with one on one work, overwhelmed bythe grind, and ready to scale your
expertise into a business that worksfor you, then you're in the right place.

(00:23):
Each week I'll share actionabletips, inspiring success stories,
and proven strategies to help youreclaim your time, grow your income,
and create a business that deliversresults without sacrificing quality.
Let's dive in and make yourbusiness INFINITELY SCALABLE.
Hey everybody.
Welcome to today's episode of the podcast.
I am thrilled that you're here.

(00:44):
Hey, in this one I wanna talk aboutwhat it looks like for your customers
when you show up and you can givethem the big picture of where
they are on the path to success.
So often when we have createdour authority framework, we
use it to drive our business.

(01:05):
We use it to maybe train our teamor to create systems, but we forget
to not only share it with thecustomers the first time, but to
share it with them along the path.
So consider this when your customersare trying to solve a problem.
They probably have tried tosolve it on their own, right?
They've probably gone out to try andfigure out you know what the problem

(01:29):
is, how to articulate it, what theoptions are out there for fixing
it and all the different things.
So rarely do they show up in yourworld, never, you know, understanding
that they have a problem.
Right?
They've done some work around it.
So what happens is veryquickly we get overwhelmed

(01:49):
with the amount of information.
We get overwhelmed with all of thethings around trying to fix the problem.
Maybe it's a mindset challenge, right?
Like where it's like, oh, I feel likeI'm not thinking about this right?
I feel like I don't know the answer.
I've done some research andnow I'm just overwhelmed.
Maybe like now that we're in the landof AI, you've gone out to ChatGPT

(02:11):
and you've asked some questions ofChatGPT, and you get all of these
answers and you're like, okay, likethis is great and now I'm completely
overwhelmed with all of the thingsor all the possibilities that I can.
Start to implement tofix the problem, right?
So your customer is goingthrough all of these things.
They've done research, they'vefigured some things out, they've

(02:34):
done all of the things, andthey're completely overwhelmed.
What tends to happen is as you get moreand more overwhelmed, as you get more and
more kind of in the weeds of figuring outhow to start to solve a problem, right?
Maybe you start going down one road, maybe you start implementing, maybe
you, you know, you're, you're buildingyour funnel, you're building this,

(02:56):
you're doing all these things, right?
And the more and more you get downinto the weeds of action, of trying
things or doing things, the lessyou remember what the big picture
is around what you're trying to do.
So imagine if a customer comesinto your world and you give them
that big picture and you remindthem like exactly where they are.

(03:20):
On the path, on the map, on the gameboard, whatever you wanna call it.
If you keep and hold space for them to seewhere they are in the big picture, imagine
the power that that gives them when you'rereminding them of where they are, right?
So they're stuck in the minutia.

(03:40):
They're trying to do all the things.
They're listening to you, they'reimplementing, they're doing all of the
millions and millions of things thatwe have to do during a day, and you're
like, okay, great, here's where you are.
Okay, awesome, look at you finished thisstep, now let's move on to the next one.
Wow.
I'm making progress in all ofthis sea of crazy activity, right.

(04:02):
When you are able to hold spacefor them in the big picture, they
value that because they see thatyou are helping them move forward.
They're seeing that forward movement, they're seeing that you are celebrating
the milestones that they're takingin this bigger, kind of bigger
system, bigger process that theyhave to follow to get to the outcome.

(04:25):
So if they have a problem, which isstarting at point A and they wanna get
to point B and they're going throughall the details and all the things that
takes you know that they need to do togo from point A to point B, and they've
completely lost sight of what it is thatthey're trying to do or how they're going
through that process in the fastest waypossible, then that is where people start

(04:50):
to seek out coaches, people start toseek out experts because they're like,
oh, I've totally lost the plot, right?
And you've probably worked with some ofyour clients and you see that, right?
Like you see that they'vecompletely lost the plot.
They've lost the goal that they have setin the beginning because they're just kind
of stuck in the minutia or they've goneoff script and chased a squirrel, right?

(05:14):
They've chased some shinyobject because they think that
now that's gonna be the thing.
So when people come into our world, the very first thing that we do is help
them define their authority strategy, their authority framework, and then
start to communicate that authorityframework to their customers by staying
up kind of at that 10,000 foot view.

(05:36):
And even if you or your team is doingthe work, you're always going back up
to that path and showing your person howthey're progressing through that path.
So I have a client right now andshe's, certifying trainers to
become, you know, kind of theambassadors of her brand, right?
They're gonna go out and trainthis with their own participants.

(05:59):
And so she's doing atrain the trainer session.
And one of the things that we keeptalking about that's helping her
with her trainers is they're goingthrough the participant experience.
They're learning all of thecontent and how to deliver it.
And I mean, they're just in the weedsright now of trying to figure out
what this is gonna look like for them, how they learn the content that she's

(06:24):
teaching, how they learn her approachand all of the different things.
So one of the highest levels ofvalue that she can provide for them
is to keep them on the path, right?
She is keeping them on like, okay, here's where we are.
Here's the next piece.
Here's how you're going from, from thispiece to this piece to the next one.

(06:45):
And this is what it looks like from abig picture standpoint, so when they're
working, she can keep moving them forward, and then they see the big picture, they
see the phase that they're in, they seehow it connects to the bigger picture.
They see how it ultimatelyhelps to, to go through this.
To give their participants thetransformation, because at the end of

(07:07):
the day, that's what it's all about.
It's about how are you getting peopleto take the fastest path from point A to
point B, and when you can hold space forthat path for people, for your customers,
for whoever you're working with.
That is the key to success.
That is the key to keeping them in yourworld because if they feel like you are

(07:30):
adding to the chaos or you are not helpingto keep them sort of at that 10,000 foot
view, you're holding that vision, you'reholding that space for them to really
be able to get to that outcome thatthey want, they will leave because they
don't feel like you are kind of drivingthat process and helping them forward.

(07:51):
So I always remind my customers, this is your main job as the
person who is facilitating throughyour proprietary framework.
Always be communicating it,communicate it visually.
Then show people where theyare on the path at all times.
Have they hit a milestone?
Have they gone from one step to the other?

(08:13):
Celebrate it with them.
You know that they're not gonnastop and celebrate on their own.
Just think about your experience asa business owner or entrepreneur.
How many times do you actuallystop and celebrate a small win that
you have as you're moving throughsolving a particular problem.
You don't do it right, like youjust move on to the next thing and

(08:34):
get stuck into the minutia of thedetails as you're moving forward.
And the highest value that you canprovide after you've created the
fastest path for them to, theirsolution is to hold space for it.
So that my friends, is today's episodetip that we have for you is always

(08:56):
figure out a way to hold space forwhere somebody is on the path and
how they're progressing through.
So you can show progress, you can showand celebrate those milestones, and
then for goodness gracious, you canshow them exactly when they hit that
result that they came into your programor your world for in the first place.

(09:19):
Because if you can't show them where theyare and how they've progressed through
the whole process, then you're leavingsome experience, you're leaving some
customer satisfaction on the table becausepeople can't necessarily see the 10,000
foot view once they've gone down into thedetails and they've sort of lost sight

(09:42):
in the process with what the milestoneactually was that they were trying
to achieve and what that looks like.
So there you go, thatis our tip for today.
