This was a special episode because I was able to sit down with one of my best friends, Derek Hyman. I wanted to record this episode to share how Derek, his wife Ashley and Maui locals Kim and Kai McLaughlin quickly took action to help contribute after the recent fires devastated West Maui. You will learn all about their newly formed non-profit dedicated to the continued support for the Maui community. Of course I took this opportunity to also learn more about Derek’s transformative journey from the corporate world to his recent entrepreneurial freedom.
