind the Supreme Court of the
United States that we will notbe terrorized by leadership?
By invoking the SecondAmendment, I'm just trying to
say don't kill people in massunnecessarily.
What do you hear?
Let's finish planning thisarrest and removal ceremony.

(35:34):
Now.
Immigration, and she's taggingICE, the FBI.
The Supreme Court of the UnitedStates Knows that this country
isn't going to continue withcruel and unusual punishments.
Okay, there is no cruel andunusual punishments with ICE.
Okay, we can have aconversation about cruel and
unusual punishments, but thisisn't it.

(35:55):
Department of Homeland Securitythis is her tagging them Knows
that I have to defend my AARPpatients who have been
terrorized and will not beinduced into psychotic hysteria
nationwide To die by thisadministration.
Psychotic hysteria nationwideto die by this administration.
So please just have WoodlandField Station for my father's

(36:19):
family.
Chris Bavender fromIndianapolis.
New York City FBI to writer.
San Diego FBI for guys who wantblowjobs.
Cia nationwide but can't at allshow up for marriage or for
real sober.
And Chicago FBI for my belovedhome of 15 years, all come to

(36:43):
the White House.
Now let's be coordinating thisarrest for Donald Trump Jr's
sorry, djt's terrorism and theAmerican people at the White
House and then tagging the WhiteHouse.
Okay, does that sound like asane individual to you?
No, which is why they made thearrest Because they're not going

(37:06):
to take any chances, and I getthat.
We'll see what they do withthat arrest.
It's going to be interesting tosee, and it's a media story
that could just go ham and justgo away, or they can drag it out
for the next I don't know fiveor ten years and let her be a
martyr for the Democratic Partyand see just how far the

(37:33):
Republicans are going to pushthis.
I mean, that's what we're goingto see, okay, and I'm not
really sure exactly which waythat's going to go, but we're
going to follow it.
I don't think anything's goingto come off of it.
I think this is going to be itand there's going to be
absolutely nothing left todiscuss with this situation left

(37:57):
to discuss with this situation.
So Donald Trump has taken overDC.
Okay, for those of you thatwatch this show, you know I'm
like a hardcore anti-federalgovernment type of person.
I am against.
I think I think the NationalGuard is a is a clever loophole
to overcome posse comitatus.
I think it is unjust andunconstitutional, however it
exists.
But when it comes to WashingtonDC, washington DC in the

(38:25):
Constitution is under thefederal government's control,
primarily Congress.
So that's different.
This is not Donald Trump goingafter New York City, where
citizens vote for their localelectors.
They do it in Washington DC too.
However, washington DC belongsto the federal government.

(38:49):
So, yeah, this is all legal, this is all legal and Washington
DC is completely out of controland crime-ridden.
And one of the sheriffs came out, or the law enforcement people
came out and said, oh, look atthe crime statistics, look at
the crime statistics, our crimeis down.
Let me tell you something.
This is me, as a former policeofficer.

(39:11):
You cannot trust crimestatistics because officers and
any officers who are watching ifyou want to disagree with me,
go ahead, but you're full ofcrap Officers receive orders on
how to log in or log out ofcalls from their commanders in

(39:33):
an effort to manipulate crimestatistics.
I'll give you an example.
If we got a call that there wasa burglar at this address and
was it a burglary Was the windowjust broken.
Did they actually go in, right?

(39:56):
So they want you to report thecrime down.
So, instead of a burglary right, if there's nothing missing or
you can get away with it youmark it down to just an alarm
that went off.
So now it's not an actual crime, it's just an alarm that went
off.
Okay, these are things thatyou're instructed to do by your

(40:17):
superiors.
Okay.
Also, in some incidents, if theywant more funding, that what
the?
The one you went from a monthbefore is now.
What would have been a just anormal alarm or a signal 32 is
now.
Oh man, that was a horribleburglary.

(40:38):
We need to put that in there.
And then when the crime statsgo up, the budgets go up and you
need more cops.
So if you're tired or you knowworking all the time and you
don't have enough people, youknow, so you can't trust it.
If it's crap in, it's crap out.
That's just the way that thesystem works, man.
It's political, it's policeunions, it's your senior

(41:02):
sergeants, your lieutenants,your chiefs.
They're trying to make namesfor themselves.
They're trying to say that youknow we're getting crime.
Ever since I took over, crimehas been down.
It's all BS.
Man, you can't believe any ofit.
What you can believe is whathappens to people when they walk
down the street.
And Washington DC is absolutelycrime ridden and it has been

(41:23):
forever.
This is nothing new.
It's a Democrat run city andDemocrat run cities are garbage
and they're crime ridden.
So Donald Trump took over, tookback control into the federal
government, where it belongs perthe Constitution.
Let's listen.

Speaker 6 (41:41):
I'm announcing a historic action to rescue our
nation's capital from crime, bloodshed, bedlam and squalor
and worse.
This is Liberation Day in DCand we're going to take our
capital back.
We're taking it back under theauthorities vested in me as the

(42:01):
president of the United States.
I'm officially invoking Section740 of the District of Columbia
Home Rule Act you know whatthat is and placing the DC
Metropolitan Police Departmentunder direct federal control,
and you'll be meeting the peoplethat will be directly involved
with that Very good people, butthey're tough and they know

(42:26):
what's happening and they'vedone it before.
In addition, deploying theNational Guard to help
re-establish law, order andpublic safety in Washington DC,
and they're going to be allowedto do their job properly.
I'm announcing a historicaction.

Speaker 3 (42:42):
That's his announcement and it's 100% legal
.
It's 100% legal.
The things that Donald Trump isdoing is he is trying to
eliminate the Democratic Partyforever.
That's literally what he'strying to do and I love it.

(43:03):
I do not think that theDemocratic Party has a right to
exist after all of the thingsthat they have done, After what
they tried to do to Donald Trumpwhen they tried to arrest him
and put him in jail, the Russiahoax and this is somebody who
was a hardcore libertarian,anti-government, anti-Republican

(43:23):
or Democrat.
I now am basically a Republican.
So they created all of this, and guys like me are a dime a
dozen.
We're everywhere.
So here's CNN reporting on thisas some sort of Gestapo.
Why is that video so small?
As some sort of Gestapo event.

(43:46):
Let me try to zoom in and seeif that helps.

Speaker 12 (44:04):
We're going to watch it anyway.
So the question is does thesituation actually warrant such
a dramatic and provocativeresponse or, as gavin newsom,
the governor of california, says, oh, it's gavin newsom says.

Speaker 3 (44:14):
Back to gavin newsom.
I would really like not tomention that name on my show
every night.

Speaker 12 (44:19):
Is DC just the first step of militarizing cities
like dictators do?
Cnn legal analyst Joey Jacksonjoins us in our fifth seat.
It's an obvious point why Trumpwould start with DC.
Because DC?

Speaker 3 (44:34):
Now the reason he's starting with D because DC is
illegal, because it's under thefederal government's control.
He's invoking one of DC's laws.
This isn't like he took overNew York city or or Los Angeles.
I would be outraged, I would beup in arms and I'd be screaming

(44:57):
about it and I would be callinghim completely out of control
and a tyrant.
But I'm not, because this islegal.
He can do this.
This is not a slippery slope.
He has no legal precedent to doit anywhere else.

Speaker 12 (45:08):
It's the one place in this country where there's a
little bit more leeway to dothis.

Speaker 7 (45:16):
But I think the question people are asking
themselves is is this a trialrun for more?
So it could be All right.
So there's a couple ofconsiderations, abby.
The first, of course, political, and that's a story, I think
that needs to be talked aboutwhether it's warranted, whether
it's appropriate you played theclip there.
If crime is down and of coursesome suggest it's down lowest in
30 years is this necessary?
The next is the.
Those are the crime statisticsthat they're talking about,

(45:43):
which are always bs.
They're never accurate, legal.
So there's two things to lookat with respect to whether it's
legal.
The first thing is dc, we allknow is very different from any
other american city.
Why?
Because congress has enactedlegislation to allow it to be
largely under federal control.
What do you go practically?
It means practically thatCongress essentially could do
whatever it wants in terms ofoverturning anything the city
council does.
It also means that thepresident of the United States

(46:04):
is in charge of the NationalGuard.
That distinguishes DC from anyother state in the country where
you have governors that are incharge, so he clearly has more
authority.
That is the president as itrelates to doing things in DC.
The other issue, finally, iswhether or not he can usurp the
authority of the locals in termsof the police, commissioner,
the fire, etc.

(46:24):
And that is a question ofwhether there is an emergency.
So, on the one hand, nationalGuard he's the command in chief
Send them in.
On the other hand, could he nowsuggest or otherwise employ the
locals to be under federalcontrol?
That's an issue which would be.

Speaker 3 (46:43):
He can do it.
Cnn is saying that he can do it.
To me, that is enough to knowthat he can friggin' do it, that
he can frigging do it, and it'snot a trial run.
Yeah, he wants to take it overand completely annihilate

(47:04):
anybody who tried to ruin hislife.
And dude, I don't blame the guy, I mean it's self-preservation.
What are they going to do whenhe's out of office again?
They're going to come after himagain.
He has to set this whole thingup.
He's got four years.
We're three and a half moreyears to make sure he passes all
of these laws.
We have to win the House ofRepresentatives and the Senate.

(47:27):
That's where the redistrictingcomes in.
So this is all set up toprotect him and protect the
Republican Party and completelyeliminate the Democratic Party.
The Democratic Party isbasically dead.
It has one hope to rejuvenateit and that is Gavin Newsom, who
you're seeing swing thependulum back to the center and

(47:48):
try to shift to the right.
He's an existential threat tothe Republican Party, but that's
what Donald Trump is trying todo and that's what he needs to
do.
This needed to happen fordecades, but Republicans have
never had a backbone.
They've just kowtowed and boweddown and been pushovers to

(48:13):
Democratic lawmakers.
They're afraid to fight backagainst social programs out of
fear of being called racist, tofight back against DEI
initiatives out of fear of beingcalled racist.
And now, even in Donald Trump'sfirst term, he didn't really
pick the right people, he didn'treally get the job done and he

(48:36):
learned a lot of lessons.
That's the one thing aboutDonald Trump, is he he?
He learns lessons and he can100% improve his performance and
he's doing a bang up job thistime.
But there's things still like.
We're very early in thepresidency.

(48:57):
Right, he has done a lot ofthings so far.
He is building this up to makesure that the Republican Party
lasts for another 100 years.
The Democrats are going to haveto come out with another party
if they don't change their ways,if they don't start swinging
the pendulum back towards thecenter.
They're going to have to comeout with another party.
If they don't change their ways, if they don't start swinging
the pendulum back towards thecenter, they're going to lose

(49:19):
everybody and it's going to bean extremely hard thing for them
to do.
They're just so dedicated andall in and all of their people
that are going to run for officein 2028, aoc.
Bernie Sanders, gavin Newsomthey're all 100% bought into the
complete left-wing lunaticideology, although Gavin Newsom

(49:43):
is attempting to backpedal on abunch of things.
Here's another comment byDonald Trump.

Speaker 6 (49:49):
We have tremendous power at the White House to run
places when we have to.
We could run DC.
I mean, we're looking at DC.
We don't want crime in DC, wewant the city to run well.
Susie Wiles is working veryclosely with the mayor and
they're doing all right.
I mean in the sense that wewould run it so good, it would
be run so proper, we'd get thatbest person to run it, the crime

(50:13):
would be down to a minimal, would be down to a minimal,
would be much less.
And you know we're thinkingabout doing it.
To be honest with you, we wanta capital that's run flawlessly
and it wouldn't be hard for usto do it and we've had a good
relationship with the mayor andwe're testing it to see if it
works.
But New York City will runproperly.
We're going to bring New Yorkback.

(50:34):
I love New York.
We have tremendous power at theWhite House.

Speaker 3 (50:40):
I mean he does.
This is before he did it, andthat's the thing is.
He usually tells you what he'sgoing to do, but a lot of the
things he says is so outlandishyou're never going to believe
he'd actually do it.
I never thought a presidentwould ever take over Washington
DC, but I can't believe that heactually did it.
But I'm happy, I'm not mad.

(51:01):
It's 100% legal in the foundingdocuments.
That's why he's doing it.
So here's a clip from BloombergTelevision where everybody's
talking about.
You know that there's no crimeand Bloomberg Television here

(51:26):
was sorry.
We got a comment here fromRebecca Davis.
I believe it was a suddenreaction.
If they had asked her to comingout of the Walmart, it probably
would have been different, butshe will make a good example.
I think you're talking aboutthat lady that threatened Trump.
Sometimes these comments comein a little late, but yeah, no,
I gotcha, I agree.
All right, let's listen toBloomberg News and what they

(51:50):
have to say about the crime inDC.

Speaker 13 (51:56):
There have been some high incidents in Washington.
Capitol Hill staffer or anintern was shot at 7th Street,
which is a major thoroughfareright by the convention center.
And then you have, just a fewdays ago, a person affiliated
with the, with the Doge efforts,a federal government employee,
who was attacked and that isbeing investigated.

(52:17):
But what you have here is atakeover by the federal
government of Washington DCunder the Home Rule Act 800
National Guard members who willbe doing mainly traffic and
logistical support.
But this is all going to be runby Pam Bond, the attorney
general, effectively going to berunning this law enforcement
effort, and then she'll besupported by Terry Cole, the new
head of the DEA.

(52:38):
So what does this mean for MPD,the local police department?
It'll still be run by its chiefand they'll answer to the chief
, but the chief will have toanswer to Pam Bondi and answer
to Terry Cole.
This is unprecedented and whatwe know is that this sort of
follows the model that thepresident has done in other
cities.
I'm in LA right now.
You know he deployed theNational Guard to LA after the

(53:02):
immigration protest.

Speaker 3 (53:04):
Yeah.
So he deployed the NationalGuard to LA, but not to take
over the city and take over thepolice department.
He didn't federalize the policedepartment.
There is a difference.
This is just the liberal mediatrying to twist things, and it's
almost like they don't evenfully understand what's going on
.
They don't know that you can dothat with DC and they're

(53:24):
thinking that this guy is justtaking over everything.
Let's listen.

Speaker 13 (53:28):
But this move comes after Congress stripped a
billion dollars from DC's budgetand DC says they need more cops
.
The president said why do youneed more than 3,000 cops?
You can get it done, and he'sgoing to try to do this with
federal law enforcement as well.

Speaker 3 (53:45):
Yeah, good, I hope they put criminals in jail in DC
now.
That's literally what I hopethat they do.
So there was a video just toshow how active the police
presence is.
Brett Baer, who is a Fox Newshost who had a show, who was

(54:10):
actually.
We were watching that when mydaughter was born and I held her
up to the TV it's a true storyand we sent the picture into Fox
News, never heard anything.
But, yeah, my daughter was bornand I held her up to the TV
it's a true story and we sentthe picture into Fox News, never
heard anything.
But, yeah, my daughter was bornduring that and it's so active
that Brett Barrett got pulledover.
And do you know what happened?

(54:32):
Nothing, nothing.
Why did you stop me?
You were on your phone, sir.
Well, my bad, yeah, I was wrong.
No arguing, no fighting, nohandcuffs, just here's all my
license and registration andpaperwork.
And here you go and then guesswhat, he was sent on his way and

(54:56):
there was no problem.
There wasn't a nationalmemorial.

Speaker 14 (55:01):
EPA today, but I wanted to take a minute to
explain something that happenedover the weekend.
I did get stopped by a DCpolice officer.
I was driving my wife's G-Wagonand I was coming back into
Georgetown.
The phone rang.
I picked it up, the policeofficer was was there and he
pointed to pull me over, pulledover, said you can't be on your

(55:21):
phone.
Then it took me a while to findthe registration.
Wasn't my car?
The car wasn't.
The phone wasn't paired to mywife's car, so I couldn't do the
Bluetooth thing.
I he was very professional.
The police officer was was verycordial.
I was saying, yes, sir, Iapologized, found the
registration and then he gave mea ticket.

(55:44):
I said thank you, because Ididn't know there was paparazzi
across the street and listen, don't pick up your phone, don't
drive with your phone, don'ttext on your phone.
Lesson learned, and maybe I'lljust take the Metro.

Speaker 3 (56:07):
So Burt Baer is even saying he got a ticket for it.
Is he mad?
Is he trying to fighteverything?
No, he's taking accountability.
Is what he's doing?
He's taking accountability forhis own actions.
So there's been notableincidents, but none more notable

(56:33):
than the attack of Big Balls.
Now, big Balls is the nicknameof a member of Doge who was in
DC and there was a lady beingharassed by a pack of juvenile
delinquents or a pack ofsomething.
A bunch of dudes were harassingher and he went in to protect
her and I mean, he got his buttkicked.

(56:54):
So yeah, jd, yeah JD, I agree,he's definitely not going to
take the Metro.
So here let's watch this clipof John Waters with Elon Musk
and Big Balls.

Speaker 15 (57:09):
Big Balls, that should be obvious why do they
call you Big Balls?
Just said it as my linkedinusername.
Well, people on linkedin takethemselves like super seriously
and they're pretty adverse torisk and I was like, well, I

(57:31):
want to be neither of thosethings.
So I just I said it andhonestly I didn't even think
anyone would notice.

Speaker 13 (57:42):
Yeah, linkedin is so cringe.
What does Big Balls?

Speaker 15 (57:44):
do.
Right now I'm working on somepayment computer stuff.
So one of our initiatives is toroot out fraud and waste and to
do that we started looking atthe payment computers and, as
mentioned earlier, like there isno accounting of what payments
actually go to, this is themtalking about Doge and what
they're doing with Doge and howthey're cleaning up the federal
government.

Speaker 3 (58:04):
So these guys are young, but they're incredibly
intelligent.
These guys are probably some ofthe best in the country at what
they do.
But yeah, so that was big balls.
He was attacked.
They're not talking about thatin that interview, but that
that's kind of was the beginningof this.
That was the last news storythat they were like OK, we're

(58:25):
good, we're cleared, we're goodto go.
This is what we're doing.
So let's listen to this lastnews story.
Let's listen.

Speaker 16 (58:34):
This morning the nation's capital put on notice
awaiting the arrival of hundredsof National Guard troops as the
president places Washington DCunder federal control.

Speaker 6 (58:44):
This is Liberation Day in DC and we're going to
take our capital back.

Speaker 16 (58:50):
President Trump declaring a public safety
emergency in DC, placingAttorney General Pam Bondi in
charge of the DC MetropolitanPolice and activating some 800
National Guard troops the firsttime the National Guard has been
deployed to DC since after the2021 attack on the Capitol.
Overnight, the Secretary ofDefense saying they'll be ready

(59:11):
to act.

Speaker 9 (59:11):
They're going to be proactive.
If you take an action or a shotat them, there will be a
consequence.
We're not going to haveNational Guard just sitting
there like this, seeing a crimecommitted, not do something
about it.

Speaker 3 (59:21):
I love Pete Hexeth.
He's what we call a meat eaterin the military and police world
.
That's somebody that's actuallygoing to go out and do what
needs to be done.

Speaker 16 (59:35):
Guard is being deployed to assist with law
enforcement activities.
Guardsmen always have weaponsavailable, according to a US
official, but whether they willbe armed for these duties is up
to their commander.
The president is painting an.

Speaker 3 (59:49):
The National Guard is almost never armed.
They're almost never armed.
They're almost never armed.
The National Guard.
During 9-11, not during 9-11,but after 9-11, when the
National Guard was in the NewYork City subways, they had
their M-16s and they had zeroammunition in them.

(01:00:12):
They're almost never armedbecause they can't be trusted
with ammunition.
Listen in them.
They're almost never armedbecause they can't be trusted
with ammunition.
Listen, they're great people.
I love all of our troops.

(01:00:32):
The National Guard is not evenArmy Reserve.
So you got Special Forces, yougot regular Army.
You got Army Reserve.
Then you got regular army.
You got army reserve, then yougot the national guard.
They're complete part-time,weekend warriors.
I I appreciate them and Iappreciate what they do, but
they do not have enoughexperience or training to really
be trusted with live ammounless it's is a dire situation.

(01:00:53):
They have very minimal skillswith stuff, which is why, a lot
of the times, we're seeing moreand more that Marines are being
sent into situations like activeMarine, like LA right, great
people, love them.
They need more training butthey don't really have that much
time to train because they'reonly working one weekend a month

(01:01:13):
, two weeks a year.
And, yeah, I think they needmore training?
I do, but Donald Trump isofficially taken over DC.
We will see where that goes.
I wonder what the next trickhe's going to pull out of his
hat.
I think we're going to see someindictments coming down the
pipeline.
I think Letitia James is in alot of trouble with the case

(01:01:38):
that she did against DonaldTrump.
I think the DOJ is going tocome out with some sort of
indictment against her, perhapsthe judge as well.
I would love to see JudgeArshon, because that was just a
complete and utter railroad jobby the Biden administration.
Let's call it like it is.
Let's call it like it is.

(01:01:59):
It was Joe Biden and KamalaHarris meeting with these
district attorneys and the stateattorneys behind closed doors.
I think that Fannie Willis isgoing to be in a lot of trouble
too.
I think Pam Bondi is working onthis stuff, along with Dan
Bongino and Kash Patel.
I think all of those peopleshould be sitting in federal

(01:02:21):
prison for the rest of theirlives.
You do not get to utilize yourposition of power to try to
suppress your politicalopponents, and this has been
happening forever.
To think that this didn'thappen in the 1800s is you're
just naive.
This absolutely happened, butnowadays it's different.

(01:02:45):
They didn't really do it withpresidents, right?
You had a lot of presidents doa lot of bad things.
You had the Teapot Dome scandal.
There's been a lot of stuffthat's been corruption in our
government's been happeningsince day one.
Literally since day one.
It's been happening.
The notion that it hasn't iswrong and I hope Donald Trump

(01:03:12):
sets the precedence that ifyou're going to use your
political, your seat andpolitical power to go after your
political opponents, you'regoing to go to federal prison.
And yeah, I think so.
I think 100% they should go tofederal prison.
I think Pam Bondi should startsetting out indictments.
I think that Letitia Jamesshould go to federal prison.

(01:03:34):
I would love for Letitia Jamesto go to federal prison.
I would love for Letitia Jamesto go to federal prison for the
rest of her life.
I think she earned it.
I do Also Fannie Willis and herboyfriend.
When they got caught embezzlingall the money from the state
because she hired her boyfriendon the case and paid him like a

(01:03:56):
half a million dollars a year.
That could be a wrong number, but it was a lot of money.
A half a million dollars meansa lot of money, or a million
dollars it might even be morethan that.
She'll look into that and thenused his money to fund her trips
and vacations that she neverspent a dime on, so she overpaid
him so she could reap therewards of having him.

(01:04:18):
That alone is fraud, right.
Maybe not at a federal level,maybe a state level, I don't
know.
But that is it for this evening.
