In my listener Q&A the other week I received a very important question about how I feel about gaining weight to gain muscle and have been asked often about how to mentally deal with putting on weight. 

Gaining weight is a necessary (and awesome!) part of the whole bodybuilding process and should not be feared! So, I thought I’d spend a bit of time going into it on its very own dedicated podcast.

In this episode I cover off:

  • Why it’s important we talk about this phase of the bodybuilding journey more
  • How and why I moved into a place of acceptance of my weight gain
