Hey legends,
This week’s episode is with the wonderful Dani Antonellos, who is a WBFF Bikini Pro, co-host of the Level Up Podcast, Dr. of Osteopathy and on a mission to teach people that movement is medicine - for both the mind and body.
I absolutely LOVED this episode - it was really cool to dig into some really important topics around injury management and prevention as well as correct training protocols - including warm up and activation to help YOU get the most out of your training! Selfishly, I basically got to quiz her for an hour on my own injuries! Dani is one smart cookie and I was so grateful she shared her knowledge and expertise with me!
Dani is also running a series of workshops round the country over the next few months around everyone’s favourite muscle group to train - the glutes! So if you’re interested in knowing more don’t forget to check out the links below to do so!
In this episode we spoke about:

Intentionally Disturbing
Join me on this podcast as I navigate the murky waters of human behavior, current events, and personal anecdotes through in-depth interviews with incredible people—all served with a generous helping of sarcasm and satire. After years as a forensic and clinical psychologist, I offer a unique interview style and a low tolerance for bullshit, quickly steering conversations toward depth and darkness. I honor the seriousness while also appreciating wit. I’m your guide through the twisted labyrinth of the human psyche, armed with dark humor and biting wit.
