She is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist + Health Coach and Maternity Health Coach who is committed to helping women strengthen the success of their health journey through self-reflection, faith-based study, and nutritional growth.
She specializes in holistic weight management, healing from emotional eating, and building stronger, healthier mommas.
We talked about all things food, from emotional eating to family health history to how to encourage and involve our children to develop healthy food habits.
