Now, at the beginning of thisyear, I had never made a podcast
in my life and I have been verymuch learning on the go.
It's been quite the learningcurve, but also one of the most

rewarding things I have everdone.
It might not be the mosttechnically perfect podcast ever
made, but the honesty, thewisdom, the shared experiences
have always felt very importantto me.
And I want to say a huge thankyou to every guest who has given
their time to be on the podcastthis year.

Telling these stories takes somuch courage, but they fill such
a vacuum for those of us who areon a similar journey and often
